Sister Nan's Combat Strength is Unknown, But It's Probably Only a Tiny Bit Stronger

178: What goes around comes around. The thirteenth floor was the Harem Floor, where all the company’s female employees had been gathered and selected, just like an emperor choosing concubines in ancient times. All the female employees stood in rows for Du Sanbiao to choose from.

The five youngest and prettiest among them were picked out, becoming Du Sanbiao’s private property from then on, and were taken to the fourteenth floor.

Next came the second selection by Du Sanbiao’s confidantes and bodyguards. Each of them picked out several women, but the terrifying thing was that these women were not for each individual, but for all the confidantes and bodyguards collectively.

The remaining undesirable women were the playthings and collective property of the ordinary managers on the twelfth floor. They could be played with whenever and however they wished.

These female employees became the objects of their greatest disregard and abuse. If they were unhappy, irritated, or bored, they would take their anger out on these women—whipping them, forcing them to kneel naked, tying them up and hanging them on iron racks used for butchering pork to serve as targets, and so on.

Initially, two women refused, resisting, cursing, crying, and calling for help, but among all the people in the company, no one dared to step forward to help them.

The fate of these two women was predictable: they were tortured to death by these men, while those beasts were delighted, taking pleasure in devising new ways to kill women, which was bloody and brutal.

Afterward, in order to survive, no woman dared to resist again. They obediently became these men’s toys, stripped of all dignity, living lives worse than dogs.

The fourteenth floor belonged solely to Du Sanbiao. These five women thought that by relying on their looks and clinging to the person in power, they could become favored concubines. They never expected Du Sanbiao to be an old pervert who enjoyed bloody hunts and elaborate games.

In just over a month since the Apocalypse began, three of the five women had been played to death by him. Only two were barely surviving, and if they hadn’t been the most beautiful, their fate would have been the same as the other three.

He was the emperor here. No one dared to defy him. The slightest displeasure to Du Sanbiao would result in being tortured to death in the most horrific manner. How could the female employees not be afraid?

They were originally just ordinary employees. The world suddenly changed, and before they could even react, they were cast into hell and turned into livestock. The current Du Group was a bloody playground, their tomb, and they hated this place!

The skylight and the main door on the roof were locked from the inside, preventing entry. When Si Nan, held by Luo Sen and using ropes, smashed through the glass window on the fourteenth floor and entered, she witnessed a sensual scene.

Luo Sen immediately turned sideways, blocking Si Nan’s view. ”Don’t look. It’s filth. Give me three seconds. Turn around once I’ve dealt with these people.”

”Who are you? Get help!” Du Sanbiao, whose activity was interrupted, pushed the female employee in his arms toward Luo Sen. He didn’t even put on clothes and bolted toward the door.

Normally, because he didn’t want others to interrupt his fun, he personally locked his door with a chain lock. This time, the key was still in his jacket. When he turned back to grab it, Luo Sen was already in front of him and immediately stabbed him.

Luo Sen did not kill him with one strike; instead, the knife plunged into Du Sanbiao’s abdomen, making him fall to the ground and howl.

Du Sanbiao’s naked, flabby body made Luo Sen feel sick. He grabbed the tablecloth from the coffee table and threw it over Du Sanbiao, saying it looked much better this way.

Turning back, he was about to deal with the two women, but unexpectedly, both women grabbed large vases, rushed past him like maniacs, and smashed the vases onto Du Sanbiao’s head with a ”bang.”

Luo Sen felt the pain on Du Sanbiao’s behalf.

As if that wasn’t enough, the two women picked up the vase shards. Disregarding the deep cuts on their palms and the gushing blood, they used all their strength to frantically slash Du Sanbiao’s flabby body, letting out maniacal laughter of vengeance.

Looking at Du Sanbiao again, his whole body was a bloody mess from the slashing. He screamed constantly like a slaughtered pig, his eyes were blinded by blood, and he randomly struck at the two women who were slashing him, no longer looking human.

Moreover, the more he fought the two women, the more frantically they slashed him. Life is like that: what goes around comes around.

Soon, Du Sanbiao stopped moving, and the two women also ceased their frenzy.

Luo Sen thought they were going to get up and put on clothes—they were barely covered, wearing only thin pajamas—but instead, the two women walked over, gave Luo Sen a deep, vacant bow, and suddenly jumped out of the shattered French window.

”Huh?” It happened so fast that Si Nan didn’t even have time to pull them back. ”How desperate must they have been? Many people struggle to live by any means necessary, yet these two voluntarily jumped. That beast Du Sanbiao severed their hope of living.”

Luo Sen walked over, glanced at the two people who had fallen into the snow below, and his heart suddenly felt heavy. If Uncle Si hadn’t taught Si Nan martial arts, if she had been even slightly weaker, would she have met a similar fate?

He truly dared not imagine it.

”Nan Nan---” Suddenly, a frightened Luo Sen hugged Si Nan tightly. In this world, the ones who truly devoured people weren’t the zombies, but humans!

Si Nan was startled by his sudden embrace. ”What’s wrong? Haven’t you seen women commit suicide before? Their hearts died long ago, tortured into soulless walking corpses.”

”But we will never be like that, because we are strong enough.”

Si Nan patted Luo Sen’s back to comfort him. She rarely saw such a vulnerable side of Luo Sen.

”Yeah, I wasn’t afraid of them jumping. I was thinking that if you weren’t strong enough, your fate wouldn’t be good either, just like you mentioned about your past life—”

”It’s alright, it’s all in the past. Heaven has been kind to me. Being with you in this life is enough.”

Si Nan hugged Luo Sen back, looking up with a radiant smile.

”Mm, then I’ll reward you with a kiss.” Luo Sen suddenly lowered his head and kissed Si Nan.

”Hahaha, you just wanted to kiss me all along! Why act so profound? You scared me. Hurry up, hurry up, let’s see if this Fat Pig has any treasures in his home?”

Si Nan pulled Luo Sen’s hand, her eyes starting to sweep around the room. This floor was Du Sanbiao’s personal office area and his second home; everything was complete and fully equipped.

Even the rest area was lavishly decorated, with several glittering rooms lined up side by side. Si Nan walked over curiously.

Luo Sen quickly reached out and stopped her. ”Don’t look.”

”What is making you so nervous?” A curious Si Nan pushed Luo Sen aside and ran in anyway. A glance at the room’s layout revealed its usual purpose, and she got goosebumps all over. ”I thought it was a Golden House for a Beauty, but it turns out that Fat Pig is a perverted old man with sinister tastes.”

The three rooms were filled with various objects of ’interest’ that made one sick at first glance. She recalled something Xia Mi had once told her: ”Rich people always have special fetishes; they consider that high elegance.”

”Ugh, do all you men like this kind of thing?” Si Nan actually threw up.
