King of the Wilderness

Chapter 581: Chapter 296: The King’s Authority (Part 2)

The two little ones were given top-tier care, with their breakfast supplements specially concocted by Irena, based on the nutritionist’s formula, consisting of organic vegetable beef puree and oatmeal.

The two little ones ate with great delight, their small faces covered in food, making satisfied ”mm-mm” sounds.

”I feel like a real queen,” Aliya said lazily, leaning back on the soft sofa while sipping a cup of aromatic Blue Mountain coffee, remarking sincerely.

Emily smiled as she looked at Lin Yu’an, her eyes filled with tenderness and pride. She knew that starting today, her man would truly begin to control this vast ”Empire.”

At exactly nine in the morning, Arthur Vanderbilt appeared at the doorway of the study, holding a thick leather folder, his demeanor respectful and meticulous.

”Good morning, Mr. Lin, ladies. All department heads are waiting in the small conference room downstairs.”

”Before you see them, I think it’s necessary to first provide you with a detailed report on the complete asset list and financial status of the ’Giant Stone River Heritage Ranch.’”

”Very well,” Lin Yu’an nodded, already dressed in a well-tailored casual suit, exuding a sense of calm and authority. ”Let’s discuss it here.”

Inside the study, on the large rosewood table, several reports were already laid out.

Arthur turned on the 8K ultra-high-definition laser projector in the study, and a detailed panorama map of the ranch, marked with different color blocks, appeared clearly on the wall.

His voice was steady and clear, as he picked up a laser pointer and pointed to the map, ”Mr. Lin, first is the foundational land of the ranch, which is the most core and irreplaceable asset of the ranch.”

”The total area of the Giant Stone River Heritage Ranch is 31,000 acres, which is larger than the capitals of some countries.”

”On this land, there are three main ecosystems: alpine meadows, Douglas fir and aspen mixed woodlands, and the river valley area of the Giant Stone River.”

”This means your ranch possesses extremely rich biodiversity and natural resources. On the land rests your real estate, currently valued at approximately eighty-five million US dollars.”

”This includes...” Arthur’s finger moved on the map, marking each point, detailing every element clearly.

”Eagle’s Nest has a total building area of 35,000 square feet, with 8 bedroom suites, 15 bathrooms, and all the facilities you saw yesterday. Its independent valuation is forty-five million US dollars.”

”Three separate luxury guest log cabins, each over 5,000 square feet, with more than five bedroom suites and independent kitchens and living rooms, are decorated to the standard of the main house. The total value is about twelve million US dollars.”

”An employee comprehensive service building is located at the center of the ranch operation area, containing sixteen senior staff apartments, a large dining hall accommodating a hundred people, a fully equipped gym, and a recreation room. The total value is five million US dollars.”

”Twelve ordinary employee family houses, all being standalone log houses with three bedrooms and two living rooms, are distributed throughout the ranch to facilitate employees’ work closer to home. The total value is six million US dollars.”

”And a series of specialized operational buildings, valued approximately at seventeen million US dollars, including...

Equestrian Center: A top-tier stable with 20 individual stalls, equipped with underfloor heating and an automatic watering system.

A standard 200x85 foot indoor training arena. An outdoor area with a full set of obstacle facilities, and a state-of-the-art veterinary station.

Cattle facilities: Three large hay barns with a total capacity of over six thousand tons. A state-of-the-art slaughter, chilling, cutting, and packaging meat processing plant (in town).

Logistics support: A mechanical maintenance center with three large hydraulic lifts. A complete set of German maintenance tools and vehicle diagnostic computers and a temperature-controlled hangar.”

Just this real estate list gave Aliya and Emily a deeper understanding of the ranch’s scale.

This was no longer a concept of a home; this was a fully equipped, functionally complete independent town.

Lin Yu’an listened quietly, unfazed. All this was within his expectations, hardware exchanged for two hundred and twenty million US dollars.

In his initial conception, acquiring this ranch was more about providing a top-tier home for his family.

He had long been mentally prepared to allocate an additional several million US dollars annually to maintain its operation to cover its operating costs. As long as it brought happiness and tranquility to his family, everything was worth it.

He even considered, if the ranch’s existing operations were too cumbersome, to retain only the basic maintenance team and turn it into a personal estate with no expense spared.

However, what Arthur said next was the first time he truly felt surprised.

”Next, is the ranch’s core profitable business—the cattle industry.”

Arthur switched the projection page, and photos of plump and strong black cattle appeared in front of him, along with detailed financial data analysis.

”As mentioned yesterday, we focus on cultivating top-grade Giant Stone River Snowflake Beef (American Wagyu F1 grade). This is not only agriculture but also the luxury goods industry. In fact, Mr. Hunter defined it as a living work of art.”

”Based on the carrying capacity of the 31,000-acre pasturage, and to ensure ecological sustainability, the ranch currently has twelve hundred registered cattle, a scientifically calculated balanced number.
