Super Rich by Doing as You Please

Xu Yun’s declaration of ”abstinence” completely floored Xino.

’Why abstinence, all of a sudden?’

’You’re not a monk!’

She stood there stunned for a good while before coming to her senses and staring at Xu Yun in astonishment.

Xu Yun: ”Why are you looking at me like that?”

Xino asked with great concern, ”Is there something wrong with you physically?”

”Uh, no.”

Hearing this, the corner of Xu Yun’s mouth twitched. He immediately shook his head in denial. ”I’m perfectly fine. It’s not what you’re thinking.”

”I knew this would happen. I should have told you sooner.”

Xino said sadly, ”You have so many women all over you every day, and you don’t show any restraint. Your body was bound to have problems sooner or later, and now it finally has.”

Xu Yun was speechless. ”You’re overthinking it. I’m really fine.”

”I don’t believe you! I know all about you men and your pride.”

Xino stepped forward and hugged Xu Yun, comforting him. ”Don’t be afraid. If you’re sick, I’ll go with you to see a doctor. Medical technology is so advanced now, you’ll get better.”

Xu Yun was at a loss for words.

”And if... if it turns out you really can’t... I won’t mind.”

Xu Yun pushed her away, unable to stop himself from laughing. ”Well, thank you so much. But I’m perfectly fine. I won’t make you live like a widow.”

”Really?”

Xino looked up, doubtful. ”You’re not lying to me?”

”Want to go to the bedroom so I can prove it to you?”

Xino’s face lit up with anticipation. ”Can we?”

”No!”

Xu Yun said, flustered, ”I already said I’m abstaining tonight, and I mean it.”

”Oh.”

Seeing Xu Yun’s unusually firm attitude, Xino became even more convinced that her suspicion was true.

’To protect his pride, I’ll pretend to believe him and won’t expose the truth.’

’I need to think about this carefully.’

Xino asked, ”So what are we going to do now? The night is long.”

”Watch a movie with me!”

”Oh.”

She agreed, her heart aching a little for Xu Yun.

’And he still says there’s nothing wrong. He never used to watch TV at home.’

Xino couldn’t get into the war movie at all.

Her mind was completely occupied with Xu Yun’s physical condition. This was about a man’s dignity—and her own sexual fulfillment.

’Maybe I should go home and ask Mom about it tomorrow?’

While watching, Xu Yun idly scrolled through his phone. Seeing everyone on his feed showing off their gifts and happy relationships, he casually snapped a picture of the movie and posted it.

The caption read: ”Real men spend Christmas at home watching *The Battle of Pingjin Lake*!”

He had to admit, the movie was actually pretty good.

The movie had been out for a long time, but he’d never seen it. Today, he was finally catching up.

Compared to the recent slew of terrible movies, this one was definitely a solid watch.

Xino, however, felt differently.

She secretly watched Xu Yun. Seeing how engrossed he was, she couldn’t help but think, ’Maybe he’s using the movie to fantasize about his former prowess.’

Her heart ached for him again.

She silently vowed that even if she had to search for doctors all over the world, she would cure Xu Yun, help him regain his confidence, and get him to stand tall again!

If Xu Yun knew that in Xino’s mind he had become an impotent man, he would probably want to die.

He would definitely get so angry he’d break his vow of abstinence on the spot just to prove himself!

Xu Yun suddenly turned his head and asked, ”Are you hungry?”

”A little.”

”I’ll order some takeout then.”

Xu Yun suggested with a smile, ”It’s Thursday. How about a KFC Family Bucket?”

He hadn’t eaten that stuff in a long time, ever since he got rich, and he was feeling a bit nostalgic.

”Okay.”

Xino nodded. ”My parents never let me eat this kind of food when I was growing up.”

”You poor thing. I’ll treat you today.”

A short while after he ordered the food, the video intercom by the door rang. It was the building management downstairs, saying someone was here to see him.

Xu Yun asked, ”The delivery?”

”No, it’s a woman with the surname Li.”

The property manager asked politely, ”Mr. Xu, should I let her in?”

”Yes.”

Soon, the elevator doors opened.

Xu Yun saw Li Jinshu walk out and asked in confusion, ”What are you doing here?”

”I was just worried you’d be lonely all by yourself, so I came to watch the movie with you.”

After speaking, Li Jinshu, who had clearly dressed up for the occasion and was wearing black stockings, looked down and saw a pair of women’s shoes by the door.

”You have another woman in your apartment?”

”Mhm.”

Xu Yun replied, ”She got here a little before you.”

”Who?”

”Me.”

Xino walked out from inside. Looking at the unexpected arrival, Li Jinshu, she said provocatively, ”What’s the matter? You’re allowed to come, but I’m not?”

”Of course you can. It’s not like Xu Yun belongs to me alone.”

Li Jinshu and Xino already didn’t get along. She walked right past her, went straight to the sofa, and sat down. ”Then let’s just watch the movie with him together.”

”Fine by me. Let’s watch.”

Xu Yun was speechless.

And so, Xu Yun found himself with a woman on his left and another on his right.

A movie for two had become a movie for three.

They hadn’t been watching for ten minutes when the building management buzzed him again. ”Sorry, Mr. Xu, I hope I’m not bothering you,” the manager said apologetically. ”There’s another beautiful lady downstairs who wants to come up.”

”Let her in.”

”Understood, Mr. Xu.”

Xu Yun stood up. ”Wait here, I’ll go see who it is.”

A moment later, the elevator doors opened, and Song Xiaowei appeared before him, wearing a face mask and a baseball cap.

”Merry Christmas!”

Song Xiaowei quickly took off her mask and hat, saying with a smile, ”Sorry, I was afraid someone might take my picture, so I had to dress like this.”

”No problem.”

Xu Yun asked with a smile, ”Did you come over because you saw my post, too?”

”Too?”

Song Xiaowei asked in confusion, ”Besides me, did someone else come?”

”Mhm, Li Jinshu is here too.”

Song Xiaowei was speechless.

She had thought they were going to have a romantic evening for just the two of them, but it turned out someone had beaten her to it!
