Super Rich by Doing as You Please

Xu Yun and Lin Wanzhou drove to the place Ruan Qingnian had told them about.

Just one look at the decor made it clear this place wasn’t cheap—it was a paradise for the wealthy.

As Xu Yun reached the entrance, a man who looked like the manager walked over.

He asked respectfully, ”Excuse me, are you Mr. Xu and Mr. Lin?”

”Yes.”

”Young Master Ruan sent me to receive you.”

The manager smiled. ”Please, follow me.”

”Alright, thank you.”

As the manager led the way, he sized up the young men beside him out of the corner of his eye.

’Before I came to get them, Young Master Ruan had told me, ”This is a very mysterious VIP. If you accidentally offend him, your club can forget about doing business on Hong Kong Island again.” So, when we’re serving them, we have to be extra, extra careful.’

’Few who ran clubs were clean; most were just fronts for laundering money from the criminal underworld. So they were already very familiar with someone like Young Master Ruan, a young master who was part of that world himself.’

’Now, seeing him act so humbly and cautiously toward a young man, it just showed how powerful their backgrounds must be.’

The private room Ruan Qingnian booked was the club’s best, largest, and most secluded—one that was normally never opened to the public.

The manager led Xu Yun and Lin Wanzhou through a long, covered walkway, made a few turns, and only reached their destination at the very end, in the deepest part of the club.

”Mr. Xu, Mr. Lin.”

The manager pointed to a door and said, ”Young Master Ruan is inside. I won’t be going in. If you need any service, just press the service bell. I hope you two enjoy your evening.”

”Alright, thank you.”

After the manager left, Xu Yun and Lin Wanzhou pushed the door open and went inside.

Unexpectedly, behind the small door lay a world of its own. The interior was massive—at least two hundred square meters.

Besides the usual karaoke setup, there was a heated swimming pool in the very center.

In front of a huge screen off to the side, a group of women in ancient Hanfu were dancing, shrouded in a fine mist. It was a stunning sight.

Anyone who didn’t know better would have thought they had stumbled into an ancient imperial pleasure quarter.

When Young Master Ruan saw Xu Yun and Lin Wanzhou arrive, he shot up from the sofa, jogged over, and said with a laugh, ”Brother Xu, Brother Lin, you’re finally here.”

Xu Yun teased, ”I’m not even here yet, and you’re already getting the party started?”

”Not at all! I was just doing some quality control for you in advance.”

Young Master Ruan laughed and gestured toward the bevy of beauties before them. ”So, what do you think? I know the traditional Chinese style is popular on the mainland recently, so I arranged this special theme. Not bad, right?”

”Impressive.”

Xu Yun nodded in satisfaction. ”It’s certainly original.”

”Haha, I knew Brother Xu would like this vibe.”

Young Master Ruan clapped his hands at the dancing women, and they all stopped. He said, ”Ladies, this is my Brother Xu and my Brother Lin. Your job tonight is to take good care of them. Perform well, and you’ll be handsomely rewarded.”

”Young Master Xu, Young Master Lin.”

The women, copying what they’d seen in TV dramas, performed a curtsy and called out, ”Your humble servants greet you.”

”Don’t mind me.”

Xu Yun shouted with a laugh, ”Continue the music, continue the dance!”

He might have said that, but who would dare listen?

After all, he was the star of the show tonight—the Emperor of this place. The ”concubines” vied to pull him into their midst, surrounding him with song and dance as each woman did her utmost to capture his attention.

Xu Yun welcomed all comers. He thought of nothing, simply following his primal desires and enjoying the pleasure of the moment.

After the recent shocks he’d been through, he felt a volatile energy within him that needed to be released, to be vented completely.

At first, they were all relatively reserved, but as the night wore on, the women began diving into the pool one by one.

In an instant, the women in their Hanfu were soaked, their perfect, sexy figures put on full display in a tempting sight.

Xu Yun felt the urge to rush forward and rip away the clinging fabric, and he acted on that impulse.

Seeing this, the women shrieked, bashfully scurrying away in the water, and a game of chase began.

If caught, a woman had to accept her punishment: Xu Yun would mercilessly strip off all her outer garments, leaving only the small, apron-like dudou she wore underneath.

They came in red, blue, green, purple, and more.

Xu Yun was dazzled by the sight.

’No wonder ancient emperors skipped morning court. If my life were like this every day, I wouldn’t want to go either.’

At that moment, he went from questioning King Zhou, to understanding King Zhou, to becoming King Zhou.

Young Master Ruan had originally wanted to jump in and join the fun, but seeing this, he instinctively felt something was a little off.

”Brother Lin, am I crazy, or is Brother Xu going a little too hard tonight?”

”That’s the whole point of coming out to play, isn’t it? To cut loose.”

Lin Wanzhou had an inkling as to why. ’Xu Yun still has some lingering trauma he needs to vent.’

He said to Ruan Qingnian, ”Come on, let’s head outside. Let him have the place to himself.”

”Alright.”

After stepping out with Lin Wanzhou, Young Master Ruan chuckled. ”I’ll go get us another room. The two of us can have our own party.”

”You go ahead if you want. I’m not interested.”

Lin Wanzhou lit a cigarette. ”I’ll just wait for him here.”

It wasn’t that he intended to stand guard at the door for Xu Yun.

He was just worried that Xu Yun might have some kind of episode, and he wanted to be right there to rush in and handle it if things went south.

”...” Hearing this, Ruan Qingnian was at a loss.
