Apocalyptic Disaster: I Hoard Billions in Supplies and Kill the Saint

32: Chapter 32 Shopping Spree in the Presidential SuiteAfter leaving the rental apartment, Ye Nanxing drove straight to the most top-tier five-star hotel in Luo City—the Emperor Phoenix Hotel.

She had money now and certainly wouldn’t compromise on her comfort.

The Emperor Phoenix Hotel was one of the most luxurious landmarks in Luo City, featuring top-tier amenities, strict security, and guests who were either wealthy or influential.

When she parked her car and walked into the hotel lobby, the female receptionist at the front desk paused for a moment before immediately putting on a professional smile.

Hello, do you have a reservation?

Ye Nanxing casually took off her sunglasses, her tone indifferent.

A presidential suite. If you have one available, I’ll take it now.

The receptionist was stunned for a moment.

Although Luo City wasn’t large and its development was average, the cost of living was anything but.

The most expensive presidential suite cost nearly twenty thousand per night!

However, she quickly regained her smile and said respectfully,

Please wait a moment, let me check for you.

Before long, the room card was handed to her with both hands.

Ms. Ye, your room is on the top floor, 2801. Welcome.

Ye Nanxing took the room card, turned, and entered the elevator, ignoring the receptionist’s shocked gaze.

She had been traveling wearily for days, and finally, she could relax for a while.

Entering the room, the spacious and luxurious layout was refreshing.

Outside the floor-to-ceiling windows, the night view of the entire city was in full view.

Ye Nanxing walked to the window, picked up the red wine delivered by the waiter, swirled it gently, and the corners of her mouth curled up slightly.

The final peaceful moments...

Early the next morning, Ye Nanxing changed into simple casual clothes and drove straight to the large logistics and warehousing area on the outskirts of Luo City.

This area was specifically used by wholesalers and enterprises to store goods, and almost no one would pay attention to an individual renting a warehouse, making it perfect for her to hoard supplies.

She quickly found a decently sized warehousing company and spoke directly.

I need to rent a warehouse of over 2000 square meters for a one-year term, and it needs to be available immediately.

Upon hearing this, the warehouse manager immediately perked up.

Miss, we have several warehouses that meet your requirements. Would you like a room-temperature warehouse or a climate-controlled one?

Ye Nanxing said indifferently: I want both. 1500 square meters for room temperature and 500 square meters for climate-controlled. The best location. I’ll sign the contract now.

The manager was stunned for a second, then immediately nodded.

No problem, I’ll arrange it immediately.

Twenty minutes later, the warehouse lease agreement was signed. Ye Nanxing paid the full amount on the spot and gave an extra expedited fee to have the warehouse company speed up the preparation for move-in.

The warehouse manager saw her out with a beaming smile.

Rest assured, Ms. Ye, the warehouse will be cleared by this afternoon, and you can start moving in goods at any time.

Ye Nanxing nodded and drove back to the hotel.

From this moment on, her secret supply hoarding base was officially established!

Back at the hotel, Ye Nanxing sat cross-legged on the sofa, opened her laptop, and began the next round of frantic shopping!

This time, her target wasn’t the usual bulk commodities on the market, but various daily necessities, snacks, instant foods, and protective gear that could be purchased online...

These items would become the core supplies that ordinary people would scramble to buy at the beginning of the Apocalypse!

She didn’t place orders like an ordinary consumer; instead, she contacted customer service one by one, requesting bulk purchases!

Ye Nanxing first found the flagship stores of various brands on the website, sent her phone number to customer service, and asked the brand sales managers to contact her directly.

Then, she started taking calls, confirming lists, and making payments.

Hello, I need to purchase a large quantity of instant food. What is your maximum supply capacity?

Upon hearing this, the other party responded immediately and enthusiastically.

Hello, we primarily supply from the brand side. For bulk orders, we can go through distribution channels. Which categories do you need?

I want all categories.

Ye Nanxing said in a calm tone.

But they must be long-lasting and shelf-stable.

Most importantly, they must be able to ship immediately.

The other party paused, then said confidently.

Our inventory is very sufficient. How much exactly do you need?

Hearing this, Ye Nanxing smiled somewhat slyly.

Today, she would give these brand companies a little shock.

100,000 boxes each of instant noodles, cup noodles, and Luosifen—these were hard currency in the Apocalypse.

50,000 boxes of self-heating rice in various flavors. This stuff tasted average and was all pre-made, but in the Apocalypse, who would care about that? As long as they had something to eat, people would be willing to risk their lives for you.

50,000 boxes each of eight-treasure porridge, luncheon meat, and ham sausages. These were the golden partners of instant food and absolutely could not be missing.

10,000 boxes of compressed biscuits. Ye Nanxing wasn’t used to eating these, so she decided to hoard a little less.

High-calorie snacks like chocolate, energy bars, nuts, potato chips, and spicy strips—these were essential for binge-watching shows and could also be useful in critical moments. Ye Nanxing decided to get 100,000 boxes of each.

Hearing Ye Nanxing’s list, every brand representative had only one thought: this month’s KPI was secured.

Confirming the orders and shipping times, the answer was always that large orders needed 3-5 days to prepare, and they were expected to arrive within a week!

Ye Nanxing thought the turnaround was quite fast, so she paid immediately.

These snacks cost a total of 46 million yuan.

After confirming the instant food, she immediately contacted a large daily necessities wholesaler.

Hello, I need to make a bulk purchase, focusing on household necessities that can be stored for a long time.

The other party quickly sent a list. Ye Nanxing glanced at it and placed the order immediately!

Toilet paper + wet wipes — 300,000 rolls + 100,000 packs (family size + compressed portable size)

Shampoo + body wash — 100,000 bottles (long-lasting type + silicone-free)

Laundry detergent powder + liquid detergent — 100,000 bags (highly concentrated version)

Toothpaste + toothbrush — 100,000 sets (fluoride + herbal varieties)

Feminine hygiene products — 500,000 packs (sanitary pads + tampons)

Disposable gloves + trash bags — 1,000,000 pairs/pieces (protective grade)

Total price: 9 million!

This time, even the supplier’s boss was alarmed and personally called Ye Nanxing.

Ms. Ye, our order system shows the quantity you purchased... is almost equal to the inventory of a large supermarket for half a year. Are you opening a supermarket?

No, just hoarding for fun.

The money has already been transferred.

Ye Nanxing said in an indifferent tone.

The other party was silent for a moment, sensing Ye Nanxing’s impatience, and immediately became respectful: No problem! We will prioritize Ms. Ye’s order, and all goods will be delivered within five days!

Hanging up the phone, the corners of Ye Nanxing’s mouth curled up slightly.

Cleaning supplies and daily necessities might be more valuable than gold in the future!

She paid directly, hung up the phone, and offered no further explanation.

In this day and age, who needs to explain hoarding?

Ye Nanxing thought it was really great to have the internet; she could buy so many things without leaving the house, unlike in the Apocalypse, where everything had to be done in person.

Clearing her thoughts, Ye Nanxing continued to browse her phone.

The Apocalypse was not only a battle for resources but also a battlefield for diseases, pollution, and various emergencies!

Therefore, she found a medical supply vendor and called to place an order directly—
