New Age Of Summoners

Inside the battle tower,

There were only less than 5 minutes for Ajax to complete the last trial of the hall; however, for some reason, every time he released an arrow at the monster peach fruit, the arrow was slightly deflected than its original path making him anxious.

”Damn it, more than a dozen arrows and every one of them was deflected from their original path,”

With each passing second, Ajax felt more anxious that made him unable to think properly.

”Hey, Nameless, what is the use of having accuracy skills if you can’t even hit a stationary object,”

The Nameless Walker’s Longbow had two skills and one of them was ’Accuracy’; however, he could not even hit a fruit that was not moving from its place.

So, when the arrows kept on missing the target, Ajax angrily looked at the longbow in hands as he cursed at it.

’Ding,

The Nameless walker’s longbow’s skills can only be used outside this hall.

Just as he was cursing the longbow in his hands, the system sent a system notification clarifying his doubt.

’Calm down, Ajax. It’s just a little trial and even if you fail, you have another chance. So, think properly with a calm mind,’

Since his anxiousness only made things difficult for him, he decided to calm down because there was no way he could finish the task with his anxiousness in his heart.

”Wait a second. That’s right!”

All of a sudden, Ajax got an idea the moment he calmed himself down.

”How did I miss such a simple thing? Might be because of my anxiousness,”

Ajax bitterly shook his head for a moment before looking at the monster peach fruit in the distance.

”Let’s try this,”

According to the system countdown, there was around 2 minutes left for the given three-hour time period for the trial.

So, taking a deep breath for a moment, he aimed at the monster peach and released an arrow.

’Swoosh’

Just like earlier, the arrow was deflected from his original path but the arrow was a little closer to the monster peach this time making Ajax joyful.

’Yes, it’s working,’

Ajax took another arrow from the magical quiver and repeated the same thing.

’Swoosh’

’Swoosh’

With each attempt, the arrow’s accuracy to the target was becoming closer which increased his confidence.

’Ding,

 10 seconds remaining.

Amidst his continuous releasing of arrows, the system sent a notification to inform Ajax about the time.

’I have got this,’

However, there was no worry on his face as he was very confident in his next arrow.

’Now, go,’

’Swoosh’

Just as the system notification disappeared, Ajax released the arrow and as he expected the arrow was deflected; however, this time, the arrow deviated path was the same as the monster peach’s direction.

That’s right!

After calming down his mind, Ajax found out that the arrow deviated exactly the same. So, he started changing his target away from the monster peach and the deviated path started becoming closer to the monster peach and finally, just when the time was about to over, the arrow hit the monster peach.

’Puchi’

’Ding,

Congratulations to the host for successfully hitting the monster peach.

’Ding,

A monster peach will be sent to the host’s inventory as soon as he leaves the battle tower.

’Ding,

Congratulations to the hot for successfully clearing the hall. Do you want to continue challenging the next hall?

’Ding,

An additional reward for clearing this hall in a single attempt will be sent to the host after leaving the battle tower.

Just as his arrow hit the monster peach, his head was filled with system notification that made him both heave a sigh of relief and excited with the rewards from the battle tower.

”Clearing the hall in a single attempt gives a reward? No wonder, the beautiful lady wanted me to leave this hall in the middle and even fell for my plan,”

Ajax looked at each and every single system notification as he thought in his head.

The reason, the beautiful hall guardian made a deal with Ajax in order to force quit him from her hall on his own; however, she still didn’t know that Ajax had cheated her; otherwise, who knows what she would have done.

”Since I got some nice rewards from the three halls I have challenged so far, it is a good time to check what are those rewards,”

Ajax had cleared three halls so far and each one gave him some special reward; however, the problem was he had to leave the battle tower to get them.

’Anyway, it’s time to recover my hand,’

Looking at his right hand, which was missing, Ajax silently thought in his head.

He had lost his right hand while fighting the monstrous brown lizard; however, to get it back, he could guess that he needed to go out of the battle tower.

So, there was an additional reason for him in thinking of coming out of the battle tower.

’System, take me out of the battle tower,’

Soon, he asked the system to take him out of the battle while thinking about the rewards.

’A small flower from the magical hall, a special reward from the monstrous brown lizard’s hall and adding to the special reward of this hall along with the monster peach, legendary grade bow, heaven grade quiver and level 2 longbow dao,’

He recalled what he had gained from his trip to the battle tower and unconsciously started smiling from ear to ear.

”Hehe,”

’Swoosh’

Soon, his body started disappearing from the battle tower and he re-appeared in his room.

However, before his body completely disappeared from the battle tower, Ajax noticed a cunning smile on the beautiful hall guardian who was sitting on the branch of the tree.

’There is something wrong with her smile,’

Ajax felt a bad premonition in his head when he recalled the cunning smile.

’Huh? Where is my hand?’

Looking at the empty space at his right hand, Ajax shouted out loud in a panic.
