New Age Of Summoners

Since he wanted to get an extra reward for clearing the halls just like how he did in the earlier hall, he wanted to use something that might help him.

’Nether hog longhorn, let me see what you are capable of,’

’Ooo’

As soon as he thought of the legendary item he got from the battle tower When volcanis killed the horned nether hog, it appeared in Ajax’s hand and without wasting any time, he started blowing it with all his might.

’Whoosh’ ’Whoosh’

He blew that legendary longhorn for a minute and as soon as he finished that five huge horned nether hogs appeared in front of him.

’Haha...rank 4 nether hogs. Good,’

This was the first time he was using this legendary item and looking at the powerful-looking nether hogs, Ajax satisfyingly nodded his head as he wanted to see their battle prowess.

’Roar’

’Thud’

’Kacha’

’Puchi’

As soon as they were summoned they didn’t even wait for Ajax’s orders as they hurriedly rushed towards the fire trolls and started killing them.

’What the...’

’They are much stronger than expected,’

Ajax didn’t mind their hurried actions; instead, he was surprised by their fast movements despite the face they were very huge.

’Clear 100/ 10000’

In a few seconds, the five huge nether hogs killed 100 fire trolls making Ajax very much satisfied with their battle prowess.

’So what if I can’t summon my elemental spirits or contracted spirit beasts? I have another trump card in my sleeve that can compensate for my summons,’

In his spirit consciousness form, he could not summon his elemental spirits or contracted spirit beasts which he learned as soon as he entered this magical hall. So, he decided to use the nether hog’s longhorn, which was considered as an item and it didn’t have any restrictions just like his inheritance sword and bloodlust spear.

’However, it is a weird restriction for a summoner not use his summons to clear the halls,’

Ajax felt it was not fair because, for a summoner, all his strength lies in his summons. So, he shook his head at the rules of the battle tower.

’Hm...the whispers started to tone down and I can feel focused again,’

Soon, he noticed that the whispers from the fire trolls started disappearing and at the same time, he felt he could concentrate a little better now.

’No wonder, Twilight received some much damage from these fire trolls,’

He thought back to the time when Twilight was clearing this magical hall and understood that these whispers made it lose focus and the fire trolls heavily injured the dragon.

’However, Ghost is very clever and directly slept in order not to lose focus by this whispers,’ Unlike the dragon, the ghost fox was very clever and left all the killing to his summons while he slept to escape from the whispers.

’It’s time to search the magical hall,’

With that thought in his mind, he started observing the magical hall from his place while he was protected by his five ranks 4 horned nether hogs.

’Hm..’

With his ears closed by his hands, he continued to his search for who knows how long when he finally found something.

’It’s is very small and it is completely overshadowed by the countdown,’

Looking at the progress bar on the wall, Ajax revealed a slight smile before focusing on the progress bar.

’Clear 5456/10000,’

”Huh? Not bad, you cleared half of the fire trolls in this hall,”

Ajax was pleasantly surprised by the killing efficiency of the nether hogs and nodded his head.

’Let me see whether I found the right thing or it’s just a decorative item?’

Even though he felt it was the thing he was searching in this hall, he was not completely sure. So, he wanted to see what it was actually.

With that thought in his mind, he summoned his bloodlust spear and rushed forward leaving behind his protective circle.

’Swoosh’

’Puchi’

Every time, he struck with his spear, a minimum of three fire trolls will be killed and soon he reached the wall on which progress for clearing this magical hall was shown.

’It’ looks like a small flower. I hope it is the thing I am searching for,’

Only after reaching the wall, he could see the small flower growing out of the wall right above his head.

’If not for my keen senses, it is impossible to find it,’

From the distance, he only saw a little portion of the flower which was glistened with bright red-colour.

’Let me pick it and I will know whether it is the thing I am searching for in this hall or not,’

’Swoosh’

’Puchi’

’Kacha’

As soon as that thought came to his mind, Ajax swung his spear behind him and cleared all the fire trolls.

’Swoosh’

’Finally got it’

Soon, he jumped into the air and picked the small red-coloured flower.

’What the hell! Where did it go?’

However, after he picked the small flower from the wall, it disappeared which made Ajax anxious.

’Ding,

Congratulations to the host for finding the special item.

’Ding,

It will be sent to your inventory and as soon as you go out of the battle tower, you can check it.

’Ding,

Only if you clear this hall, the host will get that item.

As he was wondering about the small flower, he got a series of system notifications that made him understand something.

’So, this was the item I was searching for...Haha,’

Once he got confirmation from the system, Ajax started laughing as he felt a great relief in his heart.

’But I wonder, what that small flower is? There is no information about it in the alchemy knowledge I gained so far,’

Earlier, before he could check the information of the small flower, it disappeared making him impossible to know about it.

”Whatever, let’s finish these annoying whispering fire trolls and move to the next hall,”

With the bloodlust spear in his left hands, he revealed a cruel smile on his face.
