New Age Of Summoners

Nevertheless, he suppressed his doubts for a while before asking the system about his earlier question.

When he asked the system about how many halls a challenger needed to finish in order to ascend to the second layer of the battle tower, the system replied to ask him the same question after any one of the challengers cleared the five halls.

Since the ghost fox cleared the five halls of the battle tower, Ajax didn’t waste any time in asking the question.

’Ding,

One of the challengers cleared the five halls.

’Ding,

A challenger needs to finish a minimum of 10 halls to clear before they will be teleported to the second layer of the battle tower.

As soon as he asked the system, the system checked for confirmation before giving him a very simple answer.

”Huh? So, it is 10,”

Ajax was not surprised much because when the system asked the permission for the ghost fox’s next hall challenge, he assumed that a challenger needs to clear 10 halls in the first layer of the battle tower.

”By the way, how many layers are there in the battle tower and how many halls are in each layer?”

Since the system answered one question, Ajax decided to try his luck; however, he didn’t expect any reply from the system.

’Ding,

At the moment, there are 15 halls in the first layer of the battle tower and more halls will be increased by unlocking more layers of the battle tower.

’Ding,

As for how many layers are there in the battle tower, it should be left for the host to find out.

To his surprise, the system answered one of his questions and he didn’t even bother with the second system notification because he was happy with one answer from the system.

”Haha...System, did I ever say ’I like you’ to you?” Ajax jokingly asked the system with a small laugh.

’Ding,

I remember the host saying ’I hate you’ many times.

In the system notification, Ajax could sense a mock and shook his head.

’Since all the participants in the queue completed their challenges, I can go enter the battle tower now, right?’

Ajax was excited to enter the battle tower for the first time.

’Ding,

 Yes,

The system replied with a ’Yes’; however, Ajax had something on his mind.

’Before I enter the battle tower, let me check all the rewards my summons gained in the battle tower,’

With that thought in his mind, he closed his eyes and entered his inner world in the spirit consciousness form.

’Let’s start with Bane,’

Although Bane didn’t receive any rewards from the battle tower, he awakened in a new skill in the poison type hall. So, he decided to check that skill.

Soon, he moved towards the poison elemental paradise in which Bane was in deep seclusion.

’Looks like he is very serious about the re-match with the three-headed poison hydra,’

Looking at the seriously cultivating poison elemental spirit, Ajax thought in his head before asking the system, ’Show about his new skill.’

He didn’t want to disturb Bane from his serious cultivation. So, from a certain distance, he asked the system about Bane’s new skill.

’Ding,

 Skill name:- Poison recovery

Effect:- As long as a poison elemental spirit stays in the poison element environment, it can recover its lost essence of nature.

Note:- If it is killed in a single attack, then there is no use of this skill.

Soon, the system sent the notification regarding the skill which made Ajax nod his head.

’With a variety of elemental spirits and contracted spirit beasts, I can dominate any type of battle against any time of spirit beast,’

The reason he was very careful about every single summons’ skill was because he wanted to completely understand his summons so that in the future, he could win the fights with ease if he used the elemental advantage and skills.

”As long as there is a poison elemental environment, Bane will take care of any number of opponents and any type of spirit beast,”

After muttering to himself, he moved away from the poison elemental paradise and walked towards the dark-elemental paradise.

’Uzz zz’

In front of the dark elemental paradise, a huge dragon was sleeping while letting out loud breaths from time to time.

’Sigh...why is it so lazy?’

Ajax shook its head and silently asked the system, ’System, what is its reward from the battle tower?’

After the destructive dragon cleared the magical hall, it received a special reward from the battle tower. So, he asked the system about it.

’Ding,

Skill name:- Dragon Blessing (Level 1)

Effects:- Can bless someone whose attack power will be permanently increased by 1 percent.

Description:- A common type of skill for high-level dragons.

Note:- Can be used only once in a year.

”Huh? Increases the attack power? Permanently?”

Ajax was shocked by the word ’Permanently’ as he rubbed his eyes to check whether he was seeing it right or wrong.

’It’s good...very good,’

Ajax started laughing once he confirmed it was real and thought in his head, ’Even though it is only a single percent increase, it is permanent. So, it is very good.’

Ajax didn’t bother about the 1 percent in the system notification because he was thinking something beyond.

’1 percent increase of a king realm cultivator’s attack power is enough to make the assassin sect fear,’

This was his thought and he decided to use that blessing once he became powerful.

’There is still time for me to become a general realm cultivator much less a king realm cultivator. So, unless I didn’t have any chance, I will make Twilight use that skill on me,’

Since he was not in an urgent need of power, he decided to wait until he went against the assassin sect before using the ’Dragon blessing’ skill on him.

’However, I think, it will not take very long for me to reach the elite general realm, then I will see who will save that assassin sect from me,’

Ajax revealed a cruel smile on his face as he thought about his revenge.
