New Age Of Summoners

Inside the battle tower,

’Growl’

When the ghost fox heard the words of the hall guardian, he growled at the armoured titan.

”Huh? So you belong to the angry type that only bark but don’t bite...Haha,”

The armoured titan which was 10 meters looked at the ghost fox which looked very small and mocked it before it started laughing.

’Snore’

However, to the armoured titan’s surprise, the ghost fox didn’t attack him; instead, it relaxed on the ground and started sleeping while letting out the snoring sounds.

’Huh?’

Looking at the small fox, which was not even bothering with him, the armoured titan frowned and within no time, it was successfully angered.

”DIEEE”

In general, An armoured titan was one of the higher races and they were respected by everyone; however, when he saw that a small fox, which came to challenge him was not even bothering with him. So, he took out a golden colour sword that matched his golden body armour and slashed it at the little fox.

’Swoosh’

’Boom’

Just when the golden sword was about to land on him, the ghost fox disappeared from its position and appeared on the head of the armoured titan.

’Teleport?’

The armoured titan immediately checked his surroundings to find where that small fox had teleported to; however, he was unable to find it.

’Slash’

Before the titan could even find the ghost fox, which was on his own head, the fox released a huge black cloured transparent blade on the armoured titan’s head before jumping in the air.

’Boom’

’Kacha’

’Thud’

As soon as the huge transparent blade touched the armoured titan’s head, a loud explosion happened and the crown on it broke into pieces along with the titan himself falling to the ground.

’How did this happen?’

The armoured titan that fell to the ground looked at the small ghost fox in front of the face and asked himself in his head.

The small black fox was very small when compared to the huge armoured titan. Adding to the fact that stealth was the specialty of the ghost fox, the armoured titan failed to locate it even though the fox was standing on his head.

”What the hell?”

Ajax, who was watching the fight with his full attention because of the armoured titan, was shocked to see that his ghost fox used only two attacks and the armoured titan fell to the ground.

’Looks like I am dreaming,’

’Aargh’

With that thought in his mind, he pinched himself and started shouting in pain.

’Damn...it is really real,’

Rubbing the area where he pitched himself, he looked at the holographic screen in front of him and focused on the armoured titan.

’Ding,

     Hall Guardian:- Armoured titan

     Strength:- Elite titan commander

Soon, the strength of the armoured titan appeared in front of Ajax which made him raise his brows.

’Even though the titan is only an elite commander, it should be stronger than other races, right?’

Like human cultivators, the cultivation realms of the titans were also classified into the same realm; however, they use the word titan to differentiate their cultivation realms from others.

Moreover, an elite titan commander was always more powerful than an elite human commander or a rank 4 spirit beast like the ghost fox.

So, Ajax felt there was something wrong with the battle and looked for something that might give him a clue about what had happened in the hall.

’There is nothing much to observe as the ghost only used two attacks from the beginning to the end,’

However, Ajax was unable to find any clue about what happened in the battle tower.

Although he believes that the ghost fox was strong, it was not to the point that it could knock down an armoured titan with a single attack. So, he felt a little sceptical about it.

’System, what move Ghost has used earlier to knock down the armoured titan?’

Since he was unable to find anything wrong with the battle, he asked the system to show about the attack that the ghost fox had used earlier.

’Ding,

1000 units of the essence of nature to know about it.

However, the system started showing its true nature to extort more essence of nature from Ajax.

”Until now I thought something had happened to you for not asking me any units of the essence of nature. Finally, I can relax now,”

Ajax jokingly replied to the system when he saw the system notification which was asking him to pay 1000 units of the essence of nature.

As usual, the system didn’t give any reply to him which made Ajax shook his head before saying, ’Why don’t give me what happened to the armoured titan in the battle tower, I will give you additional 1000 units of the essence of nature.’

Since he was going to pay for knowing the skill of his own spirit beasts, he added another information to the trade with an extra 1000 units of the essence of nature.

’Ding,

3000 units of the essence of nature and you can have both the information.

Soon, the system gave the reply which made Ajax nodded his head in agreement with the deal and said, ’Sure’

’Ding,

3000 units of the essence of nature are deducted from the host’s spirit consciousness.

’Ding,

The host’s ghost fox used a skill called ’Phantom slash’.

’Ding,

     Skill name:- Phantom Slash

Effect:- A very sharp slash that can penetrate anything of the same cultivation of the user.

Description:- When used a transparent black-coloured blade is released from the body of the ghost fox. A skill-specific to ghost-type races.

Just as he agreed to the system’ deal, he received a series of system notifications which informed him from the deduction of his essence of nature to the information of the skill used by the ghost fox to knock down the Armoured Titan.

’Good. What about another thing in our deal?’

Ajax curiously looked into the thin air and waited for the next system notification.
