New Age Of Summoners

After his ’Ghost trap’ skill failed, the ghost fox became visibly weak. So, the horned nether hog wanted to kill him before the ghost fox could recover his strength.

’Teleport’

’Wow-wow-wow-wow’

Just when the ghost fox was crushed under the hooves of the nether hog, he teleported himself into the air and while he was in the mid-air, he started shouting similar to the way, he shouted in the earlier hall.

…..

Outside the battle tower,

’What? His skill failed?’

’So, there will be a backlash if the skill is failed,’

Ajax was shocked to see that the ’Ghost trap’ skill failed on the horned nether hog and learned that if the skill failed then the ghost fox would receive a backlash.

’Maybe, this nether’s hog has high spirit consciousness. As expected of a summoner,’

Soon, he learned the reason for the failed attack on the nether hog because every being that was capable of summoning creatures or beasts, they would have high spirit consciousness which was a commonly known fact.

’Will he defeat the nether hog? If he fails now, I need to wait for a month of its challenge or need to give the system at least 10000 units of the essence of nature. No, he will defeat it,’

After seeing the weak look on the ghost fox’s face, Ajax no longer had his initial confidence on the ghost fox; however, he still stuck to his hope.

Moreover, it was completely surrounded by thousands of the horned nether hogs of rank 3 and rank 4 strengths.

’Phantom slash consumes more essence of nature. So, it is difficult to kill all of them with that attack which leaves him to the only skill that can help him is summoning the huge black foxes,’

Just as he thought that the ghost fox would use the summoning skill, the ghost fox started its summoning call for the black foxes.

’That’s it. You can do it,’

Since all five summoned black foxes had the same strength of the ghost fox, Ajax believed it would give the ghost fox sometime to recover its essence of nature.

’Huh? Why are the black foxes so small?’

However, he noticed that the summoned black foxes were not as huge as the ones that the ghost fox had summoned earlier and raised his brows.

’Oh...Haha’

Nevertheless, all his worries disappeared as soon as he saw what was happening around the ghost fox and started laughing.

’No wondered, the black foxes are so small compared to the earlier ones as it summoned around 1000 black foxes with strengths varying from peak level rank 3 to low-level rank 4,’

All of a sudden, Ajax felt relieved as he relaxed on his back against the bed and continued to watch the battle through the holographic screen.

Inside the battle tower,

’Wow-wow-wow-wow’

The ghost fox continued to call his summons and with each passing second a new black fox was popping up on the ground.

’Thud’

’Swoosh’

’Kacha’

’Puchi’

Soon, the thousand black foxes started fighting the thousand nether hogs.

As for the ghost fox and the horned nether hogs, both of them looked at each other but didn’t fight as though they wanted to prove something to each other.

The fight between the minions from both sides continued for some time before a couple of black foxes remained among the thousand black foxes with serious injuries on them.

On the other side, all the horned nether hogs were killed.

’Roar’

The main horned nether hog roared at the ghost fox as though it was saying something before disappearing from the hall.

’Thud’

As soon as the nether hog disappeared from the hall, the ghost fox fell to the ground and all the minions in the hall also disappeared.

...

Outside the battle tower,

’Ding,

Congratulations to the host’s spirit beast…..

’Ding,

The ghost fox cleared the hall by the acknowledgement of the hall guardian, Horned nether hog.

’Ding,

The ghost fox gained a special item left by the horned nether hog (Can only be used by the ghost fox)

’Ding,

Do you want to give permission for the next hall challenge?

As soon as the ghost fox in the battle tower fell down onto the ground, Ajax got a series of system notifications to his head; however, he didn’t check them because he was still in a daze for what had happened in the hall.

’This battle tower is so difficult to understand,’

This was the thought in his mind about the battle towers because he was still unable to understand about the clearance of the halls.

’Volcanis killed the huge horned nether hog with his powerful attacks but didn’t get any reward; however, the ghost fox’s minions killed the nether hog’s minions and got a special reward. Maybe I should think carefully while clearing the halls to get special rewards’

Ajax decided to think carefully when he cleared the halls in the battle tower.

’No need. He is already tired. Send him back to the inner world,’

Since the target, he wanted for the ghost fox to complete had successfully completed. Moreover, the ghost fox was in no position to continue fighting. So, he decided to send him to the inner world to take some rest before he sent him into the battle tower after the ghost fox recovered from its injuries.

If a challenger willingly comes out of the battle tower after successfully clearing a hall, they could enter it whenever they want. So, Ajax didn’t waste any time to send it back into the inner world.

’He successfully cleared the five halls in the battle tower. So, why is the system asking me permission for the next hall? Shouldn’t it ask me the permission for the second layer of the battle tower?’

After sending the ghost fox to his inner world, he once again checked the series of system notifications and he got a doubt regarding the second layer of the battle tower.

’System, now it’s time for you to answer my earlier question,’
