New Age Of Summoners

Yesterday, the royal family and other top powers of the Zrochester province decided to come to the mercenary guild regarding the event of the demon invasion.

They didn’t announce the reason for their arrival but one thing was sure, they were very serious and the punishment for appearing around the mercenary guild was instant death.

So, no cultivator or mercenary didn’t want to take any risk and decided to stay out of the trouble.

Back in the mercenary guild, all of a sudden, everyone in the hall looked at Rulf for a moment before revealing smiles on their faces.

”So, you want to activate the ’Spark of Crushing’ if things went south? I hope the royal family will not make any foolish decisions today; otherwise...Hehe,”

From the conversation between the guild master and Rulf, the veiled matriarch, Sandra knew what the guild master was planning and started laughing.

”I thought you will still play by the rules to those bastards from the top powers. Looks like you changed for good this time,”

The rest of the ’Six Vagrant Cultivators’ jokingly said to the guild master, who always avoided conflicts with the top powers.

The five old cultivators among the ’Six Vagrant Cultivators’ always wanted to overthrow the current royal family and destroy the other powerful sects and great families. So, they were excited when they thought about using the ’Spark of Crushing’ formation against them.

”Don’t get your hope high very soon. I will not use that formation unless they make something funny,”

However, all their hopes were turned down by the old guild master’s later words which made them shake their head.

”You really think too much; however, I think, I will not get a chance to use that formation today...Haha,” The guild master started laughing when he saw how depressed his fellow cultivators were.

...

Inside the battle tower,

When he saw the system notification in front of him, Ajax suddenly thought about an idea to tame the ’Nameless walker’s bow’.

’Since you have a soul which is injured in some battle, I know what you fear,’ Ajax silently thought in his head and immediately said in a loud voice, ”Bloodlust spear, come out. I have some use with you.”

’Swoosh’

Soon a red-coloured long spear appeared in front of him.

”Huh? Is he an idiot or what? Is he thinking about using force to form a contract with it?”

The beautiful hall guardian felt funny at Ajax’s actions and shook his head.

’Looks like he thinks, the longbow is only heaven grade but he doesn’t know it was once a legendary grade weapon,’

With a scoff, the beautiful woman silently scoffed at Ajax as she continued to watch his actions.

”Huh? You think that’s it? It’s not over yet. That realm thing will come out now,” Looking at the longbow which didn’t even flinch at the bloodlust spear, Ajax revealed a slight smile before saying, ”Heaven’s destroyer spear, activate.”

’Zap’

As soon as he finished his words, the bright white light emitted from the red-coloured spear as it slowly turned into a pure white coloured shining spear.

’Shake’

The longbow started shivering after seeing the white coloured spear in Ajax’s hand.

”Now, what do you say?”

While saying that, Ajax once again tried to place his spirit imprint on the weapon soul.

’Phew.. successfully place the spirit imprint and got another powerful weapon to my arsenal,’

This time, the weapon soul didn’t resist his spirit imprint and accepted it.

”What? He already got a legendary grade weapon on him?”

The beautiful women nearly fell from the tree when she saw Ajax turning a heaven grade spear into a legendary grade spear.

’Looks like he is luckier than I thought to possess a legendary grade weapon on him,’

Soon, she recovered her shock and her opinion on Ajax had changed a little and continued watching Ajax before thinking, ’So what? He still has two trials left.’

She was fully confident that Ajax would fail the second trial which was the most difficult one among the three trials of this hall.

’Ding,

Congratulations to the host for gaining another legendary grade weapon (Broken).

’Ding,

One of the three trials is completed. Please continue to complete all the three trials to clear the hall.

As for Ajax, he got a couple of system notifications that made him smile a little.

’Before I try other trials, System, why don’t you show its complete details,’

Any cultivator would be curious to know the effects and history of a legendary grade weapon and Ajax was no different; instead, he was even more curious than other cultivators. So, he decided to check its information.

’Ding,

Item name:- Nameless walker’s bow (Broken)

Grade:- Heaven (Used to be Legendary grade)

 Effects:-

 1) Accuracy:- An arrow fired from this longbow will never miss the target.

 2) Multiple arrows:- A fire multiple arrows with multiple targets.

Note:- For this, the accuracy is not 100 percent.

 Description:-

 1) Made by the sweat and blood of the Elegant Walker’s race weaponsmith.

 2) A weapon that is used in the great human-demon battle and destroyed by the Heaven destroyer spear’s might.

Soon, a huge holographic screen appeared in front of him giving the complete information regarding the longbow.

”So, you two know each other already,”

The first thing that caught his eyes was the description because Ajax was more interested in the description for this longbow rather than the skills.

However, after seeing the second description, Ajax was surprised and asked the two weapons in front of him.

’buzz’

Both the weapons shook a little as though they were agreeing to Ajax’s words.

’Looks like the longbow soul is still having a great amount of fear towards the heaven destroyer spear. So, that might be the reason for getting the approval to place thee spirit imprint on it,’

Since Ajax had placed the sprint imprint on it, he could now sense the lingering fear inside the weapon soul of the longbow and silently thought in his head.
