I AM the Football Star

At that time, Martivini was no longer the president of the Italian Football Association.

Anyway, based on Lu Yang’s perspective during the occasional golf games with Martivini and Maniero, Martivini was already fed up with Juventus’ dominance in the league championships.

Isn’t it boring to inscribe Juventus’ name on the Serie A championship trophy at the start of every season?

The same question is also posed to fans of the Bundesliga and Ligue 1.

...

After chatting, Morici and Lu Yang immediately walked out of the players’ tunnel.

The 26th round of Serie B kicked off.

Perhaps having cleared his mind, Morici’s thinking was exceptionally sharp today, with one goal and one assist, delivering a remarkably fluid performance.

Lu Yang performed as usual, scoring two goals and providing one assist, earning the man of the match award!

Bai Zhami scored a goal.

Canyes provided an assist.

However, the only downside for San Remo was that in the 56th minute of the second half, Sogel scored but was down on the pitch because of a fierce confrontation with the opposing central defender and couldn’t get back up.

As a result, Sogel had to leave the match due to injury, and Calafiori came on as a substitute.

It was a 5-0 victory, San Remo was on fire.

After the match, San Remo confirmed Sogel’s injury was a strain, and it was expected he’d be back in three to four weeks, so it wouldn’t affect the final stage’s three-front charge.

But it served as a reminder for San Remo.

Do not relax the rotation strategy.

The schedule is about to enter the final stage, and most players at this time will be in a physically fatigued and mentally excited period.

Especially players from the teams with better records.

In such cases, players will be extremely productive, capable of scoring and assisting, and willing to run and press.

But this often results in players overexerting their bodies, leading to injuries, sometimes on a large scale.

Last season, San Remo already went through a similar situation.

And this season, with a three-front battle, the players are under even more pressure.

Sogel’s injury won’t affect the next league match much.

San Remo is no longer very concerned about winning or losing in the league, because so far, they have achieved an unbeaten record of 19 wins and 6 draws!

They can afford to lose!

And even with rotations, it’s challenging for them to lose!

Everyone at San Remo exuded the confidence of a league dominator.

But the upcoming Italian Cup quarter-finals are truly worrying.

San Remo’s opponent is a European Competition-level Serie A team, Lazio!

Though Lazio just got knocked out of the UEFA Europa League in disgrace,

to underestimate Lazio for this would equate to underestimating the strength of Serie A teams.

European Competition fluctuates greatly, even a super team like Real Madrid only made it to the round of 16, so Lazio’s exit from the Europa League is nothing to be ashamed of.

The league is a better measure of a team’s true strength.

Especially within the same league.

As strong as San Remo is, they are still just a Serie B team.

While Lazio... are currently ranked in the top four in the league!

Whether it’s the God-blocking AC Milan in the Champions League or Inter Milan brave in the UEFA Europa League, they are both under the feet of Lazio, the Blue Eagle.

Without their main striker, what does San Remo have to compete with them?

Calafiori?

Don’t joke, this old car works great against weaker teams, but against strong teams, it really can’t replace Sogel’s tactical role.

A large center forward!

San Remo only has Sogel as their lone star!

San Remo has substitutes in every position except for a pivotal center forward, this type of player they cannot bring forth.

This type of player is rare in the entire football world!

In the future, there will be even fewer!

With the end of this round of the league, February closed.

Kolber finally, after Lu Yang’s two consecutive titles and having missed out due to injury, received the honor of Serie B Player of the Season!

It’s not an important honor, but since the first recipient was Lu Yang, people have taken this award a bit more seriously.

Kolber, being a fellow player, also wanted to receive this honor to tell everyone he is on the same level as Lu Yang.

Do not underestimate Lu Yang’s influence among young Italian players.

Those Italian players who disagree with Lu Yang are being won over one by one.

The Curved Moon Blade worth one hundred million euros has sparked a youth frenzy for practicing free kicks in Italy.

Likewise, that kick made Kolber’s European Cup journey possible, and Kolber is sincerely grateful to Lu Yang.

”Thank you all for recognizing me. For me, the most important meaning of receiving this award is that I can still compete with Lu in some dimensions! This is a feeling that fills me with fighting spirit!” Kolber expressed his thoughts on Lu Yang in his acceptance speech.

Being compared to Lu Yang is enough to motivate this second Divine Striker in Serie B!

Lu Yang expressed that this is a friend to keep for life!

So Lu Yang immediately reposted the news of Kolber’s award on social media, commenting: ”Due to injury, this award came a little late. But it’s okay, I believe Kolber’s name will appear in the future Serie A Player of the Month awards as well!”

Many players are baffled, even disdainful of Lu Yang and Kolber’s public admiration for each other.

Just play, they don’t even belong to the same club, why brown-nose each other!

To this, Lu Yang just wants to say... Have you ever heard of Brotherhood Basketball, oh no, Brotherhood Football?

...

On March 5th, the 27th round of Serie B kicked off.

San Remo again used a rotation lineup.
