I Am Not A Goblin Slayer

It will probably always remember being bullied by those true dragon siblings after hatching from its eggshell.

Those siblings from the same mother, and the cold shoulder from the mother that should have given it endless affection, ultimately resulting in being driven out of the dragon’s lair, wandering outside.

True dragons have never been its companions but its enemies!

It intensely desires to prove through killing them that this inferior product is superior to their excellent breeds!

”Boom!”

Hephaestus’ enormous wings whipped up a fierce wind.

Its massive form like a cannonball shot straight toward the young black dragon trying to dodge.

Two fierce young giant dragons collided in midair.

”Crunch!”

Almost at once, Hephaestus’ huge sharp dragon claws pierced into the black dragon’s body.

Black scales splashed with crimson blood showered down from the sky.

”Roar!”

The young black dragon let out a pained sound.

”You damned traitor!”

”Why are you teaming up with a metal dragon against us!”

Even now, the young black dragon couldn’t understand.

In the bloodline inheritance of the Five-Colored Dragons, apart from knowledge, there were numerous stereotypes imprinted, such as liking gold coins and treasures, being greedy and lazy, disliking metal dragons, etc.

Judging dragons by oneself, they really couldn’t fathom why the opponent would engage in such despicable behavior.

Even among Five-Colored Dragons, they were never completely united, but against metal dragons, they should be unanimous in their stand.

”Fools!”

Hephaestus and the black dragon tangled and bit each other in midair, a hint of mockery in its eyes.

For the first time, it felt its relatives’ intelligence was so low, such that it couldn’t help but feel a strong sense of superiority.

Turns out, teasing fools is such a delightful thing.

And being scolded inexplicably by Hephaestus, the black dragon became even more ashamed and angry.

It too opened its mouth, biting together with Hephaestus.

As for now, what are the other three colored dragons doing?

They certainly couldn’t just be watching the show, doing nothing but watching Hephaestus the ”traitor” fight the young black dragon companion.

At this moment, they turned all their attention onto Gauss, the ”metal dragon.”

Precisely because of him, they didn’t rush in to support the young black dragon who was losing ground.

After all, it’s not going to die instantly.

As long as they dealt with this mysterious metal dragon head-on, everything would turn better.

Just an under-aged red dragon, could it possibly fight one against four and defeat their four dragons?

”Sizzle sizzle sizzle!”

Two young green dragons flew up to the cliffs left and right, crouching there, suddenly swelling up their abdomens, and the green spores expanded as if possessing life force. The green spores then swept towards Gauss’s direction.

Meanwhile, the young blue dragon at the front line had also readied its spell.

Or rather, it was ready long ago.

It was just observing the opponent’s details.

Until this moment, they didn’t know if it was a silver dragon, a golden dragon, or another kind of dragon, what its age group was, what its expertise was.

While their means were obvious, this disparity in information put considerable pressure on them.

Other than transformation skill and spatial magic, nothing else about the opponent was exposed.

Thus, it seemed bold and unafraid, but the spell it prepared was really a counter-defense technique.

To it, a strange barrier seemed to rise around, but the ability to cover such a range clearly couldn’t last long, and in any case, this Jade Forest was that old crone’s territory.

Although internally it didn’t take much of Aiselas seriously, it believed that once matured, it would surely become a more terrifying, fierce giant dragon than Aiselas, rather than hiding in the forest like the cowardly old green dragon for over a hundred years. Yet for now, it was still very willing to recognize the Green Dragon Queen’s strength.

Time stood on their side, as long as they delay until support arrives, this mysterious opponent would face consequences.

Metal dragons, although stronger than the colored dragons, their strength and weakness depend more on age and skill proficiency.

It was certain the Green Dragon Queen was definitely the stronger one and much stronger, otherwise, the opponent wouldn’t wait for the moment she had just left the forest to come knocking.

If Gauss knew what the young blue dragon was thinking, he might be surprised at its judgment made in an instant.

Besides misidentifying his identity, its observations, analysis, and strategy were mostly correct.

Gauss indeed needed to fight swiftly and decisively.

So...

Gauss planned to spare nothing.

Privately, he had actually tested his full stance, the combined state of the purple quality racial talent dragon breed and Tier Two Ghost Transformation.

In real combat, he hadn’t used it for a long time, because its effect was too extreme; in regular battles, it wasn’t necessary to activate both states, one was enough, forcibly combining them would be like using a cannon to kill mosquitoes, and recklessly increasing the risk of physical damage.

But on the other hand, this technique had to be practiced slightly.

Especially after both talents have advanced from blue quality to purple quality, even more so. It couldn’t be possible to use it in an emergency without knowing its effects, right?

Gauss certainly wasn’t that presumptuous.

Therefore, he had secretly tested it in a place where no one would notice.
