I Am Not A Goblin Slayer

Fortunately, he didn’t disturb him.

He planned to wait until the battle was over, then find him to inquire out of concern.

The Red Dragon Team has more than just Serdur as a Priest, even if he’s not fully investing in healing, the existing medical power is still enough to keep the Red Dragon Team running.

This is the quality a healthy team should have; besides himself as the team leader, it’s not like it can’t function without any particular member.

Moreover, Gauss’s presence only raises the upper limit of the Red Dragon Team’s combat power, but even without taking him as team leader into account, the Red Dragon Team’s strength is still impressive among many adventure groups.

Level 9 Warlock Luna’s power is modestly consistent; this is not derogatory, on the contrary, it’s Gauss’s affirmation of her strength. She has a solid grasp of Spells, especially excelling in some wind-type Magic.

Her overall combat style is stable, not overly aggressive, but rather steady and firm, casting under the team’s protection, striking at the enemy’s large gathering spots.

Level 8 Warrior Albena, due to her Giant Bloodline, possesses the ability to match several peers of the same level for a short time, able to hold her own against most Level 9 Professions.

Level 7 Ying’s frontal combat power is inferior to Albena, but in terms of enemy-killing speed, she is even more terrifying than Albena. Her speed is much faster, and besides her main body, she can split into three avatars, with four-in-one cooperating tactics, she can swiftly mow down lower-level targets like cutting grass.

Aaliyah, after advancing to Level 6, saw her Elf Bloodline further purified, which made her Moon God-blessed Spells soar in power again, also a combatant easily able to cross-level.

Her pet Ulfen’s size no longer grows, maintaining a standing height just over two meters, but its strength also grows with Aaliyah’s increase in power, and Gauss wonders if it’s just his illusion, he always feels Ulfen’s fur becomes shinier, seemingly its bloodline also rises with Aaliyah, gaining enhancement.

In terms of combat power, Ulfen equals a Level 5 Demon.

Raven Aik is slightly inferior, with a wingspan of two meters, possessing extremely fast flying speed and a pair of black claws that can easily crush metal, its combat power equals a Level 4 Demon. However, its advantage is flight mobility and leadership ability.

It can command numerous raven minions for combat and reconnaissance.

Now Serdur, after breaking through to Level 6 and awakening Royal Bloodline, freed himself from the full-time healer role, boosting combat power further, enhancing the Red Dragon Team’s high-end power.

Besides the aforementioned few, the Red Dragon Team’s Master Level forces also include Luna’s two confidants, the Stealthy Ethan and the Knight Dante. Dwarf Toga. Red Dragon Hephaestus, who summons the Goblin Clay Giant.

Counting all Master Level forces, there are 10, and several are considered strong among Master Level.

The only shortcoming might be the small number of personnel due to being established for a short time, but this can’t really be deemed a deficiency, as the elite strategy makes the Red Dragon Team’s operational efficiency higher than other adventure groups, not needing half a day to prepare before each departure.

Gauss surveyed the battlefield and found that, without tackling tough enemies, he had surprisingly little to do.

Thus he dedicated more effort to guiding Hephaestus.

Currently, Hephaestus has only learned the Tricks Flaming Arrow, Trick Electric Claw, and 1st-level Spell Burning Hand, evidently, still having great potential for development in Magic.

Although unable to master 2nd-level Spells for now, it still has many 1st-level Spells to learn, coincidentally, its teacher and guardian is Gauss, akin to a magical library, lacking in other things perhaps, but in terms of number of learned Spells, there are few Casters who can rival him.

There’s no help for it; his immense Spiritual Power combined with the Adventurer’s Handbook’s Spell rewards don’t occupy his personal load, this advantage is incredibly obvious, enabling him to fearlessly purchase and learn diverse Spells, regardless of their utility.

During his usual break time, he would seize a moment to learn new Magic.

So Gauss demonstrated the 1st-level Spell Greasy Skill to Hephaestus.

Greasy Skill can, within a specified range, temporarily create a slippery area with oil through Magic Power, making targets walking over it extremely easy to slip and lose control. However, in practice, its other use is probably more frequently employed.

That’s collaboration with Flame Magic, oil aiding the fire momentum, creating combo effects.

Soon, aided by Gauss’s enhanced Greasy Skill, Hephaestus’s already extensive Burning Hand became even more turbulent, almost reaching a level where one dragon forms a team.

After Gauss’s demonstration, Hephaestus also understood the spell’s ingenuity, its golden Dragon Eyes slowly lit up.

”Did you understand?”

Gauss feared it might not have seen clearly, so he especially flew from the dragon’s back to Hephaestus’s side during casting.

”Gauss, I need to see it a few more times, this is a bit difficult, huh.”

Gauss nodded in agreement.

Gauss then demonstrated several more times in front of Hephaestus.

Unfortunately, Greasy Skill isn’t Flame Magic; even if Hephaestus understood, to release it still requires some practice and deliberation time.

Gauss wasn’t in a hurry either, silently explaining.

Finally, before this battle was about to end, Hephaestus clumsily cast a half-baked Greasy Skill.
