Fated to My Billionaire Husband

Chapter 2100: Chapter 2100: Did Quite a Few Good Deeds

Jian Yufei’s face showed a look of joy: ”Really?”

Ruan Tianling held her hand, kissing it at the lips: ”How could I dare not agree? You’ve even used stopping your medication as a threat to me. If I didn’t agree, would you continue to refuse treatment?”

Jian Yufei clasped his hand in return: ”Even if I would do that, I would be very sad. Because I don’t think I have much time left, I want to cherish every day and strive to live longer, not to die so soon. But in order to keep you from making mistakes, I have to sacrifice my life, so I would be very sad.”

After hearing her words, Ruan Tianling felt terrible inside.

He said with deep remorse: ”Yufei, am I being too immature? Making you sacrifice like this for me.”

”No, you just love me too much.”

Ruan Tianling was very touched by her understanding.

Initially, he thought that when she found out the truth, she would have argued fiercely with him.

But she understood him, and that really surprised him.

She also used her unique way to make him compromise, otherwise, he would not have easily compromised.

Ruan Tianling said they would release the people the day after tomorrow because even releasing people has to be done flawlessly.

Jian Yufei really trusted him.

Even after this incident, she still trusted him wholeheartedly, unaffected in the slightest.

...

After another day of treatment at the hospital, Jian Yufei could be discharged and recuperate at home.

Not long after Ruan Tianling brought her home, his people released those patients used for experiments.

Ruan Tianling also told her that before they released those people, they checked their bodies, and not only had their health not worsened, but it had improved somewhat.

This shows that the Ghost Doctor’s medical skills are indeed very good.

Unfortunately, he can only treat general leukemia, and he is unable to treat her situation.

Jian Yufei asked him about the incident with the person who drowned that day.

Ruan Tianling said that after they captured him, they negotiated with him, but he refused to sign the agreement.

He said he was about to die soon and didn’t want to waste time being part of their experiments, wanting to see his family a few more times, so they released him.

They even escorted him to the hospital entrance, so he shouldn’t have drowned.

Who knows how he suddenly drowned, but that was someone else’s matter and had nothing to do with them.

In short, this experiment did not actually harm anyone, and Ruan Tianling even lost some money.

Those leukemia patients originally had no money for treatment; he released them and didn’t make them pay back.

With a decent sum of money, those people can continue their treatment.

Ruan Tianling, in a way, ended up doing quite a few good deeds.

Jian Yufei was very happy; doing good makes her happy.

Actually, the Ghost Doctor could cure those people, but Ruan Tianling refused to let the Ghost Doctor treat them.

First, he had spent a fortune to invite the Ghost Doctor to treat Jian Yufei; he wasn’t noble enough to let him treat others for free.

Second, Jian Yufei’s condition was urgent, and the Ghost Doctor must race against time to treat her, without time to treat others one by one.

Although the Ghost Doctor was using them for research, it was not only saving Jian Yufei but also improving their conditions.

But this was only temporary and initial.

The Ghost Doctor wouldn’t specially treat them; all his research was for Jian Yufei.

Continuing like this, sooner or later, due to different medications, it would harm those few patients.

So releasing those people now was the best timing.
