Treasure Hunting System： The Ocean Conquerer

”Tell me, if you put the tower into your small world, will its connection to the outside and to the Divine Hall of Trial still exist?

Will those Trial Instructors still be able to enter the tower?”

Hearing this, Alka couldn’t help sinking into thought, because he truly hadn’t considered it before.

He helplessly shook his head.

”I don’t know. We’ll only find out after we test it in a bit.”

The key was what kind of link existed between the Divine Hall of Trial and the Tower of Trial.

After all, although Alka’s small world was an independent space, in essence its connection to the world was extremely tight.

It was almost skimming along right next to the world, which was why it showed that phenomenon of being extremely easy to open a door into the small world.

As long as their connection could cross space even slightly, it should be easy enough to run the Tower of Trial inside the small world.

Thinking this, Sound of Dawn had already reached the shore and steadily found a spot to berth.

Everyone jumped down one after another.

They had just arrived when they saw a group of people pointing weapons at them, their expressions full of vigilance.

In the pitch-black night,

this group of people on the island swept them with beams of light.

The first thing they checked was the ship behind them. Seeing the pattern on the hull, they silently put their weapons away.

”You’re the lords from Compass Pupil, yes?”

At their head was a Guard Captain wearing armor with a slight steampunk style.

In his hand was a blade that looked like a refined chainsaw.

Seeing him walk over, Alka nodded.

”Please, my lord, display an ability that can prove your identity,” the Guard Captain said.

Hearing this, a faint golden light shimmered over Alka’s body.

Feeling this dense aura that came from the Holy Mother, it was already clear that Alka was a Saint.

Only then did the Guard Captain nod.

”Please pardon us, my lords. This is a necessary inspection.”

Alka nodded, unconcerned. This was how it should be.

”Then, my lords, please come with me.”

Saying that, the Guard Captain and his squad led Alka and the others toward the center of the Island.

They could see that all around were still those abandoned housing ruins, the architectural style exactly the same as what they’d seen on Trial Island before, not much different.

Right at the entry point, they could see two temporary camp buildings, likely where they rested. Passing through them, they soon arrived beneath the tower.

And here there were clearly no mechanical devices like the triangular units to guide them.

Once they arrived, the squad of guards took a few steps back, indicating that Alka and the others could do as they pleased.

Alka looked at the Tower of Trial before him; its outward appearance showed no difference from the ones they’d seen before.

Only the exterior, perhaps due to time, had slightly different wear.

After inspecting it for a bit and confirming up close there was nothing unusual,

the Earth Card surfaced around him.

Under Alka’s control, cracks opened one after another in the ground, and the squad of soldiers involuntarily retreated a few more steps.

The cracks spread, forming a ring; the surroundings began to shake as if in an earthquake.

Then the entire tower, along with a large chunk of earth, rose up into the air.

Once it lifted, a circular fissure appeared below, and the whole tower dropped straight down into it.

Alka followed it in. Under his control, the tower was firmly embedded into the interior of the small world.

After embedding it, he checked once more, and only after confirming there was no problem did Alka come back out.

”Then our duty is considered fulfilled,” the Guard Captain standing to the side said.

Alka nodded. ”Thank you for your guarding.”

After a brief exchange of courtesies, the two sides went their separate ways.

Those guards were already starting to pack up inside the camp, while Alka and the others directly boarded Dawn’s Contract and continued on ahead.

The whole process hadn’t taken much time, barely less than an hour.

The ship set sail.

Everyone stood on the deck looking at Alka.

”I’ll go in and test it.”

Saying that, Alka entered the small world, and the door connecting to the outside did not close.

The others, curious, followed him in and saw the Tower of Trial standing on the wasteland.

Alka looked at it.

After a moment’s thought, he directly stepped onto the Teleportation Platform and entered the interior.

This time he went straight into the entrance rest area, with a door before him that he could push open.

He pushed the door and entered, going directly to the first floor.

However, the first floor immediately changed into a place like a training arena.

The instructor who had trained him previously appeared before him.

”Looks like you’ve begun to take action.”

Facing the instructor, Alka nodded. ”Yes. I’ve already started collecting.”

”The problem is, there are three towers whose controlling factions are unwilling to hand over their Tower of Trial. Do you know what the situation is with these three towers now?”

”Which three?” the instructor asked.

Alka directly recited some corresponding information about the three towers. The instructor searched his memory and seemed to have formed a basic idea.

”I’m sorry. We don’t actually know what things are like outside the tower, because even those we train, after we deal with them, don’t tell us much about the situation out there. At most we chat idly about the surrounding environment.”

Hearing this, Alka only nodded.

”Then let’s do this: if, later on, there are still people from those three towers who meet the requirements and come to you for training, please directly tell them that I’ve already begun collecting.

If possible, I hope they can peacefully give me the control rights of the tower.

Afterward I can guarantee that, once the twelve towers are gathered, they’ll still be able to use the Tower of Trial normally. And tell them that once they’re gathered, new functions will appear.”

Under normal circumstances, the instructor definitely wouldn’t say such things, since these were the rules of the Tower of Trial.

The instructor nodded, indicating he had no objection.

If even then they were unwilling, Alka would have no choice but to resort to force.
