Treasure Hunting System： The Ocean Conquerer

Alka nodded and directly said, ”Regarding your request, we are willing to offer help and clear away the thundercloud above your heads.”

Upon hearing this, smiles appeared on the faces of those around, evidently, this thundercloud has weighed heavily on them for too long.

”We’re extremely grateful, if there’s anything we can help with, please feel free to instruct.”

The top floor here has half of the space with skylights, allowing direct view through the transparent glass to the thundercloud above, and the view facing the Thunder Tower.

Alka walked over, looked at the tower and the thundercloud above that kept striking with lightning, and said.

”This isn’t an ordinary thundercloud, the Thunder Element inside it has solidified into a solid state. How did this situation come about?” Alka asked.

Hearing this, the Elder sighed.

Yet it was the gentlemanly middle-aged man with glasses standing nearby who stepped forward to explain to everyone.

”The original city builder was a Saint of the Holy Machine Church, who used his knowledge at the time to construct this Thunder Tower and the thundercloud above. This led to the booming development of Power City.

According to the preserved records, the thundercloud was formed by the builder using Elemental Aggregation techniques and attracted by a high-energy Elemental Core.

For this reason, after such a long time, we can’t disperse the thundercloud anymore, and can only seek external assistance.”

Although he didn’t clarify much, Alka roughly understood, nodded his head.

He said frankly, ”I’ll be blunt, there’s already Thunder Element life within that thundercloud. Honestly, if you let that thundercloud be for several decades or even hundreds of years, a settlement of Elemental life will definitely appear within.”

”Ah!” The refined young man couldn’t help but voice his astonishment.

He hadn’t realized the situation was so severe.

Unable to resist, he pushed his glasses up his nose and asked, ”What do we do now?”

Thunder Elements are among the most volatile in Elemental Theory.

Even contracts signed with them might turn against the host to some extent, volatility is their nature.

Just like Lava Elements, destruction is their nature.

If an elemental settlement truly appeared, this city could be labeled for destruction, leaving only the option of evacuation.

”It’s not that bad, it’s just in aggregation, it hasn’t actually produced Thunder Elements.”

”I represent this city, requesting your assistance.” The elder walked over, bowed solemnly and said.

Alka waved his hand, ”No need for such formality, it’s not too difficult for us, but we will indeed need your help.”

”First, evacuate everyone outward from 1 km around the Thunder Tower.

It’s best to take your valuables with you too, as all structures in this area will no longer exist. For safety’s sake, I advise dispersing people 2 km or even 3 km away.”

”As I said, the central Thunder Tower definitely can’t be preserved, surrounding structures are various energy pipelines and transmission routes, you’d best block and move them too.

Notify us after you’re done with these, we’ll be waiting at the port.”

”Thank you, no problem, we just need a day, we can accomplish this.” Fei stepped forward and said.

Hearing this, Alka gave him a surprised glance and said, ”Your efficiency in action is quite impressive.”

After discussing some details, Alka and the others left.

Returned to the Dawn Sound.

Upon returning, one could already see the entire city springing into action.

Evidently, the council’s control over the city was greater than expected, the residents complained at most, but there was no rebellion or protest movement or anything.

It seemed the city’s leadership was decent.

Returning to the deck, Alka began to sort out the process of this action for everyone.

”I plan to use the small world to swallow the thundercloud and even the Thunder Element within all at once.” When Alka expressed this, everyone’s faces reflected expressions of ’just as expected.’

For such issues, the swallowing function of the small world is very handy.

After all, it’s a barren world within, freely created.

”You got your eyes on the thing conjured from Thunder Element life within the thundercloud, didn’t you?” Chadite squinted at Alka, smiling.

”Haha, exactly that.”

”I’ve already got Earth Element residents within my small world, having Thunder Elements won’t hurt, right.

Honestly, if there’s a chance, any Fire Elements, Water Elements, Ice Elements, Wind Elements, one or all, I’d want to gather a tribe of each in my world.”

Saying this, six Elemental Cards floated beside Alka, his intention was clear.

”Seems your Elemental Theory skills have leveled up?” Lucilia sitting on Alka’s shoulder said.

Alka nodded but didn’t explain further.

With mastery growing, explanations wouldn’t be understandable by everyone, as each person specializes differently.

Just like when Simon tells everyone about his material theories and energy structure theories, they didn’t understand a word.
