Treasure Hunting System： The Ocean Conquerer

This Divine Essence.

It’s like a diamond, so its color resembles a cluster of diamond light.

Hard, solid, and with a brilliant characteristic.

Having handled so many treasures and Divine Essences, Alka already had his own understanding and knowledge of treasures.

The Treasure Craftsman, besides Alka’s significant ability to separate the carrier of the treasure from the Divine Essence through the Tower of Melting in the Dream Realm.

It’s also because Alka has a unique and profound understanding of the nature of treasures and their carriers.

Every time he made a treasure, Alka would not randomly make the carrier, but rather would use his own eyes to analyze the Divine Essence and match materials, even conduct rituals, to create the perfect carrier.

This gave him a deeper understanding of the nature of treasures.

Similarly, Simon was the same; many carriers were either made or assisted in making by Simon.

Thus, when Alka picked up this piece of Divine Essence and expressed a certain meaning, Simon instantly understood.

”You two stop speaking in riddles; can’t you see we’re also very curious?” Jason said from the side.

The exchange between the two left everyone puzzled, only knowing that this thing must be very important.

Hearing this, Alka smiled, still holding the Divine Essence encased in crystal.

Due to the coloration of the Divine Essence and the crystal shell, they looked exceptionally well-matched.

He smiled and explained: ”You should know that for the past six months, our main research has been creating devices that can replace the Magic Gathering Stone.”

Everyone nodded.

The Magic Gathering Stone had greatly assisted them on their journey.

But after all, it’s just a device developed in Ancient Times.

When their power reached the Fifth Stage before, it was already a strain to supply sufficient mana. Once Alka and they reached the Sixth Stage, the Magic Gathering Stone could no longer provide any help.

After all, the gap between each stage is enormous, with mana demands increasing exponentially.

Honestly, being able to support up to the Fifth Stage was already surprising to Alka and his team, a testament to the products of the Golden Era.

”But you also know we encountered a problem, which is the materials being insufficient.

We couldn’t find suitable materials to bear the load; after all, such vast amounts of mana require conversion and condensation. Recently, we’ve even been contemplating whether to transform the Magic Gathering Stone into a massive structure for us to utilize.”

This was the alternative plan Alka and his team recently devised.

Concentrating the small function of gathering mana within a gemstone, even as the gemstone had reached its limit.

Still, allowing mana conversion to supply the Sixth Stage remains challenging.

Because the mana demands of the Sixth Stage and above are highly exaggerated.

So they planned to expand the mana-gathering capability, constructing a structure akin to an Array Altar or a tower using various expensive materials.

If the qualitative requirements can’t be met, then it must be achieved through quantity.

If miniaturization doesn’t work, then expand it, thus significantly easing the material requirements.

However, since such a structure has almost entirely deviated from the original construction of the Magic Gathering Stone, they need to essentially start anew with a new framework.

And the final product certainly wouldn’t be portable, with operation also being cumbersome.

More time would be required.

But sometimes there’s no other choice.

However, with a small world, portability can be ignored.

”But having this Divine Essence is excellent, as the Divine Essence itself resembles a gemstone; I suspect its divinity might have been separated from the rules contained in worldly gemstones.

We only need to proceed with fusion swiftly once everything is ready. Even if the former gemstone carrier couldn’t withstand it, the Divine Essence can be integrated at this point.

This could instantly elevate the carrier of the gemstone, integrating the mana-gathering functionality without causing any damage.”

The only difficulty lies in the mastery of the treasure carrier and the timing of treasure fusion, but for me, it’s not considered a challenge.”

Because Alka had handled the fusion of so many treasures, he had practically documented each one; he had perfectly mastered the timing of integration, especially concerning Holy Grail Level treasures.

So the difficulty in this process isn’t really a challenge for Alka.

”Can it work?” Julia asked while frowning.

Though she did not quite understand these things, the approach Alka described seemed somewhat like forcibly finding loopholes.

A bit like taking advantage of gaps.

Alka nodded: ”It can work.”

”Just like if the treasure’s form is a Long Saber, even if the Divine Essence integrated controls water flow, it wouldn’t affect the saber’s ability to chop.

It’s like your phonograph; if the Divine Essence it bears controls fire, it wouldn’t affect its ability to retain sound.

Because those are the inherent capabilities of the carrier.”

Alka simply explained to everyone.

This aspect of capability is best exemplified by Simon’s treasures.

Simon’s two treasures constructed using Divine Essence are similar.

The treasure that can transform into a mecha essentially enhances the hardness of the material.
