Treasure Hunting System： The Ocean Conquerer

Chapter 355: Chapter 201: Stranger’s Dream Bubbles_3

In the Dream Realm, if the surroundings were like this, then it was very likely that the man behind him was a member of the Holy Machine Church.

Then Alka saw an identical church insignia on the man’s side.

Very good, Alka thought. It’s almost certain he’s a member of the Church.

Thinking of this, Alka sat back on the bench and began to ponder.

The man beside him continued to eat incessantly, the chewing sounds grating to the ears.

”Can you take a break?” Alka asked, observing the man’s eating habits. The surroundings were unusually messy, with scraps of food on his body, face, and the adjacent table.

Upon hearing Alka’s words, the man looked up at him, then continued gorging himself noisily.

Alka shook his head helplessly and began to piece together the information he had gathered.

Based on the direction and distance he had explored, Alka determined that the man was likely on the advancing route at the edge of the Ocean of Enlightenment. The exact distance was still uncertain, as distance in the Dream Realm is quite vague, but it was at least in this direction. Moreover, since it was late at night, they should soon be reaching the advancing route near the Ocean of Enlightenment.

Furthermore, the Ocean of Enlightenment was a sacred and safe sea area, guarded and established by the Wise One—the Divine worshipped by the Holy Machine Church. This Wise One was an existence on par with the Holy Mother.

The Hand of Precision that Alka was currently using also belonged to this church. He had also once communicated in the Consciousness Space with a being from the Holy Machine Church akin to a Deputy—the Grey-robed Sage, Foster Fort.

Watching the man’s current state in the Dream Realm, Alka thought, To have such a dream, he’s likely very hungry, and there are no other Dream Bubbles around. Is he trapped on an isolated island along the advancing route?

This was a simple speculation Alka made based on the current situation, with many loopholes and uncertainties. However, to fully confirm it, he would have to truly reach the location of this Dream Bubble. Regardless, I can conclude that this person is alone and in very poor condition,

he continued to muse. His mental state isn’t good. Since he’s human, the thinness of the membrane likely indicates problems elsewhere. Coupled with the cracks in the Dream Bubble, it means even his soul is injured. The Holy Machine Church has shown me kindness, and it is aligned with one of the Four Divines. This man is very likely on an island, and we will definitely land there. If, based on his condition then, I can help, I’ll lend a hand. With this in mind, Alka looked around, then wandered through this Dream Realm once more. After ensuring he hadn’t missed anything, he prepared to leave the man’s bubble.

Before he could leave, the bubble’s surface suddenly shattered, and Alka was directly ejected.

Observing how the bubble had just shattered, Alka deduced, It seems his mental state isn’t very good, and he was abruptly awakened in the outside world.

A pink mist surged out, enveloping Alka’s legs. It once again propelled Alka rapidly back towards his own Dream Realm, using the same method of movement as before.

If I don’t use this speed, flying back at my own leisurely pace, I might not make it in time, Alka thought. I must hurry back, rest a little in my own Dream Realm, and then wake up. Although I learned important information in the Dream Realm, I need to focus my attention elsewhere. After all, in the waking world, we are about to reach the Ocean of Enlightenment and will face the storm again.

After a long while, Alka finally returned to his own Dream Bubble.

I no longer have time to go to Lucilia’s place to continue reading, he thought.

He recovered briefly, lay down in his Dream World, and after a short nap, he woke up directly.

「By then, the sky outside had already faintly brightened.」

Alka got up, washed up simply, and prepared to leave his room.

Soon, he heard Juanlu ringing the bell.

Arriving at the dining room, he had a simple breakfast with everyone, then began the preparations.

He conducted a final inspection of the Spell on the Sound of Dawn, checking if the Energy Crystal Stone was installed correctly.

We can’t afford any setbacks at a critical moment, he thought.

「After completing a series of preparatory work.」

Alka could already see, far off at the edge of his vision on the horizon, the dark clouds in the sky.

Raising his hand, he waved gently, controlling the Sound of Dawn to slightly adjust its direction.

”What’s wrong?” Chadite, standing beside him, sensed the change in the ship’s direction and turned around, asking in confusion. If there wasn’t a reason, Alka wouldn’t inexplicably change the ship’s direction, she thought.

Upon hearing Chadite’s words, Alka looked at everyone around him and said directly, ”Last night, in this direction, I discovered a human’s Dream Bubble. I only found one person... and his condition is very poor. There’s a high likelihood he belongs to the Holy Machine Church.”

Hearing Alka’s words, everyone’s expressions showed some surprise.

”So you’re saying he could very likely be on an island?” Jason asked, surprised.

Alka nodded. Indeed, it’s very likely an isolated island.

”Haha, the Holy Mother has manifested!” Jason said with a smile, folding his hands across his chest and offering a simple prayer. Then he turned to the crowd and said, ”Now, I can’t be called a jinx, can I?”

After all, encountering an island was good news.

Standing at the bow of the ship, Pororo heard this, turned his head to glance at Jason, and said quietly, ”If that island is very dangerous...”

He didn’t finish, but everyone clearly understood his meaning.

They couldn’t help but turn to look at Jason.

”Ha, just wait, it surely won’t be very dangerous,” Jason retorted.

Chadite looked at the distant sea and said quietly, ”Alka said that person’s condition is very poor... Do you understand what I mean?”

Very poor, and on an isolated island, Jason thought. If the island itself is the reason his condition is so bad...

Thinking of this, Jason’s expression gradually stiffened.
