Dimensional Codex System: I'm really not a cultist!

From the Celestial Court, looking down, the earth seethes with evil, and warfare continues endlessly.

The gods, burning with anger, have personally descended into the Mortal Realm, passing Judgment on the despicable and redeeming the pure-hearted.

———”Holy Scripture: Apocalypse 2:12”

A radiant brilliance flashes by.

Hundreds of warships appear suddenly from the void, surrounding the alien invaders that were once encircling Earth. Following this, dazzling light beams erupt forth, bombarding the massive cube before them.

Even though the cube is as large as a planet, it can’t withstand a strike with the Primordial Fire Attribute; the scorching, eye-catching crimson radiance pierces through the massive cube like a sharp blade, setting off a series of explosions. However, this doesn’t inflict fatal damage to the cube; on the contrary, once the cube reacts, it too bursts with light beams, starting a counterattack against the fleet.

Simultaneously, other alien invaders seem to notice something is amiss and quickly take defensive actions.

Yet their attacks have no effect.

Just as when these aliens invaded Earth, and Earthlings couldn’t inflict damage upon them, now these alien invaders’ attacks also can’t harm the Azure Fleet the slightest bit. The fierce artillery capable of shattering all Earth’s resistance falls on the Klein Field like stones thrown by children, unable to breach the Azure Fleet’s defense.

This is a one-sided massacre.

Only the roles of prey and predator have switched places.

However, at last, it’s my time to enter the scene.

Standing on the deck, looking at the fleet before him, Fang Zheng shows a smile. All along, he tried his best to keep himself hidden, but now...well, it’s finally unnecessary.

So, let me take over!

With this thought, Fang Zheng steps forward.

The next moment, accompanying the eruption of flames, the fiery Black Dragon suddenly appears, charging at the massive cube ahead.

”All your efforts are futile; your souls will endure eternal torment. Everything shall be consumed—I am the herald of apocalypse. Let this world burn!”

Laozi wants you all to know that pretentiousness isn’t exclusive to you aliens!

”Tremble, mortals!”

With a roar, the giant dragon Fang Zheng transformed into collides with the surface of the massive black cube. Although the opponent possesses similar defense mechanisms, for Fang Zheng, this level of barrier doesn’t even require intentional effort; merely crashing into it causes it to completely shatter like paper mache.

Though on the surface, the difference in size between the two is as immense as Earth compared to a meteor, just as a massive meteor impact would bring catastrophe upon Earth, when the giant dragon collides with the massive cube hundreds of times its size, it results in the same outcome.

”Boom!!”

The seemingly indestructible surface of the massive cube starts trembling with ripples like a pond the moment the giant dragon hits it, even collapsing inward. Finally...it shatters entirely into a huge crack, dissipating the dragon’s impact force.

Meanwhile, the giant dragon opens its mouth, taking a deep breath.

”Let flames purify everything!”

A torrent of flames surges through the opening, and soon, the giant cube begins to expand. Shining like the Sun, a brilliance radiates from the cube’s expanding fissures.

In the next instant, the blinding radiance, enough to make people suspect a second Sun has emerged, suddenly illuminates the whole space.

When the light fades, the massive cube that was nearly planet-sized has vanished entirely; only the giant dragon remains in place, raising its head, gazing at the distant starry sky.

”Haha, want to run? Do you think you can escape?!”

With a roar, the flames explode abruptly, and then the giant dragon vanishes without a trace.

”Eh? Commander?”

Seeing Fang Zheng leave the battlefield, the girls of the Azure Fleet look at each other in confusion, whereas Iona calmly issues an order.

”Continue fighting, annihilate the enemy.”

”Yes.”

Although there was some doubt, the Mind Model of the Azure Fleet were fundamentally soldiers. Upon receiving orders, they immediately resumed the war of annihilation against the enemy in front of them.

For Fang Zheng, even the vast universe could not escape the line of time.

”—————!!!”

When time shifted from zero to one, the sight in front of him had completely changed. Coming to his senses, what Fang Zheng saw was the enormous, burning star, and not far from the star, something resembling a broken tree branch was floating there. Around this ”branch,” large artificially-made cube or spherical objects could be seen everywhere.

Borg.

This was the information Fang Zheng obtained from ”Ratziel”. They possess a Transcendent civilization and immense power, with a system similar to the Zerg.

Because of this, the Borg dominated the Delta Quadrant absolutely.

And for Fang Zheng, this was naturally advantageous.

At this moment, the Borg warships evidently noticed the arrival of the giant dragon; those cubes and spheres quickly flew toward Fang Zheng, simultaneously firing beams of light at him. However, these beams could not hit Fang Zheng’s body; they disappeared silently into the barrier in front of Fang Zheng without eliciting even a trace of smoke.

”Hehehe, never thought I’d have the opportunity for a full-on BBQ... Alright then, let’s begin!”

Looking at the star and planets ahead, Fang Zheng smiled. Then he spread his wings; soon, flames began to roar from the dragon’s exterior, gradually spreading.

”I am the beginning of the Apocalypse, the Shadow that covers the sun, the Death’s knell of Destruction! I will thoroughly annihilate this world; the Apocalypse has arrived, let this world be utterly shattered!”

With a roar that spanned the entire Star System, the dragon powerfully flapped its wings.

Just a gentle flap.

The next moment, as the dragon flapped its wings, a halo of condensed flame rapidly spread outward from it as the center; they appeared so fragile, even like a fleeting stream of light. Even to a planet, it seemed as insignificant as a strand of hair.

However, this slender stream of light brought forth burning and destruction.

When that flame swept silently over the planet, the ground instantly fractured, the core expanded and burst; in the blink of an eye, it transformed into fireworks shining in the Infinite Star Sea, blossoming into fleeting brilliance.

If you viewed the entire Star System, you could even see the sparkling explosion of starlight flickering like a captivating scene.

”The light blooms suddenly, fireworks in the eyes, summer must not be over yet...” (BGM should be here)

”Whew.........”

Feeling the God-force that had been gradually exhausted fill his body once again, Fang Zheng breathed a long sigh of relief. Indeed, you have to graze at night to fatten a horse, and windfall is what enriches a person. Just the God-force from burning the entire Delta Quadrant had successfully replenished the consumption at the Third Coordinate Point.

However... in terms of quantity, it was sufficient, but in terms of quality, it wasn’t.

Feeling the purity of his burning God-force, Fang Zheng couldn’t help but frown. But this was the common flaw in all Sci-Fi Worlds. Perhaps because they focus on the collective advancement of civilization itself, most individuals of higher civilizations are quite fragile, and because of this, the purity of God-force from burning Firewood is always unsatisfactory.

Currently, Fang Zheng has burned the entire Delta Quadrant, hundreds of Star Systems, countless Alien Life. However, the purity of its God-force is only about half of what Fang Zheng once burned in the World of the Immortal Sword when he burned the Full Sky of Gods and Buddhas.

To put it this way, the God-force’s purity from burning the old locust tree in the World of the Immortal Sword back then is equivalent to Fang Zheng burning one planet in this world. From this point, we can see how low the ”purity” of this world is... well, it’s a Sci-Fi World, you wouldn’t expect something like Divine Ghost legends to refine it, right?

Sure enough, worlds of Immortal Hero or Divine Ghost are more suitable for burning burning burning; Sci-Fi worlds are indeed too uneconomical to burn.

If possible, Fang Zheng would prefer to burn in a world like Diablo or Demon Beast World, or Journey to the West where Divine Ghosts exist. Unfortunately, although the Dimensional Codex once opened an instance of Diablo in the main storyline for Fang Zheng, it hasn’t opened it since, and the Demon Beast World was just a virtual world constructed by a Divine Corpse utilizing its remaining Divine Power— Fang Zheng even snatched the administrator authority for it.

But no matter how you look at it, such opportunities to burn freely are rare. After all, Fang Zheng is already so powerful that it’s almost impossible to allow himself to burn with abandon. Therefore, it’s a rare chance.... naturally, it can’t be missed.

Thinking of this, Fang Zheng withdrew his thoughts, looked around; now, his side was empty, only weak fire sparks heralding the last demise of those foolish invaders. They tried to invade Earth to gain their own benefits, but in the end, they were caught by the Hunter lurking in the Dark Forest; ultimately, this is the outcome of a civilization succumbing to the Dark Forest principle.

I hope Earth’s future and human civilization won’t encounter such troubles, although no one knows what the future holds.

Alright, let’s continue.

Thinking of this, Fang Zheng grinned, suddenly flapping his wings, disappearing at the edge of the Star Sea in the boundless vast ocean.
