”Uh, I think I can wipe out all the Kumo shinobi here by myself.”

”Are you sure you want to come along?”

After lunch, Seiryū planned to cause trouble for the Kumo shinobi on this front line.

However, Tsunade insisted on accompanying him.

This left Seiryū feeling somewhat troubled.

Did Tsunade still see him as a child who needed someone to look after him?

The road to winning her over was still long and difficult!

When would she finally stop treating him like a child?

His strength was already formidable.

”Of course. I need to keep an eye on you and stop you from doing anything reckless.”

Tsunade spoke as though it were obvious. ”You’re far too disobedient!”

She could not feel at ease letting Seiryū act alone.

It was not that she worried he could not defeat those Kumo shinobi.

She was worried that something unexpected might happen!

Every time she left the village with Seiryū, they encountered some kind of incident.

Tsunade was already becoming numb to it.

Was it really because of her?

She also wanted to keep an eye on Seiryū.

If he did something reckless, she would at least be there to prevent the situation from getting out of hand.

This kid was far too restless!

”Fine, do whatever you like.”

After thinking about it, Seiryū decided it did not matter. It would not take much effort anyway, so he did not refuse.

Then he said speechlessly, ”But what do you mean by saying I’m disobedient?”

”Haven’t I always followed your arrangements?”

”You call that obedient? Forget it, I don’t want to argue with you about this.”

Tsunade wanted to say more but stopped herself.

This kid had no self-awareness!

She said directly, ”It will be safer if I go with you. Kumo has suffered such a huge loss, so they will probably respond somehow.”

”Not much time has passed, so they shouldn’t have been able to organize an effective countermeasure yet.”

”But something unexpected could still happen.”

Tsunade had already resigned herself to fate.

Some things simply could not be explained.

Had they not encountered Madara again this time?

Even shinobi from other parallel worlds had appeared.

What else was impossible?

Seiryū glanced at Tsunade and chuckled. ”Tsk, tsk, tsk. I told you that something always happens whenever I go out with you. After so many times, you’ve finally realized it. I’m truly relieved!”

Tsunade fell silent.

She really wanted to hit this kid!

”Shut up, stop talking nonsense, and let’s move!”

Tsunade snorted coldly.

She did not want to continue discussing the subject.

Once or twice might have been a coincidence, but after so many incidents, it could no longer be dismissed as one.

But it was truly strange.

Why did something always happen?

”You really need to change your personality. Otherwise, aside from me, no one will ever like you. You’re too overbearing. A lot of people don’t like overbearing women.”

Seiryū muttered.

Then he took Tsunade’s hand, focused his mind, and used the Flying Thunder God Technique to leave.

”Hm?”

The moment they appeared, before Seiryū could clearly see his surroundings, his sharp perception detected something.

He could not help raising an eyebrow.

Without the slightest hesitation, Seiryū punched in a certain direction.

Chakra surged, and the punch contained terrifying Monstrous Strength!

Boom!

The next moment, two fists collided, instantly stirring up fierce winds that tore the surrounding tents apart.

Shredded cloth flew everywhere.

The tyrannical force transmitted through the collision forced Seiryū several steps backward, and Tsunade was dragged back with him.

”What the hell? Why is the Third Raikage here?”

After steadying himself, Seiryū immediately looked toward the person who had attacked him.

He recognized his identity at a glance.

Who else could it be but the Third Raikage?

Why was this man here?

”The Third Raikage.”

Tsunade’s expression also became slightly grave.

Like Seiryū, she had the same question.

Was the Third Raikage not fighting Iwa on another front line?

How had he suddenly appeared here?

Something unexpected really had happened.

It was fortunate that she had come along!

When it came to the Third Raikage, Tsunade was extremely cautious.

He was known as the strongest Raikage.

Among the current Kage of the Five Great Shinobi Villages, the Third Raikage was undoubtedly one of the strongest candidates.

Her own Sensei, Hiruzen, had personally said that even as the Third Hokage, he might not necessarily defeat the Third Raikage in a direct confrontation.

”Space-Time Ninjutsu.”

The Third Raikage glanced at Seiryū and Tsunade.

He had already determined how the two had arrived.

The Flying Thunder God Technique, a Space-Time Ninjutsu developed by Konoha’s Second Hokage, Senju Tobirama!

Then the Third Raikage’s gaze shifted toward Dodai, whose expression contained astonishment, speechlessness, and a trace of fear.

He said coldly, ”To let the enemy place a Space-Time Ninjutsu coordinate on your body without even noticing, you have truly disappointed me, Dodai.”

The two had appeared directly beside Dodai.

Clearly, a Flying Thunder God Seal had already been placed on his body.

Yet Dodai had remained completely unaware of it.

This was already a serious failure on his part!

Had the Third Raikage not arrived through the Heavenly Transfer Technique, all of Kumo’s forces here might have been destroyed in one strike!

”Lord Raikage, I.”

Dodai opened his mouth.

But he did not know what to say.

When had the Space-Time coordinate been placed on his body?

”Hmph!”

The Third Raikage merely snorted coldly and stopped looking at Dodai.

Instead, he fixed his gaze on the two uninvited guests, Seiryū and Tsunade.

He said coldly, ”You came here to kill everyone? As expected of Konoha.”

They had not intended to stop after killing A and Killer B.

They had planned to completely destroy Kumo’s forces on this front line!

The current Konoha had changed from its former style.

Its actions had become swift, decisive, and ruthless.

In this war between Kumo and Konoha, Konoha had struck first.

Konoha had wiped out the unit Kumo stationed near the border. Only after learning of it had Kumo counterattacked, ultimately leading to the outbreak of war.

”Since we’re enemies, shouldn’t we wipe you out? Just like now, I can clearly sense the killing intent you have toward me.”

Seiryū curled his lips.

That killing intent was extremely intense.

The hatred born from the murder of one’s son could never be reconciled.

Seiryū could understand that.

But it was unreasonable for the Third Raikage to criticize them.

They were enemies.

Should they leave survivors and wait for them to return later?

”You’re young, yet you understand quite a few things. Konoha has truly produced an extraordinary brat. Unfortunately, you’ve made one serious mistake.”

”That mistake was appearing before me!”

Boom!

As his words fell, the Third Raikage exploded forward.

He charged like a cheetah, and the ground cracked beneath his feet!

Crackle! Crackle!

During his charge, a Lightning Release Chakra cloak had already formed around the Third Raikage.

It was as though he had prepared it the instant he moved.

In an instant, piercing electrical sounds rang out.

The Third Raikage crossed the distance of more than ten meters in the blink of an eye!

”Hell Stab: One-Finger Nukite!”

The Third Raikage locked his gaze onto Seiryū and extended the index finger of his right hand.

Terrifying lightning condensed around it.

It seemed capable of piercing through anything. Even the hardest steel would be torn apart!

This was the strongest spear, capable of piercing all things.

It was also the Third Raikage’s strongest attack.

He had used nearly his full strength from the very beginning!

The terrifying strike was aimed directly at Seiryū’s head, intending to kill him in a single blow!

”Lo.”

Faced with such speed, Tsunade had not even reacted.

The distance was too short!

She wanted to shout, ”Look out,” but only managed to utter the first syllable.

Seiryū’s reflexes were even more terrifying than Minato’s, especially when combined with the perception of Vollständig: Heavenly Eye.

Under his special vision, the Third Raikage’s movements seemed to slow down.

That gave Seiryū enough time to react!

Hum!

In the blink of an eye, a Rasengan had already formed in Seiryū’s hand.

He smashed it toward the back of the Third Raikage’s incoming hand!

Boom!

It was not a direct clash.

Instead, Seiryū struck the back of the Third Raikage’s hand.

Using the Rasengan’s powerful impact, he forcibly altered the trajectory of the strike aimed at his head, causing it to graze past him.

To everyone else, it looked as though two streaks of light had crossed.

Dust erupted across the field because their speed was simply too great!

”Out.”

Only after they passed each other did Tsunade finish the warning.

This showed just how quickly the exchange had occurred!

At the same time, the moment Seiryū blocked the Third Raikage’s strike, the system’s notification sounded in his mind.

[Ding! Encountered a powerhouse who combines Hakuda and Hadō. This is the prototype of Shunkō! The Soul Society is vast, and a powerful fighter has already developed such an application!

This person’s talent and aptitude are exceptional, and his strength is no weaker than that of a Gotei 13 Captain!

However, harboring killing intent toward the future ruler of the Three Realms is a grave offense!

Mission issued: Kill the powerhouse who harbors killing intent toward the Host!

Mission reward: Hadō 90: Kurohitsugi!]

Seiryū’s eyes flickered when he heard the notification, but he did not pay it much attention.

The Third Raikage was already attacking again!

Boom!

After his strike missed, the Third Raikage stomped on the ground and instantly stabilized himself.

He went from extreme speed to a complete stop in an instant.

Then he turned to face the two before him.

His hands swiftly formed seals, and the Third Raikage shouted in a low voice, ”Lightning Release: Black Panther!”

Crackle! Crackle!

In an instant, Black Lightning danced violently around the Third Raikage.

Its color was deep and dark, and it contained terrifying destructive power.

Then the Black Lightning transformed into an agile panther and lunged forward at incredible speed.

This Black Lightning was a special form of lightning created through a secret technique.

Its destructive power and lethality were far greater than ordinary Lightning Release.

It was also one of the Third Raikage’s finishing moves!

”Hadō 63: Raikōhō!”

Watching the Black Lightning panther charge toward him, Seiryū formed hand seals with one hand.

Natural energy from the surroundings was absorbed into his body, instantly creating Senjutsu Chakra.

Seiryū spread the fingers of his right hand, and a pillar of lightning infused with Senjutsu Chakra shot from his palm.

The brilliant lightning illuminated the surroundings and collided head-on with the incoming Black Panther!

Rumble! Crackle!

Lightning of two different colors collided fiercely.

The next moment, a roaring explosion shook the area, and a terrifying hurricane erupted.

Fragments of lightning shot in every direction.

The hurricane swept up dust and sand, while the ground cracked across a wide area!

Whoosh!

In the next moment, a figure wrapped in lightning shot through the dust-filled battlefield.

The Third Raikage launched another attack, his speed seemingly even greater than before.

With Lightning Release Chakra Mode fully activated, his pale yellow hair stood upright, making him appear extremely imposing.

The Third Raikage’s body contained tremendous strength and possessed remarkable defensive power.

At that moment, he had already arrived before them and threw a punch!

The punch contained immense force, and its momentum was even more astonishing.

The sound alone was enough to reveal the power behind it!

”Hmph!”

Tsunade snorted coldly, having already reacted.

She had only been caught off guard earlier because the Third Raikage had attacked without warning.

Now that she had steadied herself and was taking the fight seriously, she could also track his movements.

Combined with her extensive combat experience, she predicted where the Third Raikage’s attack would land.

Tsunade stepped forward, placed herself in front of Seiryū, and threw a punch infused with the Monstrous Strength Technique.

The air trembled and released a piercing hiss.

Her punch was equally terrifying!

Boom!

Their fists collided.

The power contained in each strike erupted, producing a thunderous roar as waves of air billowed outward.

The ground beneath them collapsed and sank.

After the collision, both were knocked backward!

Tsunade retreated nearly ten steps, while the Third Raikage only moved back half a step.

The difference between them was immediately clear!

The Third Raikage had already activated Lightning Release Chakra Mode, greatly enhancing every aspect of his body.

Tsunade was still in her normal state.

Her Monstrous Strength Technique reduced part of the gap in power.

But she was still at a disadvantage!

Seiryū moved just as quickly.

He seized the brief opening created after the Third Raikage’s exchange with Tsunade, formed hand seals, and pointed forward.

”Bakudō 61: Rikujōkōrō!”

Golden light appeared out of thin air and closed in on the Third Raikage!

Whoosh!

The Third Raikage truly deserved to be known for his speed.

He was even faster than A.

His control over Lightning Release Chakra Mode was also far more refined.

His short-distance acceleration was comparable to teleportation and nearly impossible for the naked eye to follow.

Moreover, it was not only his straight-line speed that was fast.

Even his evasive movements and changes in direction were astonishingly swift.

Before Rikujōkōrō could restrain him, the Third Raikage tapped his foot against the ground and dodged away!

”The Uzumaki Clan’s Sealing Jutsu.”

Glancing at the six golden beams that had missed him, the Third Raikage’s expression became solemn.

The Sealing Jutsu of the Uzumaki Clan!

If struck, he could instantly fall into a disadvantage, become suppressed by the opponent, and lose the initiative.

Crackle!

The Third Raikage exhaled, his eyes cold and sharp.

He formed hand seals again, and Black Lightning danced violently.

It surged from his palms and raced forward along the ground.

The attack covered an extremely wide area, engulfing both Seiryū and Tsunade!

Clatter!

Golden Chains shot from Seiryū’s body and pierced the surrounding ground.

They formed a Faraday cage, channeling the lightning into the earth.

Boom, boom, boom!

Explosions rang out throughout the surroundings, but the impact was isolated outside the barrier!

Hum, hum, hum.

With a thought from Seiryū, the Yin Seal was released.

Purple Dragon Vein Chakra flowed from his forehead and spread throughout his body.

At the same time, he instantly opened the Sixth Gate of the Eight Inner Gates, the Gate of View!

Layering the two states caused the Chakra fluctuations around Seiryū to become vast and powerful.

The surrounding air grew heavy and dense.

This was caused by the enormous amount of Dragon Vein Chakra filling the area!

Facing the Third Raikage, who was fighting at full strength, Seiryū did not dare underestimate him!

This man was ruthless.

With his own strength, he could suppress the Eight-Tails, Gyuki. His power was unquestionably among the greatest of all the Kage!

Perhaps he could not compare to Madara or Senju Hashirama in their prime.

But he was certainly not someone an ordinary Kage-level shinobi could contend with!

Even the Deva Path Pain, who attacked Konoha in the original story, might not necessarily have been the Third Raikage’s opponent.

At this moment, the Chakra fluctuations and pressure radiating from the Third Raikage were not necessarily weaker than those of the Madara they had faced earlier!

Feeling the surging power within his body, Seiryū grinned and looked at the Third Raikage, excitement and fighting spirit appearing in his eyes.

”Come on. Let me see the strength of the Third Raikage!”

(To be continued.)
