Naruto: Becoming the Soul King

”Determine corresponding rewards based on the host’s performance?”

Seiryū stroked his chin in thought. This was the first time such a reward had appeared.

”Is it like a game, where the reward is determined by the score? This system is getting more and more interesting. It really is motivating me to become the Soul King, but there is definitely a conspiracy. There is always some treacherous official trying to harm me!”

Seiryū clicked his tongue in wonder.

When he first received the system, Seiryū had a feeling that the system’s motives were not pure.

The Soul King, ruler of the Three Realms, sounded quite intimidating.

It had power and stood at the pinnacle of the world.

But in the end, it was still just a laborer, a wedge maintaining the stability of the Three Realms, the kind whose freedom was restricted.

The system wanted him, the host, to become the Soul King. Was that not pushing him into a pit of fire?

It was a conspiracy!

At any rate, that was how Seiryū’s mind worked. The system might provide him with the capital to grow stronger quickly.

But that final position was nothing but a trap!

It was setting him up!

However, if Seiryū were in the Bleach world, he truly would have been wary and suspicious of the system.

But this was the Naruto world.

Hmm, then it was fine!

On the contrary, Seiryū was somewhat curious. How would the system push him toward the position of Soul King?

Curiosity.jpg!

”Our previous offensive was stopped because of you, right? You killed so many of our Kumo people. You can only pay for it with your life, along with the lives of all the Konoha shinobi here!”

A’s eyes locked onto Seiryū, his gaze overflowing with killing intent.

”On the battlefield, nothing else matters. Different stances make us enemies. Since you are a genius shinobi of Konoha, I cannot let you live!”

Crackle! Crackle!

As he finished speaking, a harsh electric screech suddenly rang out. Lightning danced across A’s body, forming a lightning Chakra cloak that adhered to his skin.

This was the Lightning Release Chakra Mode!

By wrapping lightning around his body and using it to stimulate his physique, his physical abilities were greatly enhanced.

At the same time, the Lightning Release Chakra cloak also had extremely strong defensive power.

This was a Ninjutsu and Taijutsu hybrid that combined both offense and defense.

It was also the secret technique passed down through generations of the Raikage line!

Boom!

After activating the Lightning Release Chakra Mode, A moved.

He took a step, and the ground cracked.

Using that force, his figure turned into a blue streak of light and charged at Seiryū.

His speed was so fast that it was difficult to track with the naked eye!

”Lariat!”

The distance of several dozen meters was crossed almost instantly. He had already arrived in front of Seiryū.

A clenched his right fist, the muscles in his right arm bulging, and threw a fierce straight punch!

His fist compressed the air, releasing a piercing whistle.

It felt as if even the air itself had been blasted apart at that moment!

Swish!

How sharp was Seiryū’s perception? His Vollständig: Heavenly Eye was no worse than the Sharingan or Byakugan. In fact, it was even superior.

At almost the exact moment the fist was about to strike him, less than a centimeter away.

Seiryū’s figure suddenly flashed and vanished instantly.

It was not the Flying Thunder God Technique.

It was just Shunpo!

Of course, as Seiryū’s strength increased, Shunpo had also undergone some changes.

Simply put, he used it more skillfully, and his speed was faster!

Even at short range, it was not inferior to the space-time teleportation of the Flying Thunder God Technique.

”Rasengan!”

Using Shunpo to dodge A’s straight punch, Seiryū appeared at A’s side. The corners of his lips curled up, and Chakra condensed into a sphere in his hand.

He pressed a Rasengan toward his opponent!

”What speed.”

His swift punch had been dodged, and A could not help but narrow his eyes.

Such speed. He truly was worthy of being Minato’s junior!

The same quick reactions, the same astonishing speed!

However, under the Lightning Release Chakra Mode, his reflexes were also extremely fast.

The subtle lightning enhanced the speed of his nerve signals.

In the blink of an eye, he had already reacted!

From extreme motion to sudden stillness, A twisted his waist, and the straight punch he had thrown changed direction.

It collided head-on with the incoming Rasengan!

Boom!

A thunderous explosion rang out, and the ground beneath their feet shook.

A wave of air burst outward, sweeping majestically in all directions.

Following the thunderous impact, the two figures on the left and right retreated at the same time!

”Shakkahō!”

Stomping his right foot on the ground to disperse the force and steady himself, Seiryū formed a one-handed seal.

The surrounding natural energy instantly surged into his body, forming Senjutsu Chakra within him.

Then, with a push of his right hand, the Shakkahō fueled by Senjutsu Chakra dragged a tail of burning flames.

It blasted toward A, who was still retreating forward!

”Hmph!”

A narrowed his eyes and snorted coldly.

He also kicked off the ground, causing the earth beneath his feet to crack and sink, steadying himself!

Then he punched forward. Covered in the Lightning Release Armor, his defensive power was also incredibly astonishing.

He did not fear the assault of Fire Release!

With a boom, the incoming Shakkahō was shattered by his punch, and sparks flew everywhere.

”Die!”

After shattering the Shakkahō, A’s gaze locked onto Seiryū, and his figure charged forward again.

”Heavy Bombardment!”

The distance was only a dozen meters, crossed in the blink of an eye.

A’s body was like a speeding locomotive, his elbow aimed straight at Seiryū.

If this strike connected, Seiryū’s sternum would be shattered.

No matter how fast his reflexes were or how strong his perception was.

There would still be situations where his body could not react in time!

He was determined to land this blow!

But Seiryū knew the Flying Thunder God Technique. He could dodge it with a single thought!

Swish!

Repeating the same move, just before the attack was about to hit him, Seiryū’s figure vanished again.

”You don’t think I don’t know the Flying Thunder God Technique, do you?”

Appearing in another position, Seiryū revealed a bright smile.

The opponent’s speed was indeed very fast, not even weaker than the Flying Thunder God Technique at short range.

But as the saying goes, the Flying Thunder God Technique is a Space-Time Ninjutsu. It can dodge with a single thought.

To deal with fast enemies, Seiryū found that Ice Release crowd control was very useful. He formed a one-handed seal, the corners of his lips curling into a smile. ”Hadō 66: Hyōga Seiran!”

A bone-chilling wind blew, and with Seiryū’s body as the center, cold air overflowed outward.

The surrounding temperature dropped sharply.

It changed from summer to the climate of deep winter.

Crack! Crack!

As the cold storm blew, large areas of ice crystals froze over, and the cold current spread toward A’s position at an extremely fast speed, as if intending to freeze him solid.

”Flying Thunder God Technique and Ice Release.”

Seeing this, A’s pupils contracted violently.

Not only had he mastered Space-Time Ninjutsu like Minato.

But he actually also possessed the Ice Release Kekkei Genkai of the Yuki Clan?

Wasn’t he a member of the Uzumaki Clan?

However, he did not have time to think too much about it, as the cold air was encroaching at an extremely fast speed.

His figure flashed as he rapidly retreated. He did not intend to take it head-on and chose to dodge instead.

”Bakudō 61: Rikujōkōrō!”

But Seiryū had already predicted his opponent’s move. After forming the seal, he pointed a single finger.

Shh, shh, shh.

Golden light appeared out of thin air, pinning A, who had wanted to dodge, in place. At the same time, the surging cold current pressed forward, intending to freeze him.

Hum, hum, hum.

Seiryū’s offensive did not stop.

His figure flashed and vanished from the spot. When he reappeared, he was not far from A, whose movements had been sealed.

Amidst the humming sound, a Rasengan above his raised right hand rapidly expanded in size!

”Yo, yo, you didn’t forget about me, did you? I won’t let you get away with it!”

Just as Seiryū’s Ultra-Big Ball Rasengan was about to descend, Killer B had somehow already flashed nearby.

Seeing that his big brother might be in danger, he naturally would not just stand by and watch!

After his Semi-Tailed Beast Transformation, Killer B’s speed was also extremely astonishing.

His figure transformed into a red streak of light, and he had already closed in on Seiryū!

Rip!

The Tailed Beast cloak on his right arm transformed into claws that tore through the air.

He swiped down at Seiryū, intending to tear his body apart.

Clatter!

The entire surrounding area was within Seiryū’s perception, so Killer B’s movements naturally could not escape his notice.

Seiryū did not care. He simply let Golden Chains extend from his back.

The Golden Chains extended, emitting a metallic sound.

They stretched toward Killer B and whipped out, blocking his attack.

”What is this!?”

The Golden Chains coiled around, blocking the attack and even launching a counterattack against him. Killer B’s face was filled with astonishment.

”Eat this sphere!”

Ignoring Killer B’s astonishment, Seiryū grinned, held the Ultra-Big Ball Rasengan, and smashed it down toward A!

”Get lost!”

Seeing this, the lightning Chakra surging within A tore apart Rikujōkōrō. At the same time, the Lightning Release Armor isolated the incoming cold air.

But facing the Ultra-Big Ball Rasengan crashing down on his head, he could not dodge. He did not know Space-Time Ninjutsu.

However, he would not just sit there and wait for death!

A let out a low shout, and the Chakra inside his body became even more violent and surging.

The Lightning Release Chakra Mode unleashed even greater power.

It caused his hair to stand on end, making him look just like a Super Saiyan!

Then he crossed his arms to defend, taking the Ultra-Big Ball Rasengan head-on as it smashed down on him!

Boom!

The Ultra-Big Ball Rasengan pressed down with terrifying force, shaking the air with a frightening roar.

It made the earth tremble, and cracks spread out.

The shockwave spread, and the air currents swept through.

”This kind of attack cannot break my defense!”

Amidst the shockwave and air currents, A’s cold words rang out.

Relying on his Lightning Release Armor and powerful physique to withstand the Ultra-Big Ball Rasengan, he was only forced back a few meters.

Afterward, he regrouped, and his killer move descended again!

”Lariat!”

His nearly two-meter-tall body was extremely burly, coupled with the strongest Lightning Release Armor from the full-power explosion of the Lightning Release Chakra Mode.

This made A’s attack even faster and even more violent!

His arm looked as if it had been forged from steel.

The dancing lightning further showed the terrifying nature of this strike.

Even a complete Tailed Beast would be blasted far away by this strike!

”Hahaha, well done!”

Seiryū was already excited. The thrill of slaughter and battle made him extremely hyped!

He instantly opened the Eight Inner Gates, Sixth Gate: Gate of View!

Instantly opening the Sixth Gate: Gate of View was something Seiryū could now do with ease.

A green Chakra cloak formed on his body. Even without opening all the gates, this forbidden Taijutsu greatly boosted Seiryū’s current physical abilities!

This was definitely not the physical ability an eleven or twelve-year-old child should possess!

”Hah!”

Facing the incoming arm with its formidable power, Seiryū let out a low shout.

He also punched out.

He instantly absorbed the surrounding natural energy to form Senjutsu Chakra within his body.

Then he circulated the Senjutsu Chakra, letting it surge and explode to nurture even stronger power!

This was the Chakra Enhanced Strength Technique and also the Blut Vene of the Quincy Power!

Hmm, actually, the principles of both were roughly the same.

Both were a form of utilizing Chakra, or Reiryoku!

But using Senjutsu Chakra to perform this technique would increase its power!

The reason was simple. Senjutsu Chakra was stronger than ordinary Chakra in terms of intensity. This was the blessing of Senjutsu!

Boom! Crack!

The next moment, their attacks collided violently.

It was clearly just a collision between a fist and an arm.

Yet at this moment, it shook with a roar even more terrifying than a clash of Ninjutsu.

Such a Taijutsu clash caused the earth beneath their feet to crack instantly.

Cracks spread out with the two of them at the center, dense like a spiderweb!

Whoosh!

Furthermore, violent air waves swept out and burst forth, spreading in all directions.

The trees not far away shook endlessly, and giant rocks protruded from the cracked earth.

Shh, shh, shh.

The strong wind carried gravel, sending it flying everywhere like cannonballs.

The stalemate lasted only a brief moment!

Both of them were forced back by the force of each other’s attacks.

Boom! Boom!

Then, with tacit understanding, both stomped on the ground to disperse the force. The next moment, they kicked off the ground and launched another offensive.

They blasted terrifying attacks at each other!

Boom!

Two fists of different sizes, one from the left and one from the right, blasted toward each other.

In an instant, they collided.

The shocking force caused the earth beneath their feet to cave in deeper, and the cracks became wider.

The surrounding air waves stirred up dust and sent it shooting everywhere!

Boom, boom, boom.

Taijutsu. No, it should be called a clash of Ninjutsu and Taijutsu!

Blue and green figures attacked each other.

Every time they collided, a roar rang out.

Dense and continuous!

Like two ferocious beasts with combat skills colliding violently together!

Trading blows without backing down, their momentum was massive, and their power was astonishing!

Even with Killer B’s keen eyes, it was difficult to see the movements of the two.

Boom!

Another collision.

This time, both retreated at the same time. Only after backing up more than ten meters did they steady themselves.

”Is this the Lightning Release Chakra Mode of the Raikage line?”

Seiryū twisted his neck and did not continue attacking.

Instead, he looked at A, grinned, and revealed a smile full of fighting spirit. ”Not bad at all. You can actually block my offensive. You really have some tricks!”

Hakuda Taijutsu was also one of Seiryū’s strengths.

With the boost from opening the Eight Inner Gates, Sixth Gate: Gate of View, and the Monstrous Strength Technique using Senjutsu Chakra.

He still could not suppress his opponent and could only fight him to a draw.

The opponent’s Lightning Release Chakra Mode was indeed a powerful Ninjutsu and Taijutsu hybrid!

”I should be the one saying that.”

A narrowed his eyes, his fists clenched, evidently feeling somewhat unsettled inside.

But he did not show it and said coldly, ”To actually be able to withstand my attack.”

He had not expected it either.

In terms of Taijutsu, the opponent could actually go head-to-head with him!

It was not that he thought his Taijutsu was invincible. His own father could crush him.

But for a boy of only eleven or twelve to be able to do such a thing left him extremely shocked!

What kind of monster was this guy?

The force of his fists was extremely heavy, and even in terms of technique, he was stronger than him.

Was this really just an eleven or twelve-year-old boy?

This kind of talent was too far beyond reason.

If he were allowed to fully grow up in a few more years.

How powerful would he become?

Vaguely, he seemed to see.

The figures of the God of Shinobi, Senju Hashirama, and the Asura of the Shinobi World, Madara, who had once swept through the Shinobi World, in him!

It was truly because the opponent was so young, and the strength he displayed at this moment was too powerful!

This kind of talent was unprecedented.

Even if he had started training from his mother’s womb, he should not possess this level of strength.

He had to completely eradicate the opponent. He could not let him continue to live. Otherwise, Konoha would once again give birth to a powerhouse capable of sweeping through the Shinobi World!
