Naruto: Becoming the Soul King

Sizzle, sizzle, sizzle!

Under Seiryū’s control, the terrifying cutting power of the Wind Release: Rasenshuriken sliced through the Wood Release shield.

Then it struck Killer B!

With a ripping sound, blood splattered from Killer B, who was sealed and had completely lost the ability to resist!

Under such an attack, Killer B’s body was instantly sliced apart and split in two.

The scene was incredibly bloody.

With injuries like these, even if the Sage of Six Paths himself came, it would be impossible to save him.

The Eight-Tails Jinchuriki, Killer B, was dead!

He had gone to join his big brother!

Boom, boom, boom!

The very next moment, after Killer B’s body was split in two and blood splattered everywhere, the towering Susanoo’s foot came stomping down heavily!

A series of roars resounded.

The layers of defenses Seiryū had constructed were all crushed!

Boom!

Although the power of the Susanoo’s stomp had been greatly weakened by the various defenses, it was still terrifyingly powerful. It pressed down on the sky-supporting Golden Chains as it descended toward Seiryū!

”Hmph.”

Since Fullbring: Heaven’s Chain was connected to Seiryū’s body, he immediately felt a terrifying force travel through the Golden Chains.

The terrifying impact and destructive force struck him, making Seiryū feel as though he had been hit by lightning.

He let out a muffled groan, and a trickle of blood spilled from the corner of his mouth.

Rumble!

Filled with rage, Madara controlled the Susanoo and continued stomping downward, shaking the earth and mountains!

An even more terrifying roar resounded.

With Blut Vene activated, Seiryū’s body became as solid as stone, but the kick still drove him deep into the ground.

Under such force, the surrounding earth shook incessantly like rolling waves.

An artificial earthquake had been created!

The violent and terrifying power crashed down from above and pressed in from all sides, invading every part of Seiryū’s body.

He gritted his teeth in pain. His internal organs were injured, and his bones felt as though they were about to shatter.

”Damn it, that hurts.”

Stabbing pain came from all over his body. His injuries were not light, and Seiryū felt extremely uncomfortable.

However, a smile curled at the corner of his mouth. ”Fortunately, I was prepared. Explode!”

Boom!

The Wind Release: Rasenshuriken that had killed Killer B exploded at that moment, transforming into a terrifying storm that briefly lifted the descending foot.

Whoosh!

Seizing that instant, Seiryū dispersed Fullbring: Heaven’s Chain and used the Flying Thunder God Technique to leave the area.

The successive changes on the battlefield left the nearby Konoha and Kumo shinobi bewildered.

”What exactly is that!?”

”Such a terrifying size. Is that really Ninjutsu?”

”Who exactly is that guy? How can he possess such terrifying power?”

”And Wood Release. Has the Kekkei Genkai of Konoha’s First Hokage appeared in the Shinobi World again!?”

Whether they were from Kumo or Konoha, all the shinobi watching from nearby were plunged into shock!

What was going on with that monster, whose size was comparable to a mountain?

Was this really still Ninjutsu?

When its foot stomped down, they felt the earth shake as if a small earthquake had occurred.

Why would such a monster appear?

And who was that entirely white man?

Furthermore, the Wood Release Kekkei Genkai of the God of Shinobi, the First Hokage Senju Hashirama, had actually appeared in the Shinobi World again!

These events continued happening one after another.

They could no longer understand the situation, and their hearts were filled with countless questions.

They also felt fear, panic, and shock at that terrifying power.

”B and A are actually both dead.”

On the other side, the shock and terror in Dodai’s heart had reached their peak.

He murmured as though he had lost his soul, ”How could this happen?”

The Raikage’s son, A, had been killed, and even the Chakra fluctuations of the Eight-Tails Jinchuriki, Killer B, had disappeared.

Two of Kumo’s strongest combatants had fallen here!

They had both died at the hands of Konoha’s strongest genius, Seiryū.

And that blue monster looked exactly like Susanoo, the Mangekyō Sharingan Dōjutsu recorded in Kumo’s files on the Uchiha Clan.

As for that entirely white man who barely resembled a human, the eyes in his sockets also seemed to be Sharingan.

”Everyone, retreat! Leave this place!”

Taking one last look at the corpses of Killer B and A, Dodai gritted his teeth and shouted orders to the surviving Kumo shinobi around him.

Killer B and A, who were both so powerful, had died. Staying here would be pointless.

They needed to retreat and leave this place immediately!

They had to inform the Third Raikage of everything that had happened here.

The Kumo shinobi retreated.

As for the Konoha side, because Seiryū and Tsunade were still there, they naturally could not leave.

But they did not know what to do!

Support them?

How could they possibly help?

Could they deal with that kind of monster?

They could only watch and decide what to do based on the situation.

Inoichi looked at the scene in the distance, his tone extremely grave. ”That technique seems to be the Uchiha Clan’s Mangekyō Sharingan Dōjutsu, Susanoo, right?”

”That white man’s eyes are also Sharingan, but the patterns are more complex. They should be the legendary Mangekyō Sharingan once possessed by Madara.”

The Yamanaka Clan had also been one of the clans that joined Konoha when it was first established.

They had a long history and naturally preserved many records.

They knew something about Madara, the Mangekyō Sharingan, and Susanoo.

Based on those characteristics, Inoichi had already deduced the answer!

This was Susanoo, the Dōjutsu of the Mangekyō Sharingan!

It was the power once used by Madara, the Asura of the Shinobi World!

Shikaku’s expression was extremely serious. ”That should be correct. It matches the records preserved in our clan.”

Even with his sharp mind, he could not fully understand the situation at that moment.

But like Inoichi, he had already reached a conclusion about that towering blue giant.

It was Susanoo, the Dōjutsu of the Uchiha Clan’s Mangekyō Sharingan!

Those were the eyes once awakened by the Asura of the Shinobi World, and this was the Dōjutsu he had used!

Could it be?

”Phew. This kind of battle isn’t something we can participate in. Have everyone fall back, and prepare to retreat as well.”

After letting out a long breath, Shikaku spoke to Inoichi.

No matter who the opponent was, someone possessing this kind of terrifying power was beyond their ability to confront.

They could only hope that Seiryū and Tsunade would remain safe.

”Cough, cough.”

As soon as he appeared beside Tsunade, Seiryū coughed up another mouthful of blood.

Yet he smiled happily, looking like a complete madman. ”That was close. If it had been even slightly more powerful, I really might have been flattened.”

He had set up several layers of defense and also activated Blut Vene.

But he had still suffered considerable injuries.

That stomp from the nearly complete Susanoo was not easy to withstand. He had almost gotten himself killed.

Fortunately, he had prepared well!

”Can’t you act normally for once, you brat?”

Tsunade grabbed Seiryū by the collar, glared into his eyes, and roared, ”How could you do something so dangerous? Can’t you care more about your own safety!?”

Tsunade was numb with shock!

What the hell had this kid done?

To kill the Eight-Tails Jinchuriki, Killer B, he had actually refused to dodge such an attack.

He had chosen to take it head-on!

Even though she knew there was something wrong with Seiryū’s mind, the scene that had just occurred still terrified her.

This kid truly was not afraid of death!

After the fear came anger.

This kid was becoming more and more extreme!

”Don’t worry. Everything was within my expectations. I won’t die. Injuries are the least of my worries, and I’ve long since trained my tolerance for pain.”

Seiryū did not care. He wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth.

As he spoke, he cast Kaidō on himself and began treating his injuries.

His injuries were neither particularly severe nor light.

But they were still within a tolerable range.

He did not even need to use Creation Rebirth. Kaidō alone was enough to heal them.

Moreover.

The injuries on his body could not suppress Seiryū’s cheerful mood!

Looking at Madara’s expression, Seiryū felt extremely satisfied.

This was what he got for provoking him!

Whatever Madara wanted to accomplish, Seiryū would refuse to let him succeed!

He simply wanted to make things difficult for him!

Hahaha, seeing the Eight-Tails Jinchuriki, Killer B, get killed had left him dumbfounded, hadn’t it?

Madara glanced at the bisected corpse of the Eight-Tails Jinchuriki, Killer B.

Standing at the center of the towering Susanoo’s forehead, he finally turned his gaze toward Seiryū.

His eyes were filled with fury and chilling killing intent. ”You have done well. I don’t remember how long it has been since I was this angry.”

The Eight-Tails Jinchuriki was dead!

Once a Jinchuriki died, the Tailed Beast within them would also disappear.

It was unknown how long it would take for the Eight-Tails to revive.

Thinking that his plan would most likely be delayed, Madara could no longer suppress the anger in his heart.

He also gained a better understanding of the personality of the person before him.

He was simply a madman!

The things he did were not things a normal person would do!

To kill the Eight-Tails Jinchuriki, he had actually taken Madara’s attack head-on.

Was that something a normal person would do?

And if Seiryū could kill the Eight-Tails Jinchuriki, Killer B, then he could also kill the other Jinchuriki!

Was there anything this guy would not do?

For the sake of his future plan, this menace had to be killed!

”Hehehe, you don’t think it’s over, do you? We’ve barely started. You’re angry, but do you think I’m not?”

”I’m someone who holds grudges. You’ve left a very vivid entry in my little book of grudges!”

Seiryū twisted his neck. The ferocity in his eyes had not diminished.

Under Kaidō’s treatment, his injuries had already recovered by seventy or eighty percent.

They no longer affected him!

However, Seiryū did not stop using Kaidō.

It could not only treat his current injuries but also remain active to heal any injuries he might suffer next.

”Eight Inner Gates, Seventh Gate: Gate of Wonder, open!”

The Eight Inner Gates followed a progressive process. Only after mastering one gate could the next be opened.

However, there was an interesting point.

One could forcibly break through to the next gate!

The price was simply much higher.

If one’s physique was not strong enough, forcibly opening the next gate could result in anything from severe injury to death!

Seiryū could already open the Sixth Gate: Gate of View.

Although the burden was considerable and he could not maintain it for long, he possessed the conditions necessary to forcibly break through to the next gate!

This was also his first time opening the Seventh Gate: Gate of Wonder!

Boom, boom, boom.

The Chakra in his body flowed through his meridians and pathways, gathering as it prepared to charge toward the Seventh Gate: Gate of Wonder.

He forcibly broke through the gate!

It was as though another part of his body’s limiter had been released, allowing even greater power to emerge within Seiryū’s body!

The terrifying Chakra fluctuations reached their peak as Seiryū broke through the Gate of Wonder.

The surging Chakra materialized, even overpowering the ethereal state of the Dragon Vein Chakra Mode.

Hum, hum, hum.

Blue waves of energy surged and danced across the surface of his body, intertwining with the purple Dragon Vein Chakra cloak.

However, there was far more blue energy, and it gradually suppressed the purple.

”Huh, it doesn’t hurt at all. But it seems to have suppressed my pain receptors. The burden on my body still exists. This really is a dangerous technique.”

Seiryū clenched his fist and felt the power surging through his body.

To his surprise, after opening the Seventh Gate: Gate of Wonder, he could not feel any pain anywhere in his body.

But as a Medical-nin, he could still judge the changes occurring within himself.

It was very likely that opening the Seventh Gate: Gate of Wonder produced an effect similar to a stimulant or adrenaline.

Once opened, the body could no longer feel pain, as if the pain receptors had been severed or suppressed.

But the burden caused by forcibly opening the Seventh Gate: Gate of Wonder was real.

From his special perspective, Seiryū could see the muscles throughout his body trembling incessantly. Some even showed faint signs of tearing.

Yet he felt no pain!

This was extremely dangerous.

Pain was one of the body’s methods of judging injuries.

Without the ability to perceive pain, one could not determine where their limits were.

Severe injuries would be the least of his worries. He might even die without realizing it!

”No, I need to be careful.”

Seiryū did not want to die.

To be safe, he began forming hand seals and whispered, ”Creation Rebirth: Strength of a Hundred Technique!”

The ethereal state of the Dragon Vein Chakra Mode had already released the Yin Seal on his forehead.

Possessing an enormous amount of Chakra was the condition required to use Creation Rebirth: Strength of a Hundred Technique!

In truth, as long as someone had enough Chakra, they could use Creation Rebirth: Strength of a Hundred Technique.

After all, it was still just a technique!

This could be seen from the First Hokage’s seal-less healing ability.

As Seiryū activated Creation Rebirth: Strength of a Hundred Technique, dark patterns emerged across his skin and spread over his entire body.

”This should let me hold out a little longer.”

Seiryū twisted his neck and clearly felt that his body had become lighter.

It might only have been an illusion, since he could not currently feel pain.

However, through the special perspective of Vollständig: Heavenly Eye, Seiryū could clearly see the changes.

With both Kaidō and Creation Rebirth: Strength of a Hundred Technique active, his overloaded body had stopped deteriorating.

No, it should not be described as stabilized.

The burden was being continuously offset.

This meant that as long as Seiryū continued using Kaidō and Creation Rebirth: Strength of a Hundred Technique, as long as his head was not destroyed and he had sufficient Chakra remaining.

He would not die!

At that moment.

[Ding! Congratulations to the Host for comprehending High-Speed Regeneration and taking another step toward controlling the power of the Hollow!

Reward obtained: Cero Oscuras!]

Hearing the sudden system prompt in his mind, Seiryū tilted his head.

An unexpected surprise!

(To be continued.)
