Apocalyptic Reincarnation: Start with a 30-million Bonus

Time ticked away bit by bit.

In the blink of an eye, it was already 3:30 in the morning.

The enhanced Zombie Attraction Potion had been deployed inside the Western Alliance for three hours.

Outside the walls of the Western Alliance, zombies attracted from all directions were already standing in clusters.

Under the bright moonlight, these zombies maintained an uncanny and orderly movement, continually growling from their mouths.

A few kilometers away from the Western Alliance.

A small courtyard by the roadside.

Li Yu and the others had been waiting inside the car for a long time; the drone had also stopped for a while, but it didn’t return to the car’s roof— instead, it was parked on the roof of a building not far away.

”Almost time, Tiezi, fly the drone up and see what’s happening now.” Li Yu said to Li Tie inside the car.

There were zombies passing by outside the courtyard, and although these zombies headed directly for the Western Alliance, they still didn’t dare to relax. Inside the car, they also didn’t dare to smoke, fearing the smoke would attract the zombies’ attention.

Upon hearing his brother’s words, Li Tie muttered to himself: Finally.

He then operated the drone to take off from the rooftop.

As the drone ascended, Li Yu saw the ground filled with zombies, all moving toward the Western Alliance. The dense horde of zombies, like ants, covered the entire road.

Buzz—

Even as the drone took off and emitted some noise, one or two zombies glanced over but then ignored it, as if the place ahead held more allure, even if it was further away.

The drone flew higher, providing a broader view.

Zombies, zombies, and more zombies.

As far as the eye could see, it was all zombies.

Until it ascended to a height of thirty or forty meters, all that was visible were zombies.

It seemed like an endless number of zombies were pouring in.

After reaching a hundred meters, the drone continued to ascend while flying in the direction of the Western Alliance.

The Western Alliance was brightly lit, with people still standing on the walls just as they were two hours ago, only now there were more pieces of equipment on the walls.

Outside, zombies pressed against the walls, squeezing in without gaps between them, forming a line of over two hundred meters from the walls of the Western Alliance.

Further away, there were zombies too, albeit in lesser density.

Seeing this, Dapao gasped, ”There must be at least 200,000 zombies here, right?”

Li Tie also felt the chill on his scalp and said, ”Probably more, with the Western Alliance being so big, and there are zombies surrounding other areas too. I feel the number you mentioned should at least double!”

Over 400,000 zombies—though they hadn’t counted them, it was just a guess.

But given the scale, it would only exceed their estimates, not fall short.

Li Tie turned to Li Yu and asked, ”Brother, should we start the second phase?”

Li Yu stroked his chin and nodded slowly, saying, ”Alright, let’s start phase two. Everyone, be careful.”

A hint of excitement appeared on everyone’s faces.

This time, they didn’t just bring rocket launchers, gun bullets, and hand grenades.

They also brought high-performance explosives: C4 explosives.

Formally known as C4 plastic explosives, made from TNT, Semtex, and white phosphorus, among other high-performance explosive substances.

This thing is highly potent. Under the same weight conditions, C4 explosives are 1.3 times more powerful than TNT explosives.

Generally speaking, only the military is equipped with it. This is something they previously obtained from an armory, and due to its massive power, they seldom use it.

Keep in mind, one kilogram of C4 explosive can blow up a five-story building straight away.

And this time, they brought 30 kilograms.

They brought five drones in total. Among them, the one operated by Li Tie was the most miniature, mainly serving reconnaissance purposes.

But even this smallest drone could carry two kilograms, while the other four drones could carry up to five kilograms.

Generally, small drones have a carrying capacity between two to five kilograms, while slightly larger ones can carry 15 to 25 kilograms.

Currently, their base holds a few drones with a maximum carrying capacity of 150 kilograms, designed for agricultural use, spraying medicine, and research.

But for now, they don’t need those.

C4 explosives are also highly safe explosives, extremely stable. They won’t explode if hit by a hammer or shot at by gun bullets; only a detonator can trigger them.

So they install detonators on the explosives and set a timed detonation.

”Everyone, check your watches.” Li Yu said to the group.

Everyone promptly took out their watches for synchronization and adjusted them to match the time.

”3:49:45...46...”

.......

After everyone synced their watches, they bound the C4 explosives and detonators together, placing them underneath the drones.

Li Yu looked at the group and said, ”From where we are, flying the drones straight ahead, the nearest wall will take two minutes; the farthest will take six minutes.

Dapao, you take charge of the eastern gate of the wall—it’s the closest, and you can reach it in two minutes. To allow a buffer, set a ten-minute timed detonation.

Gangzi, you’re in charge of the western wall. It’s the furthest, six minutes to reach, so set a 14-minute timed detonation.
