Super Gene Hunting Ground

”The bird is used up, the bow is put away; the rabbit is dead, the dog is cooked!”

Du Tianxing’s words reminded Yang Xiao.

Now that Long Yue was dead, for Jino, Wildman Valley no longer held as much significance.

Yang Xiao nodded,

”Brother Du, you’re right. Even though Jino won’t do anything to us for now, in the long term, we must be prepared.”

”Yang Xiao, what do you plan to do?”

”I’ve actually thought about this issue for quite a while. The conditions weren’t ripe before, but they are basically ripe now.”

”?”

”Don’t be anxious. I will call for a meeting tonight, and I want you to attend along with Gu Beifeng, Xia Luo, and Xiao Zhe.”

In the evening, at the back mountain of Wildman Valley, inside the small wooden cabin of the Wildman King, there were more than a dozen people sitting. They were the Wildman King, Yang Xiao, Wind Eagle, Shan Feng, Tai Qi, and Qing Mu, Ah Bao, Shan Kui, Gu Beifeng, Du Tianxing, Zhao Benling, Chi Lin, Xia Luo, Xiao Zhe, and others.

The reason Yang Xiao brought Gu Beifeng and the others to attend the meeting was because all of these individuals were once the favored sons of top academies, with broad visions, agile minds, and comprehensive views on issues.

Their Genetic Evolution Realm might not be as high as Ah Bao and others, but their intelligence was definitely much higher.

Dozens of Wildman guards stood on guard tens of meters outside the cabin, without orders, no interference was allowed.

Everyone was unaware of the reason Yang Xiao had gathered them, asking each other. Upon inquiry, no one knew.

”Leader Yang has summoned us all today. What significant matter could it be? It’s made so grand, even more cautious than the last time we attacked Pegasus City,” said Tai Qi.

”Leader Yang, what mysterious matter do you have that is so suffocating to me inside?” Ah Bao said.

Even the Wildman King was looking at Yang Xiao with puzzlement.

Yang Xiao smiled and said:

”Today’s gathering is about a very important matter, which concerns the life and death of Wildman Valley, and our unification of the world.”

”Huh?”

Everyone looked at Yang Xiao blankly, afraid to miss a word, a single character.

”Everybody knows we killed Long Yue, helping Jino get rid of a powerful competitor, henceforth, our status in the eyes of Jino will continue to decline,

although we can still supply Crystal Stones to Jino for now, once Jino solidifies his rule over Pegasus City, with the three Primitive Forests under Pegasus City’s jurisdiction, Jino will no longer lack Crystal Stones, what he’ll lack is people, Miners to work in the mines.”

The crowd nodded.

Yang Xiao continued to speak:

”This time, Jino had me divert 20% of the miners to Pegasus City to help improve the Crystal Stone production and stabilize his leadership position. Once he secures the recognition of the Great Dragon Empire, from then on, we will become dispensable in Jino’s heart,

even a thorn in his side.”

”Why would we become a thorn in his side? We’re providing him with Crystal Stone,” Ah Bao spoke up.

Qing Mu said from the side:

”It’s simple. Jino now has a large number of mines in Pegasus City and the additional acquisition of three Primitive Forests, naturally, he would care less about our mines,

and besides, if he could snatch our Wildman Valley, wouldn’t it all belong to him and wouldn’t his profits be even greater?”

”Qing Mu is right,”

Yang Xiao said approvingly.

Ah Bao, not convinced, shouted:

”If he dares to attack Wildman Valley, I’ll chop him down. We at Wildman Valley aren’t pushovers.”

”What good will that do? What if Jino brings in some powerful superpower from the Great Dragon Empire by then, like War God to help. Wouldn’t we still be doomed?

Don’t forget, before the Pegasus Empire was defeated last time, their strength wasn’t much weaker than our Wildman Valley.”

”Leader Yang, what do you plan to do? You’ve summoned us here for a meeting, you must have an idea in mind,” Wind Eagle said with a smile.

Yang Xiao nodded, took out a map from his Space Ring, and with a light press, a virtual condensed map appeared in mid-air.

Yang Xiao pointed to a spot on the map and said:

”Everyone, look here. This is the Primitive Forest of Wildman Valley. At the edge of the Primitive Forest, there is a Snow Mountain. Beyond the Snow Mountain lies a territory known as the Fire Wolf Empire. As you can see, this area is no smaller than our Wildman Valley.

I checked some related information. The Fire Wolf Empire is surrounded by Snow Mountains on three sides, with a vast plain in the middle. The area is rich in ores and plenty of food.

They have built a city here called Fire Wolf City, with three thousand warriors at the Empire Level Realm. The City Lord is a powerhouse at the Empire Middle Level Realm.

In addition, there are about ten thousand miners.”

”Hold on,”

The Wildman King interrupted Yang Xiao’s words.

”Yang Xiao, are you suggesting we attack Fire Wolf City?”

”Exactly!”

Everyone was taken aback, looking at Yang Xiao.

Elder Shan Feng asked:

”Leader Yang, what does attacking Fire Wolf City have to do with dealing with the threat from Jino?”

Yang Xiao cleared his throat and said:

”Of course, there’s a connection!

In these chaotic times, the only way to ensure our safety is to make ourselves stronger.

Only when we are powerful will others dare not attack us.

With our current strength, as long as we plan properly, it shouldn’t be too difficult to take down Fire Wolf City.

Once we’ve taken Fire Wolf City, we’ll have a new territory. Moreover, these two territories will be adjacent, which will be convenient for consolidation.

Furthermore, we can take over the miners of Fire Wolf City and continue mining.

An even more important point, take a good look at Fire Wolf City. Outside the valley exit lies a Primitive Forest, also inhabited by wildmen, and there are three large tribes, with each tribe having about ten thousand members.

When the time comes, the Wildman King steps in, we incorporate these wildmen tribes, unite them to form a stronger Wildman legion, then head south from here.”

Yang Xiao’s hand pointed at several Primitive Forests on the map.

”These places are home to a large number of wildmen tribes. As we head south, we will incorporate all these tribes. In doing so, we will become a powerful force of a hundred thousand wildmen.

On the Purple Origin Planet, only the Snow Leopard Empire, Youming Empire, and Great Dragon Empire could compete with us. By then, where will Jino have the strength to attack us?”

The Wildman King listened, his eyes shining with excitement. He tapped his tobacco pipe forcefully on the edge of the table and said:

”Yang Xiao, I’m beyond excited to hear your grand blueprint. If you succeed, we could indeed become the fourth greatest force of the Purple Origin Empire.”

”But what if the Great Dragon Empire, Youming Empire, and Snow Leopard Empire join forces to attack us? You know that the people of Witch Star and our wildmen have always been mortal enemies, and they too fear a powerful rise of the wildmen,” Shan Feng said.

”It won’t happen!”

Yang Xiao stated with certainty.

”Why?”

”It’s simple. Currently, the Snow Leopard Empire is at war with both Witch Star and the Great Dragon Empire, and the Youming Empire is secretly helping the Snow Leopard Empire. Thus, it’s unlikely that the Three Kingdoms will unite to eradicate us wildmen.

It’s highly likely that the Snow Leopard Empire will join forces with the Youming Empire to fight against the Great Dragon Empire. Hehe, by then, wouldn’t Jino seek the help of the fourth strongest local organization on the Purple Origin Planet?”

Everyone listened, had a sudden realization, and was amazed.

If Yang Xiao’s grand blueprint could be realized, even if they couldn’t drive away the Witch Star people or rule over the Purple Origin Planet, their status as one of the four dominant powers on the Purple Origin Planet would be officially affirmed.

By then, they might become a coveted ally for the three empires to court.

Recently, Yang Xiao had been seeking information from Xingyun Piaoxue, Huang Mi, Qin Lu, and others about the various forces on the Purple Origin Planet, reading a lot of material, and conducting detailed and solid analysis, and finally came up with this ambitious blueprint to conquer Fire Wolf City, consolidate the wildmen tribes, and rise to power.
