Demon King: Hero, don’t run away!

The ”Count Blood” spoke with extreme allure.

Indeed, Yang Yu and his team knew nothing about the approaching Demon King Army.

If ”Count Blood” revealed the various weaknesses of the Demon King Army, the burden of strategizing against the Demon King would significantly lessen.

The premise being, all the information provided by ”Count Blood” is correct.

As ”Count Blood” mentioned, having worked with the Demon King Army for a long time, he should truly know many weaknesses of the army.

However, ”Count Blood” is overly cunning, such a character in most games often ends up being a colossal troublemaker.

Such an existence, while bringing numerous conveniences, also has a high likelihood of pushing them deep into the abyss.

The benefits and risks brought by ”Count Blood” are immeasurable.

Faced with ”Count Blood’s” bitter words, Yang Yu had already come to a decision in his heart.

What he hated most in this life was allies stabbing him in the back.

There was once when he played a certain RTS game’s chaotic 1vs1vs1vs1 battle, agreeing with someone to mutually eliminate one opponent before fighting the final battle. Yet, that person suddenly turned around and dropped a nuke on his base, smiling, saying, ”You’re so strong, who else should I attack first? What if you get rid of the enemy opposite you and seize the opportunity to secretly attack my base?” Yang Yu was speechless at the time.

Another time, he was coaxed by someone into playing a team strategy game, agreeing to develop together, only for that person to max out their forces and flawlessly execute a team battle, causing him to be bloodied in one round, directly knocked out as number eight.

Yang Yu did not want to rehash old matters.

Aware the other party was using their ally to kill, not knowing who the enemy wanted to use as the weapon, it would be better to keep a distance from him.

Besides, in ”Count Blood’s” earlier words, a constant tone of ”You’re so smart, how could I deceive you?” lingered.

Such a tone is always a sign of being deceived.

Though he had already drawn a conclusion, since ”Count Blood” had provided so much information and was so ”enthusiastic,” Yang Yu still hoped to extract more useful intelligence:

”That’s a very attractive proposal.

We indeed know nothing about the Demon King, any help would make the task easier.

Your respect for the strong, I have fully felt.

Once everything is over, I wouldn’t mind a one-on-one battle with you to decide the victor.

If you can tell me the weaknesses of the other three Heavenly Kings, it’d help me prepare.

I will set off right away.”

Yang Yu’s words surprised everyone; after all the preparations, he is leaving just like that?

Quickly calming down, they believed Yang Yu must have his own considerations, and reaching this stage, Yang Yu would certainly not act rashly.

”Count Blood’s” phantom said, ”I really want to tell you everyone’s weaknesses, but I prefer to wait until you leave this island, and when the time is right, then I’ll tell you.”

”I want to ask you the reason behind this.”

”Count Blood” showed a strange smile and retorted, ”You are quite aware of the reason in your heart, aren’t you?”

”Then at least tell me, besides you, who are the other three Heavenly Kings exactly? Their identities are not a secret in the Demon World, right? I could just randomly ask any member of the Demon Clan this, couldn’t I?” Yang Yu asked, feigning nonchalance.

”That, I can tell you...

Besides, I previously sent my Enchanting Demon subordinates to reveal some information to you.

Don’t you remember this sentence:

’Unite with the Snow Woman, gather the strongest Flame Spear and Iron Shield, and be unstoppable ever since.’

Maybe meeting the Enchanting Demon who fought you back then could help you recall better.

Unfortunately, she has new tasks and cannot be summoned back.”

After ”Count Blood” said this, Yang Yu indeed recalled something. If he could check his notes, he would feel more confident about confirming.

”In this one sentence, does it contain information about the other Four Heavenly Kings?”

”Exactly, what I wanted to say is all encapsulated in that sentence. All the traits are mentioned; there’s nothing much left to say.”

”You can’t expect to brush me off with just one sentence. You should at least expand a bit more, right?”

”Their detailed descriptions, once you see them on the battlefield, you’ll immediately understand.”

Yang Yu scratched his head, feeling as if he got nowhere; he only learned their attributes are, ice, fire, iron.

The ice one might even be a descendent of the Demon King.

”All that needs to be said has been said. Can I ask you to leave this island? As long as you don’t casually come back, our alliance officially begins.”

Pretending to sigh, Yang Yu said, ”Other Demon King Four Heavenly Kings are probably like you, no easy targets.

They won’t be easily defeated.

Sorry, I was hasty; we will leave now.

And convey my regards to the real ’Count Blood’.”

With that, Yang Yu and his companions reboarded their ship, slowly pulling up the anchor.

Inside the castle, the real ”Count Blood” watched everything and controlled his avatar to transform into a bat, flying into the forest.

”Count Blood” didn’t think everything went too smoothly, just felt that this was how things should be.

With not much time left before the Demon King Descent, preparations for war were organized worldwide.

Yang Yu had once been involved in a war between two nations, and probably discovered he secretly manipulated Luo Ze Empire officials to build powerful cannons one after another.

With those cannons, the Demon King Army couldn’t swiftly devour the entire world.

On the surface, he still supported the world in resisting the Demon King, Yang Yu and his team couldn’t find a more reliable preliminary ally than him.

Only by allying with him, could the world smoothly pass the first challenge, finding an opportunity to counterattack.

Yang Yu previously oversimplified the matter, believing that eliminating him would not impact subsequent operations, thus he ventured all the way here.

Now he had informed Yang Yu of various information, with Yang Yu’s smart mind, he should understand.

Watching the ship slowly sail away from the coast, ”Count Blood” felt at ease.

Still, ”Count Blood” was curious about what methods Yang Yu and his team would use to defeat him; he planned to investigate thoroughly to avoid an unexpected defeat.

With Yang Yu and his companions sent away, there was plenty of time; ”Count Blood” was not in a hurry.

It’s unfortunate ”Count Blood” never imagined Yang Yu’s departure was just a feint.
