Elevator Survival: Master of Every Floor

Tina: Let me study your brain.”Whatever you need, Sister Tina, just say the word!”

Lin Feng retracted his critical gaze and looked at Tina.

”Give me a piece of your brain, I want to study it.”

Lin Feng: ???

Looking at Tina’s serious expression, a drop of cold sweat involuntarily trickled down Lin Feng’s forehead.

My goodness!

Why is this woman always interested in other people’s brains?!

Swallowing his saliva, Lin Feng slightly parted his lips.

”I, I feel this might be inappropriate...”

”Hahaha, Maple is so cute, I was just teasing you. I’m not a Dark Alchemist, how could I do such things.”

Tina smoothed her hair, then took out a thin black book from an inner pocket of her clothes. The book had no patterns on its cover. This was the Forbidden Spell that Lin Feng had always yearned to learn, containing all the Forbidden Spells Tina had mastered.

”I taught you two Forbidden Spells before, and there are eight more, but they are all quite difficult. Come, I’ll teach you.”

Tina crossed her legs and opened the book. Inside were recorded some brief but complex incantations, along with the effects produced after casting.

However, no matter how complex the incantations were, they were incredibly simple for Lin Feng; he only needed to read them a few times to memorize them. This was all thanks to the Language Translator. Without the Language Translator, even with infinite mental power, he wouldn’t have been able to master hundreds of spells so quickly.

Time flew by quickly, and it was soon evening. Lin Feng had also mastered all eight of the remaining Forbidden Spells.

Tina’s perception of Lin Feng was once again refreshed. She probably wouldn’t be surprised if Lin Feng did anything anti-human in the future.

”Hmm... you’ve pretty much mastered them. Let’s go outside the Town to practice. If you do it in the yard, I’m afraid you’ll demolish the entire Qinghe Inn.”

Tina propped up her chin, looking at Lin Feng with a hint of envy.

Soon, the two found a forest outside the Town. After Tina saw Lin Feng could fly with a sword, her understanding of him was once again, yet again, refreshed.

”I’m really curious how you manage to fly without using magic power.”

After Tina jumped off the flying sword, she looked at Lin Feng with curious eyes, but she didn’t ask further. After all, Lin Feng already had many secrets.

It seemed that Young Master Kuze making friends with Lin Feng was indeed an excellent choice.

Tina thought to herself.

Lin Feng’s answer to Tina’s question was just two words: secret.

Next, this forest became Lin Feng’s practice ground.

Eight Forbidden Spells: two defensive Forbidden Spells, two auxiliary Forbidden Spells, and four offensive Forbidden Spells.

The defensive Forbidden Spells were Dark Energy Wall and Magic Absorption.

Dark Energy Wall was similar to a magic shield, but it couldn’t envelop the target. It could only project a ten-meter-long wall in front to block attacks. Its most powerful feature was that it could block any attack, without durability limits. The drawback was that it could only last for thirty seconds.

After Magic Absorption was cast, a sphere would appear, absorbing all magic elements in the surroundings, regardless of friend or foe. It could absorb for three seconds, after which the sphere would transform into a magic orb, controllable by the caster.

This spell was useless to Lin Feng; he would probably rarely fight against mages in the future.

The auxiliary Forbidden Spells were Healing and Mental Power Enhancement, which were also not very useful.

Finally, for the offensive Forbidden Spells, the first one was to summon Elemental Meteorites to bombard the target. The quantity depended on mental power, with a maximum of ten.

The second was a Wood Element type Forbidden Spell, which could summon giant vines to control and damage the target.

The third was Lightning Element, which released thunder for attacks.

The fourth was Ice Element, which could summon an Elemental Ice Dragon to fight, lasting for ten minutes unless killed.

Lin Feng also tried casting each of them once.

As for the effect, it would certainly be enough as a supplementary attack ability in the future, and perhaps it could even be used to surprise enemies.

”Remember, Maple, you must not do evil after learning Forbidden Spells, or I’ll beat you up.”

Tina raised her fist and said fiercely.

”Ha, I know, I know. Shall I leave now? Kuze is still in the Magic Beast Forest.”

”Yes, go quickly.”

Tina nodded, and after Lin Feng left, her expression became emotionless again.

”Should I let Maple know about Young Master Kuze’s plan...?”

However, she still had to ask Kuze for instructions on this. Tina felt that Kuze probably wouldn’t want to drag his good brother into this, as it was a rebellion against the entire kingdom, and failure would lead to a terrifying outcome.

But with Lin Feng’s strength, if he was willing to help Kuze, it might have an unexpected effect.

.............

After returning to the Magic Beast Forest, Lin Feng did not see Kuze. He must not have returned yet.

At this time, the Magic Beast Forest was no longer as peaceful as before; there were wild beast roars everywhere. Even the Town closest to the Magic Beast Forest was in a state of semi-martial law, with its walls fully manned by Soldier.

”Sir, three hours ago, your friend, Qin An, sent you a message.”

”Hmm? Let me see.”

If he remembered correctly, Anzi should have already arrived on Blue Star by now. With the protection of that feather, he shouldn’t be in any danger.

Lin Feng thought to himself, then opened the chat room.

Qin An: [Lin Feng, both of us are international fugitives on this fake Blue Star, and it’s a top-level warrant, the kind where they shoot on sight. So be careful next time you come. Don’t use your phone or bank cards, and it’s best not to be exposed to cameras. I’ve been chased by the cops for days, damn it.]

Qin An: [But that feather really works. So far, I haven’t found any Cleaners. Also, I found that this fake Blue Star seems to have some strange things happening. Yesterday, when I was on the run, a flat road suddenly had a huge pit appear under my feet, can you believe it?]

Qin An: [I just feel like this fake Blue Star is weird. I’ll explore a bit more and tell you in detail after I return to the Elevator.]

.....

There were a total of three messages, which were Qin An explaining his current situation and some information about Blue Star.

”Could these strange occurrences on the fake Blue Star be caused by the System?”

The last time the System directly destroyed a floor, the Elevator hadn’t refreshed floors for a long time. So, Lin Feng always felt that after a floor was destroyed, that fake Blue Star was also affected.

As for the specific situation, he could only wait for Qin An’s latest news or explore it himself next time he returned to Blue Star.

”Sir, Kuze is about to return.”

”Mm, good.”

Lin Feng nodded and returned to the camp by the lake.
