Elevator Survival: Master of Every Floor

Tina’s shock”Sister Tina?”

Lin Feng knocked on the door and called softly, but only a cat’s meow came from inside, and then the door was pulled open.

A small white and orange cat was licking its paw.

At this moment, Lin Feng suddenly remembered that Tina had been studying transformation magic recently. Could this little cat in front of him be Tina?

”Sister Tina?”

”Huh? How did you recognize me at a glance?”

The white and orange cat in front of him spoke, sounding a bit bored, and then transformed back into her human form, which was Tina.

”Haha, in this courtyard, besides you, who else is studying transformation magic?”

Lin Feng smiled, then handed over a few well-packaged pairs of stockings.

”These are for you.”

”Hmm, thank you, Maple.”

Tina happily took the stockings, then looked at Lin Feng, who didn’t seem to be leaving.

”Anything else?”

Lin Feng: .......

Damn, so my only purpose was to come here and deliver a few pairs of stockings?

Seemingly realizing that her words were a bit problematic, Tina quickly pulled Lin Feng into the room.

”Try the spiritual tea leaves I grew myself. Drinking it can restore your mental power.”

”Sister Tina, actually, I came here this time to tell you something very important.”

Lin Feng placed the teacup in front of him and said solemnly.

”What is it?”

Tina saw that Lin Feng wasn’t joking and also sat down.

”I remember you said last time that learning Forbidden Spells shortened your lifespan, right?”

”That’s right.”

Hearing Lin Feng’s words, Tina’s eyes dimmed slightly.

”That’s also the main reason I didn’t want to teach you Forbidden Spells.”

Tina rubbed her nose, but what did Lin Feng mean by saying this?

”That’s good. It wasn’t a waste of effort after all.”

Lin Feng breathed a sigh of relief, then took out the life fruit.

”Here, these are life fruits. Each one extends your life by ten years. After I learned about your situation last time, I went back and looked through the ancient medical books my grandfather left me, and found records about the life fruit. I finally managed to find three of them.”

Lin Feng smiled, looking a bit tired. Of course, he was just pretending.

If he didn’t look miserable, how could Tina soften her heart?

Once Tina softened her heart, wouldn’t the Forbidden Spell come naturally!

”Ah? Th-thank you.”

Tina forced a smile, but still thanked Lin Feng. It was clear that she didn’t believe such a powerful item existed in this world.

”Don’t disbelieve me. Try one first.”

Seeing Tina’s disbelief, Lin Feng quickly handed one over.

”Alright, alright, I’ll eat it.”

With Lin Feng staring at her like that, Tina had no choice but to eat it. In a few bites, the life fruit in her hand was already gone.

”How is it? How do you feel?”

Lin Feng asked quickly.

”It seems... it seems I do feel a bit more comfortable?”

Tina frowned. Could this fruit really be useful?

Thinking this, she quickly went to a mirror glowing with a faint purple light and looked into it.

It actually displayed Tina’s current magic level and mental state. Most importantly, it also showed Tina’s remaining lifespan, which had originally been only five years but had now turned into fifteen years.

In other words, the life fruit Lin Feng gave her was really useful!

”Holy cow, Sister Tina, this mirror is so amazing? It can even display remaining lifespan!”

Lin Feng had quietly come behind Tina at some point and also saw the information on the mirror.

He thought, isn’t this just a weakened version of a status panel?

He hadn’t expected the Magic World to have such a thing. He wondered if there would be a magic mirror too.

”Maple!”

”Huh? Mmm~”

After Lin Feng heard Tina’s call, his vision suddenly went dark, and then a tempting milky scent came to his nose. A pair of massive objects directly obscured Lin Feng’s eyes.

”Thank you, thank you!”

Tina said excitedly, completely oblivious to the ’face wash’ she had just given Lin Feng, though she wasn’t particularly concerned about such things to begin with.

”Ha, haha, no need, thank you, you already thanked me.”

”Huh?”

Tina turned her head in confusion, not quite understanding what Lin Feng had just said.

”Nothing. Oh, by the way, you should also take the remaining two life fruits. One a day, eating more won’t have any effect.”

Lin Feng quickly changed the subject, telling Tina about the effects of the life fruit, then spoke again.

”Sister Tina, can you teach me a few more Forbidden Spells? Preferably all the ones you know.”

”This... even if I teach you all of them, I can’t teach them to you in a short time. Your body won’t be able to handle it...”

Tina hesitated. Actually, she would teach him regardless of whether Lin Feng gave her the life fruit. As long as she confirmed Lin Feng wouldn’t regret it, she was willing to teach him slowly.

But a person’s mental power was ultimately limited. Even with great talent, it was impossible to master multiple Forbidden Spells in a short time.

”Haha, you don’t have to worry about that. Oh, by the way, can I borrow your mirror?”

Seeing Tina still hesitating, Lin Feng stopped pretending and laid his cards on the table.

He came to the mirror, and the faint purple light scanned his body.

The next moment, his magic level, mental state, and remaining lifespan were displayed on it.

Tina also looked over curiously.

”Magic Level: Magisters;”

”Mental Power: ???”

”Elemental Affinity: Below Average;”

”Remaining Lifespan: 999.”

.......

”Um... this mirror seems to be broken.”

Tina saw the data on the mirror and immediately thought it was broken, after all, how could anyone’s mental power show a string of question marks and a lifespan close to a thousand years?

”Why don’t you try?”

Lin Feng grinned and stepped aside.

”I’ll try, this mirror must be... Ah!!!!!”

The deafening scream did not affect Lin Feng at all, because he had anticipated it beforehand and had already blocked his ears with spiritual energy.

After Tina finished screaming, Lin Feng dispersed his spiritual energy.

”What do you say?”

”Wait... let me catch my breath...”

Tina said breathlessly, as if she had just finished exercising.

A moment later, Tina’s mood gradually calmed down. This was definitely the biggest emotional fluctuation she had experienced since she started studying Forbidden Spells.

”Are you really human?”

Tina looked at Lin Feng suspiciously.

”Genuine. But I’m special. I hope Sister Tina can help me keep it a secret.”

Lin Feng spread his hands, looking helplessly at Tina.

”Hmm, I will help you keep it a secret. I’ll also teach you all the Forbidden Spells, but I have one request.”

Tina sat seriously in front of Lin Feng, her black-clad thighs exposed, forcing Lin Feng to view them critically with a biased gaze.
