After rejecting my celebrity husband

Chapter 1647: Chapter 1651: I... I Don’t Know...

The companion sitting in the passenger seat sounded somewhat helpless, ”Let’s find another opportunity next time!”

...

...

Hong Kong.

High Seas coastline.

As the coast guard boarded the yacht for a routine inspection, both of Luo Ke’s subordinates were sweating nervously. Leng Zirui, holding a grenade in his hand, appeared calm and composed, speaking fluently in Guangdong dialect, ”Sir, we’re just out here on the high seas playing around a bit...”

After checking their documents, their yacht passed the inspection smoothly and sailed into the high seas.

A moment later, confirming they had entered safe waters, one of the men still pointed his gun at Leng Zirui while the other subordinate dialed Luo Ke’s phone again, ”Sir, we’re almost there!”

Leng Zirui seemed to sit casually in the chair, but his gaze was fixed on the man making the call.

Watching the man hang up the phone, he suddenly raised his left hand, grabbing the gun from the man in front of him. Simultaneously, he lifted his knee and struck the man hard in the chest, punching him as his head hit the yacht’s wall, causing a bout of dizziness.

The other Luo Ke subordinate saw him make a move, raising his gun to aim.

Leng Zirui simply raised his hand holding the grenade towards him, making a move as if he was about to release the grenade. Startled, the man instinctively turned and covered his head, allowing Leng Zirui to quickly step forward and strike the man hard on the back of his neck with his elbow.

The man fainted on the ground, while the rear subordinate lunged at him. Leng Zirui dodged by bending down, seizing the man’s arm, and then placed the grenade into his hand.

”Hold this!”

The man instinctively gripped the grenade, instantly realizing what it was, his face turning pale and freezing on the spot.

”Hold it tight, grip it well, or if you relax even a bit...” Leng Zirui kicked up the fallen guns from the two people on the ground, ”Bang—everyone will die!”

The subordinate was already sweating profusely, gripping the grenade, not daring to move at all.

”Where’s your ship?!” Leng Zirui pointed the gun at him.

The man only shook his head, ”I... I don’t know...”

Leng Zirui bent down, grabbing the man he had knocked out, he directly threw him into the sea.

The man, already dazed by the blow, wasn’t conscious at all, barely stayed afloat for a moment before sinking, leaving only a trail of bubbles on the dark sea surface.

”Would you rather jump by yourself or should I send you off?!” Leng Zirui pointed his gun at the remaining man on the yacht.

Unwilling to die, the man reluctantly said, ”The GPS on the boat is already set...”

Grabbing a nearby rescue ring, Leng Zirui slipped it over the man’s shoulders, glancing at his hands gripping the grenade, ”Remember, hold tight, or else, bang—”

With a kick, he sent the man plunging into the sea.

The yacht’s automatic navigation system quickly left behind the guy holding the grenade, equipped with a rescue ring.

Though the rescue ring would prevent him from immediately sinking, he couldn’t swim with the grenade in his hand, leaving him adrift.

Here, in the high seas, Luo Ke deliberately chose a relatively remote route for safety, with few passing ships. Besides, his hands were already tired, and if he couldn’t hold on, the grenade would blow him into pieces.

Watching the yacht in the distance, the subordinate with the grenade could only feel despair.
