After rejecting my celebrity husband

Chapter 1631: Chapter 1635: We’ll Eat Again at the Hotel

”Good!” Xu Xia extended her hand to shake with the other party, feeling slightly hesitant.

”Don’t worry!” Lan Zi comfortingly patted her shoulder, ”They’re an international company. Many celebrities’ concerts and security work are managed by them, very professional.”

Xu Xia shrugged her shoulders, ”Then let’s go eat!”

Upon hearing this, Ah Sen immediately raised his hand to signal, and the other seven began to take action.

Two helped her and Lan Zi carry their things, while others prepared the cars, opened the doors, stood guard outside, or walked behind Xu Xia. Indeed, they were professionals, all trained efficiently, and very considerately kept a safe distance from Xu Xia, so as not to create too much pressure on her.

Ah Sen smiled and led the two outside, ”Miss Xu, what would you like to eat?”

”Whatever!” Xu Xia said.

Originally, after every evening rehearsal, she liked to go out with Lan Zi to stroll through the night market and enjoy some iconic Hong Kong-style snacks.

Every time she went out, she dressed low-key, plus oversized sunglasses and a hat. For two days in a row, no one had recognized her.

But now, with so many people following her, attracting too much attention, naturally, it was impossible to enjoy snacks.

”Five streets away, there’s an old establishment called Nan Ji. I’ve eaten there twice; the taste is pretty good. Why don’t you give it a try?” Ah Sen introduced with a smile.

”Really?” Xu Xia naturally perked up with interest, ”Can we?”

Whenever she arrived at a place, her favorite thing was to try the local snacks. She wasn’t very interested in fancy restaurants. Now, hearing Ah Sen proactively arranging a place she liked, Xu Xia’s attitude toward him naturally changed.

”Of course!” Ah Sen smiled while holding the wireless earpiece on his face, ”Nan Ji Snacks!”

The group went downstairs together, and three cars were already parked. Ah Sen guided Xu Xia and Lan Zi into the rear seats, then sat in the front passenger seat himself. The other bodyguards divided themselves into the front and rear cars, and the convoy drove towards Nan Ji Snacks.

Five streets, not a very far distance.

Soon, they arrived.

Ah Sen and another guard personally accompanied the two inside to dine.

The restaurant was crowded, so with two men and two women, they didn’t stand out much, and Xu Xia ate quite relaxedly.

Seeing Ah Sen and the other person not touching the food in front of them, Xu Xia curiously raised an eyebrow, ”Why aren’t you eating?”

”It’s the rule, we can’t eat,” Ah Sen smiled at her, ”We’ll eat back at the hotel.”

Xu Xia ate happily. Seeing how considerate Ah Sen and the others were, she initially planned to wander the streets. However, hearing that everyone had to wait to eat until they returned to the hotel, she felt it was improper to mention street shopping. She quickly finished her meal and then asked to return to the hotel.

The group quickly returned to the cars and headed back to her hotel.

A car not far away watched her get into the vehicle and immediately followed slowly.

”Sir, Xu Xia has left the restaurant; her direction now should be towards the hotel,” the Caucasian man said into his earpiece while driving, ”There are three cars in total, 10 people, three in the front car, three in the rear car, Xu Xia sits in the middle business car, besides her, there’s her assistant, a driver, and bodyguards.”
