After rejecting my celebrity husband

Chapter 1642: Chapter 1646: Are You Crazy?

”Speak up!” Allen shouted.

Xu Xia raised her face, looked at him briefly, then turned her face away.

The henchman beside her raised his hand, pointing the gun at her forehead, ”You bitch, speak now!”

Xu Xia merely looked at him calmly, with no significant fear in her eyes, and even a hint of defiance.

He’d better shoot, so they wouldn’t have a hostage, and Leng Zirui wouldn’t have to take the risk.

No matter the reason, she was already very satisfied that he could save her.

She couldn’t harm him.

She always added trouble, but this time, she couldn’t trouble him anymore.

Even if it meant that she died!

Thinking of this, Xu Xia suddenly stood up from the ground, raising her face to lunge at the armed henchman.

She was provoking them, trying to make them shoot.

As long as she died, they wouldn’t have the leverage to threaten Leng Zirui!

The henchman saw her suddenly stand up, like a madwoman charging at him, and instinctively wanted to shoot.

Allen raised his hand abruptly, grabbed his gun, and jerked it upward.

Bang!

The bullet left the barrel, hitting the ceiling, shattering a piece of the beautiful crystal chandelier.

”Are you insane?”

Allen swung his hand and slapped the man’s face.

They hadn’t gotten the goods yet. If he killed Xu Xia, would Leng Zirui still come and deliver the key?

Amid the chaos, Xu Xia had already risen from the ground, stumbling toward the cabin door, looking at the white wake behind the yacht in the darkness, she closed her eyes and was about to fall into the sea.

Before she could jump, Allen and several henchmen had already rushed over, grabbing her arm, Xu Xia struggled desperately.

From somewhere, she found the strength to knock two henchmen to the ground.

Seeing her about to climb into the sea again, Allen pulled her over with one hand, directly striking her neck with the butt of the gun, Xu Xia’s body went limp, collapsing powerlessly on the deck outside the cabin.

Picking up the phone that had fallen inside, Allen grabbed her hair, snapped a photo, and sent it directly to Leng Zirui’s phone.

On the other end, Leng Zirui was still calling out Xu Xia’s name anxiously.

He heard the gunshots and curses over the phone followed by silence, and he was both angry and pained.

This damned girl, why wouldn’t she just listen?!

Didn’t he say to obey their orders? Why did she resist?!

”Damn it, who do you think you are, always disobedient, who told you to resist...”

”Zirui!” Leng Zimo held onto his shoulder, ”Don’t worry, they won’t kill her until they get the key!”

The phone chirped softly as an MMS came through.

Leng Zirui quickly opened the message, seeing the photo where Xu Xia’s hands were bound with ropes, a scab on her forehead, blood and water on her face, her hair sticking wetly to the side of her neck, evidently unconscious.

”Bastard!” he cursed aloud, and the call from the other side came again, Leng Zirui answered, ”I warn you, if you touch her again, I’ll cancel the deal!”

”Now, I’m afraid you have no power to threaten me!” Allen sniffed, ”I’m giving you the address, come alone, you have half an hour. I believe you can make it. If you don’t bring the key alone onto the ship within half an hour, I’ll hand her over to my men. They’re very interested in your celebrity girlfriend!”
