After rejecting my celebrity husband

Chapter 1085: Chapter 1089: This Is My Dad

The next day.

As promised the previous night, Leng Zimo not only got up early to make breakfast for Luo Jun but also personally took him to kindergarten.

When Xiao Ding drove to the kindergarten, it was the time when parents were dropping off their children. After parking the car outside the kindergarten gate, Xiao Ding got out of the car immediately, opened the door, and lifted the little guy out, preparing to take him inside.

”I’ll go!”

Leng Zimo stepped out of the car, reached out to hold the little guy’s hand, and led him straight to the entrance.

The bright morning sun shone on him. Although his arm was still in a cast, his proud posture was still as majestic as an emperor’s, exuding innate nobility and extraordinariness.

The little guy walked beside him, their very similar expressions mirrored on their equally distinguished faces.

”Mo Mo?!”

A classmate who saw Luo Jun immediately greeted him.

”This is my dad!”

Luo Jun immediately introduced Leng Zimo to the other, although he was unwilling to call Leng Zimo ”Dad”, his tone was obviously full of pride.

Hearing this, Leng Zimo turned his head with a smile and nodded at the little friend and their parent.

”You... you are Mr. Leng Zimo?!” The parent recognized him and immediately came over to shake hands. ”Hello!”

”Hello!” Leng Zimo was not one to speak too much with strangers, but in front of his son, he behaved very politely.

”Yang Yang, this is my dad!”

”Teacher Xu, this is my dad!”

...

On the way to the kindergarten gate, Luo Jun, who wasn’t usually keen on talking much, felt the need to introduce Leng Zimo to everyone familiar he met.

After so many years, being taken to kindergarten by his dad for the first time, the little guy couldn’t hide his excitement and pride, even though he didn’t say it.

Who would want to be marked as a child without a father?

Luo Jun, who always had a strong sense of self-respect, naturally didn’t want that. Even though he said he didn’t want Leng Zimo to take him, deep down, he truly wished for his presence to prove that he too had a dad.

Watching the little guy’s expression, Leng Zimo couldn’t help but feel a pang of heartache.

He had done so little for this mother and child over the years!

He bent down and lifted the little guy up. ”Come, let Dad carry you upstairs!”

Sighting Teacher Tang Rui who was standing at the door to welcome them, Luo Jun introduced again, ”Teacher Tang, this is my dad!”

Tang Rui, seeing Leng Zimo, was inevitably a bit shy. ”Hello, Mr. Leng!”

”Hello!” Leng Zimo set Luo Jun down, extended his left hand to shake hers, ”I’m sorry Mo Mo caused trouble yesterday.”

Tang Rui quickly waved her hand. ”Oh, not at all, it’s normal for kids to have minor conflicts. Mo Mo is usually very well-behaved and sensible in class!”

”Mo Mo!” Leng Zimo bent down and adjusted Luo Jun’s uniform, kissing his son tenderly on the cheek, ”Behave well, alright? Dad will come pick you up this evening, okay?”

The little guy hesitated, ”But, Mom...”

Just then, Huangfu Ruo came to drop off Qin Wanwan, and Wanwan ran over upon seeing Leng Zimo, ”Uncle Zimo, are you here to drop Mo Mo off?”

”Wanwan!” Leng Zimo smiled and patted her head. ”Yes, Uncle is here to drop off Mo Mo.”

”Have you reconciled with Mother Mo Mo?” Qin Wanwan asked Leng Zimo, blinking her big eyes.
