After rejecting my celebrity husband

Chapter 1055: Chapter 1059: Innocent Words of a Child

”Xiao Qian, what’s really going on between you and Zimo?” Tong Ya supported Luo Xiaoqian’s arm and immediately asked.

Because her dance troupe had a performance before, Tong Ya just returned to Beijing today. After seeing the news, she immediately called Shen Yizhou, and the two hurried to the Leng Family.

Qin Lan and Huangfu Ruo also came to visit the Leng Family with Qin Wanwan after getting the news.

Knowing Luo Xiaoqian has returned, and that Luo Jun is actually Leng Zimo and Luo Xiaoqian’s child, it should have been a happy occasion. However, Leng Zimo’s performance in the news made it hard for anyone to feel joyful.

Luo Xiaoqian pressed her lips together, ”Zimo... he has some misunderstandings about me. After all, I’ve been gone for five years, so he... he can’t accept it all at once.”

”Xiao Qian, it’s okay, we can all go and speak for you to Brother Zimo,” Huangfu Ruo said with a smile, ”As long as you can clear up the misunderstandings from back then, isn’t that all it takes? Five years ago, you two were so in love...”

Luo Xiaoqian lowered her face, ”The things from five years ago, he... has forgotten it all!”

”Zimo forgot you?!” Tong Ya exclaimed, ”How is that possible?!”

”It’s true.” Shen Yizhou sighed, ”Zimo indeed doesn’t remember anything. Xiao Qian used hypnotism to erase all his memories of her!”

”Why?!” Huangfu Ruo asked in confusion.

”I... I had my reasons at the time,” Luo Xiaoqian sighed, ”So, Zimo being angry is understandable. Anyone wouldn’t accept my deceit.”

This situation was something she had anticipated for a long time, so Luo Xiaoqian had already prepared an explanation.

The few of them listened and were silent for a moment.

Everyone knew Leng Zimo’s temper; that man couldn’t tolerate any deception in his eyes. Luo Xiaoqian had left for five years and hypnotized away his memories before leaving. Now she’s suddenly back with his son. Asking him to accept her all at once is indeed not easy.

”Isn’t there any way for him to regain his memory?” Qin Lan asked in confusion.

”I’ve already contacted a hypnotist. He won’t be available in Beijing for a few more days, and he can’t guarantee any results,” Luo Xiaoqian replied, half truthfully.

Tong Ya was about to say something when there was a sudden loud bang from the back door. Qin Wanwan rushed in from outside.

Everyone turned their faces upon hearing the noise.

”Mom!” Qin Wanwan ran over crying, throwing herself into Huangfu Ruo’s arms. ”Mo Mo hit me!”

Luo Jun followed closely behind coming in from the garden, his little face full of anger, ”Because you lied!”

”I didn’t lie!” Qin Wanwan sobbed, lifting her face, ”The maids said it, Uncle Zimo is your dad!”

”Wanwan!” Huangfu Ruo immediately stopped Qin Wanwan, ”Don’t talk nonsense.”

Qin Wanwan wiped her face with her hand, ”Mom, I’m not talking nonsense. I really heard the maids say it. They also said Mo Mo’s dad is going to divorce mom...”

”Qin Wanwan!” Qin Lan frowned and stood up, ”No more talking!”

Seeing her usually loving father suddenly become so stern, Qin Wanwan was frightened and burst into tears.

”Ruoruo, Qin Lan, don’t scare the child. Wanwan, don’t be scared, Auntie is here!” Luo Xiaoqian hurried to stand up, holding Qin Wanwan defensively in her arms, then turned to Luo Jun, ”Mo Mo, come apologize to Wanwan.”
