After rejecting my celebrity husband

Chapter 1065: Chapter 1069 Tang Ming’s Methods (4)

As soon as the elevator doors opened, sure enough, she saw Tang Ming standing not far away, wearing the shirt and suit she bought for him.

Seeing Xu Xia walking out of the elevator, there was also a flash of amazement in Tang Ming’s eyes. He had looked her up, of course, he knew best what she liked, and naturally, he catered to her tastes.

This dress was also specially chosen by someone at Tang Ming’s request, although he himself didn’t really care much.

However, when he saw Xu Xia walk out of the elevator wearing this dress, even Tang Ming was visibly amazed.

The girl walking out of the elevator was truly beautiful.

”Sorry to keep you waiting.” Xu Xia looked apologetic.

Tang Ming snapped back to reality and smiled, ”I think it was worth the wait.”

”Mr. Tang, I’m handing Xu Xia over to you now. Please make sure she returns to the hotel before 11 o’clock!” Lan Zi said with a smile.

”I promise.” Tang Ming’s gaze warmly settled on Xu Xia, ”So, shall we go?”

The two walked together towards the hotel lobby entrance, and as their figures faded out of sight beyond the doors, Xiao Gao could only sigh, ”What a perfect match.”

”Yes, indeed.” Lan Zi smiled, ”It’s about time Xu Xia started dating.”

Soon, the car carried Tang Ming and Xu Xia to a luxurious Mediterranean-style restaurant.

The waiter led them all the way to a sumptuous private room upstairs. As they sat down and waited for the food, Tang Ming took out a music album and handed it to her, ”Could you sign this for me?”

”Sky?!” Xu Xia took the album from his hand and recognized it at a glance as her debut album, ”This album was released over four years ago, where did you get it from?”

”I bought it four years ago.”

”No way?”

”Did you forget I’m your fan?” Tang Ming shrugged, ”If you don’t believe me, you can come to my house and see. I have a room specifically for collecting your things—your CDs, posters, MVs... even clothes...”

Xu Xia looked surprised, ”My clothes?!”

”Otherwise, how would I know your size?!” Tang Ming shrugged, ”I hope you don’t mind me saying this, but I bought the dress you auctioned at the charity event before. I’ve always been very keen on you.”

Xu Xia pursed her lips, all of this was something she had expected, ”I never thought you’d be a fanboy too.”

”It’s not me, it was my sister. She really liked you before she passed away. Her biggest wish back then was to hear you sing live, but unfortunately...” Tang Ming paused slightly, ”If she knew from the afterlife that I got a chance to meet you, she would be very happy.”

Xu Xia was stunned to hear this, wanting to comfort him yet not knowing what to say, ”I... I’m very sorry...”

”It’s all in the past!” Tang Ming smiled at her, ”I should be the one apologizing, I shouldn’t have brought up something this sad. But later, when I listened to your music, I personally became very fond of you. That’s no flattery; there’s an uplifting force in your songs. I am grateful that your music accompanied her in her final days. She’s no longer here, but I’ve kept collecting your stuff as a way to make it up to her. Tomorrow is her memorial day, and I want to give her this autograph as a gift.”

Seeing the melancholy on his face, Xu Xia naturally offered, ”Can I bring her a bouquet of flowers?!”
