After rejecting my celebrity husband

Chapter 1057: Chapter 1061: Uncle Zimo Doesn’t Want Us Anymore?

On one side, there’s her lover, and on the other, her son—how could either side not be dear like the palm or back of her hand? Luo Xiaoqian was simply filled with helplessness.

At this moment, Leng Lin had already brought the photo album and handed it to Luo Jun.

”Mo Mo, come take a look at this.”

Luo Jun lifted his small face and looked at the photo album in his hand, then Leng Lin opened it and showed it to him.

The little one immediately recognized his mom in the wedding dress in the photo album and naturally also recognized Leng Zimo, the man smiling and embracing Luo Xiaoqian.

A flash of surprise crossed his eyes as he took the album and started flipping through it himself. It wasn’t until he reached the last page that the little one lifted his face again, looking at Luo Xiaoqian with confusion.

”Why does mom have pictures with Uncle Zimo?”

Luo Xiaoqian crouched down, ”Because Uncle Zimo is your dad!”

The little one’s eyes instantly lit up but soon turned dim.

Leng Zimo being his real father was undoubtedly a surprise for him. But thinking about what Qin Wanwan said earlier about divorce, the little one couldn’t be entirely happy.

”Doesn’t Uncle Zimo want us anymore?”

Luo Xiaoqian held his small face and comforted him, ”How could he not? He is Mo Mo’s dad; how could he not want us? It’s just that there were some misunderstandings between mom and him, so he’s angry with mom.”

”Really?”

The little guy asked with a hopeful face.

”Of course it’s true.” Luo Xiaoqian raised the corners of her lips, ”Just like when you and Mina used to argue, didn’t you two make up after a few days? It’s the same with mom and dad. After a few days when dad calms down, he’ll come to see us.”

”Mo Mo!” Leng Lin patted the little guy’s head, ”Grandpa assures you that your dad definitely won’t abandon you and mom!”

Luo Jun’s small face visibly relaxed, yet he was still a bit unsure, ”Is Uncle Zimo really my dad?”

”Of course.” Luo Xiaoqian held his small hand, ”Come on, mom will show you something.”

Holding the little one’s hand, she led him to her room. Luo Xiaoqian opened the lockbox John had fetched from the villa and lifted its lid.

The box contained many neatly organized items.

Her previous phone, several photo albums, CDs, and some other things—all related to her and Leng Zimo.

Carefully opening one of the photo albums, Luo Xiaoqian handed it to him, ”Look, these are all photos of dad and me.”

The little one immediately hugged the album and flipped through it photo by photo.

The album was filled with various pictures of Leng Zimo and Luo Xiaoqian together.

”And this.” Luo Xiaoqian took out a CD, placed it into the computer, and cuddled the little one while watching it together.

All these CDs were videos about her and Leng Zimo.

The video of Leng Zimo proposing to her, their performances together, their trip to Hollywood...

”Mom.” Luo Jun lifted his small face from her embrace, ”Why didn’t Uncle Zimo stay with us before?!”

”That’s because Uncle Zimo doesn’t remember us. Do you remember the story of amnesia from the cartoon you watched?”

”Will he remember us?”

”He definitely will.” Luo Xiaoqian tightly hugged the little one in her arms, ”Mom promises you, dad will definitely come back to be with us, but just not right now.”
