Chaos Devourer System: My Classless Ascension

Chapter 243: Chapter 242:Let’s spar...

I looked at this woman, her radiant smile contrasting sharply with the murderous aura she had earlier.

In all honesty, putting both images side by side in my head, I couldn’t help but find the current her, ”cute..”

Oops...

”Uhhh... I mean..” a spike of killing intent behind me shut me the fuck up..

”Haa... fuck me..”

”What. Did. You. Just. Say?” Aunt V’s voice came out slow and threatening..

”Cute... cute... he called me cute.. my Dante.. he called me cute...” before I could deal with the murderous machine behind me, the woman before me, Dakota, suddenly snapped her head up, red eyes swirling.

”Again! Say it again!”

I had suddenly found myself between a rock and a hard place.

Behind me there was a murderous machine just waiting to rip my heart out.

Before me, another delirious woman with a very strong case of the bipolars..

It was a fucked up situation..

One that anyone would find absolutely threatening.

Yet.. a smile was on my face..

Even as I Retreated slowly, a smile was still on my face, because tell me why, even in such a murderous state, did aunt v and strangely enough, this new woman, look absolutely,

”Stunning.”

They both froze...

”Damn... I’m really going crazy arent I?”

”Stun... stunning... he called me... YESSSSSSSS!!!!! I knew it!! My Dante will never leave me!! Hehehehe.. he called me stunning and cute, next he’ll ask to marry me, then we’ll have lots and lots of sex, then I’ll give him lots and lots of babies, and then.. and then...” the crazy red eyed woman began mumbling deliriously..

On the other hand...

Schlick!!!!

A slender arm pierced my chest, slowly, methodically wrapping itself around my beating heart.

I just stood there, watching as aunt v approached dangerously...

”You keep playing these games with me, Dante, and I might actually kill you..” her voice was low, emotionless...

”Heh! I can’t help it, aunt v,” I cupped her cheeks, placing a firm kiss on her soft, succulent lips, ”your reactions make it worthwhile.” I grinned...

”BITCH!!! Get your paws off him...”

A hysterical yell broke our moment once again as the figure of black haired Dakota manifested like a phantom behind Aunt V, claws outstretched, yet before she could strike,

”Ahem!” Valen coughed.

The old man seemed to be getting down with something..

”VALEN!!!!” Dakota roared..

”Easy, you crazy banshee...” the large Tian covered his ears, grumbling..

”Old man, what did you say?”

”Alright everyone, let’s just calm down for a moment shall we?” I decided to play mediator..

”Okay~~ whatever you say.” Dakota’s figure instantly spawned by my side as she grabbed hold of my arm possessively..

I looked to the old man for any form of assistance,

”As I was saying.” He shrugged me off completely..

”The one who seems to have an extreme case of a personality disorder is called Dakota Twilight, or as many within her family call her, The second coming of the Devourer.”

There was that name again.

I was starting to really not like hearing that word ”Devourer” being used to describe someone else.

”To be named after such a figure, you must’ve been something huh?” I looked to my right, at the smiling, figure.

”Humph! Of course I am. Those little leeches back at home could never compare.” She puffed up her chest, an action that inevitably captured my attention.

”Of course they can’t, that’s why they tried to lock you up, you’re batshit crazy!” The old dragon, Tian, mumbled, his voice being impossible to lower due to his apparent boisterous demeanor..

”Old bastard! What did you just say?” Dakota flared immediately..

”Moving on!” Valen tried to move the conversation ahead but I stopped him.

”Wait, Aunt K, mind if I call you that?” I asked.

”Of course not, DAAANTE~~~ you can call me whatever~ you like, hihihihi....” Her attitude did a complete one-eighty, going from murderous to coquettish in an instant, as she straddled my arms between those twin soft peaks..

”Well then, aunt k, mind telling me what old tian meant by that?” I asked, trying not to let the heavenly softness enveloping my arm distract me..

”No, no, not at all, but it’s nothing major really, I just tried to annihilate the clan of one of the ducal houses within Nightengale and suddenly everyone seemed upset.”

”Huh? Why would you want to annihilate an entire clan? Did they do something horrible to you?”

”What? No! I just found the face of their heir to be displeasing, so I decided to do vampire kind a favor by removing the entire house, unfortunately, I failed though, I wasn’t strong enough then.” She sighed, seeming genuinely disappointed...

.....

..

For a moment I just stared at this woman.

Wanting to eradicate an entire household because you found one person’s face displeasing, that was just,

”Hah! If that were all it would’ve been bearable!” The old dragon laughed...

”Ehh? What do you mean?” I asked..

”Haaa... what he meant was, after Dakota here failed to wipe out that household, she was apprehended, yet they couldn’t hold her, so she escaped.

Only to return a few years later to drench the entirety of Nightingale in blood, an event that went down in their history as the Festival Of blood.

It was said she spilled so much blood that till date, nightingale’s soil remains a permanent red hue.

It took the vampire king to stop her rampage, finally apprehending her .” Valen shook his head, seemingly tired from recalling that event..

Damn.

That.. was heavy.

To think one woman would be this crazy and powerful and... beautiful.

”So, did you succeed?” I asked, curious.

”Huh? Succeed in what?” She tilted her head cutely.

”In wiping out that family from earlier.”

”Oh that?” A fanged grin appeared on her face as she opened her hand and a pristine white skull appeared in the center of her palm, placing a finger on my forehead, she transmitted the image of red haired man, his face was... less than ideal.

”He looks much better now doesn’t he?” She asked, as her eyes returned to the pristine white skull in the palm of her hand.

I wasn’t going to lie, after the image she’d just shown me, I could understand why she found the man’s face detestable, now, whether it warranted genocide is up for debate, but one truth remained.

”Indeed, he does look much better.” I answered..

”Right?? Here, consider it a gift for our first meeting..” she squealed, closing her hand, a red light flashing within, and when she opened it, a pristine bone-white skull pendant was within her hand.

”Here try it on.” She handed the pendant to me.

Taking the skull shaped item, I gave it a once over, before placing it on my free left ear, since Elira had claimed the other as her sole property..

”How do I look?”

...

...

”I think you broke them.” The old dragon’s voice drew my attention to the two women present.

Both Dakota and aunt v were transfixed, eyes seemingly unable to move away.

”Do I look that good?” I had to ask, cause even though I knew I was good looking, there was no way a simple pendant could change that much right?

”Here, see for yourself.” The dragon conjured up a multicolored mirror, holding it up to me..

When I saw my reflection, short white hair, immaculate face, and those two pendants, the golden halberd and the bone white skull?

”Damn... I’m hot.” I couldn’t help remarking.

”Wow.. so humble.” The old dragon chuckled...

””So... Hot.”” Both women muttered at the same time.

”So what happened after her rampage? How did she escape the vampire king and his goons.” I asked the two old men, wisely deciding to leave the two women to their devices..

”Regulus, that bastard, just ”happened to be passing by” , encountering the scene of Dakota being captured, he decided to jump in, guess his reasoning?” Valen growled, the old man losing his composure for once.

”What was it?”

” ’she looks scared, let’s help her, I don’t mind adopting a new baby sister, hahahaha’ that crazy bastard laughed, calling this lunatic that was busy laughing at her captors a ”scared little girl”, going on to complete the event of the Blood Festival by beheading the Then Vampire king and over Three elder level figures, successfully placing another heavy target on our backs.” At this point even I was starting to feel bad for valen.

The old man had been dragged around by dad through so many crazy adventures, it’s no wonder he’s always grumpy.

”Hahahahaha.. you should’ve seen their interaction afterwards, little Dakota here decided she was going to reward regulus’ help by promising herself to his child, because apparently, he wasn’t ”cool enough” for her, what with him being an old man and whatnot, shattered regulus’ ego right then and there, bahahahahahaha...” The old dragon laughed...

”Heh!” I could picture the image in my head, and the sight made me chuckle.

A feeling of melancholy wellin up within me, I would’ve loved to see this version of my father that these people had been with, but I couldn’t, and it was all thanks to....

Killing intent drifted out of me quietly, snapping the two women from their states..

”D...”

”Dante..”

”I’m fine... hoo.. I’m fine.” I breathed slowly..

”Aunt K, it’s nice to finally get to meet you, and thank you for the gift, I hope we do get the chance to know each other properly in the future.”

”Hehehehe... don’t worry, I plan on making that time happen.” A weird glint flashed past her crimson eyes..

”Alright then.” I decided to ignore the weirdness for now, turning toward Valen.

”Old man, I need your help with something.”

My words successfully caught their attention.

”Hmm? And what would that be?” The old man asked, eyebrow raised..

I took one glancing look at my status page, then turned back toward the old man..

”Let’s spar...”
