Chaos Devourer System: My Classless Ascension

Chapter 204: Chapter 203:Just like old times.

High above the clouds, a distance far removed from anything Dante’s perception could reach, four figures floated silently, their attention locked onto the battle unfolding below.

”Damn... you robotic bastard, I thought you said you wanted to give him a reality check?” The speaker was a large man with four multicolored draconic horns, his massive frame adorned in a black hoodie and sweat pants, in his hands, a bucket of what looked suspiciously like popcorn.

He laughed as he slapped his partner’s back.

Valen merely grunted as he replied, ”it was indeed meant to be a wake up call, to prevent Dante from becoming too arrogant.”

”Hah!! Well I guess you’ll have to come up with another plan cause that little fella is about to destroy everything.. hahahahaha...” the man, Tian, laughed heartily...

”Humph! Or course he is, stupid old men thought this little thing would impede MY DANTE?” The speaker was a woman in a gothic black dress that struggled to contain her well endowed assets, the way her chests strained against the fabric was a sight any man would kill to view, well, unless you knew who she really was, then you would want to think for a few lifetimes before committing to that act.

”Heh! If I remember correctly, he was MY DANTE! Not yours, I’ve got the marks to prove it.” Another feminine voice chirped in, the speaker no less seductive than the first one, with her black office suite, and tight pencil skirt that emphasized her hips, she was a beauty to die for. No. Seriously, she’ll kill you if you look at her, after all, only one person had that privilege..

”Bitch! You want to die???” Dakota immediately flared, her crimson eyes swirling as a murderous aura began pouring out of her figure..

”Heh!! I’ve been meaning to rip your head off all these years but big brother kept preaching peace, I don’t mind doing so right now.” Raven laughed as her black eyes turned into black holes, sucking in the surrounding space.

Both women’s auras clashed as the space around them tore and fissured, the atmosphere breaking apart slowly..

”Ahem..” a dry cough snapped the tension as both women’s gazes locked unto valen’s figure, the man shivering subtly..

”Ahem... Ravena, Dakota, remember, you two promised me not to fight.” Valen tried to reason with them, unfortunately, he seemed to have forgotten that you couldn’t reason with crazy women competing over a man..

”Huhh???? Are you taking this bitch’s side?”

”Supporting the midget now, are we??” Both women snapped angrily, only for both their gazes to snap towards each other once more..

””BITCH!!! I dare you to say that again!!!””

””Stop copying me!!””

””FUCKKK!!!””

Before both women could engage, valen finally pulled out his secret weapon...

”Dante!”

Both women froze mid movement, attention turning back toward Valen, eyes questioning.

”Dante, you women didn’t forget what got him so upset right?”

He asked, fully aware that the only thing capable of stopping these two freight trains was that young man, and true enough, both women stood down..

They’d been here since the beginning.

They’d seen Dante breakdown the moment he’d felt what was happening to the atmosphere.

Raven and Dakota on more than one occasion had almost ended the entire mission by themselves, their own hearts breaking at the sight of Dante crying, thankfully, valen had stopped them, at the cost of another black eye of course.

So now, as the two women returned their attention on the moving suns within those darkened skies, they realized just how bad things could’ve gotten.

A battle between them wouldn’t just alert Dante to their presence, something they were trying to avoid at all costs.

But it would also send the atmosphere into a state of ruin, and both women could only shudder at the thought of what such a thing would do to him, so, against their better judgment, they stood down..

”Humph.. I guess I can wait till MY DANTE erases all those nuisances that dared make him cry, before taking your head.” Dakota snorted, turning away, focus shifting towards Dante’s figure, her eyes immediately regaining their starry luster, ”haaa.... My Dante.. my Dante... can’t wait... haaa... he’s sooooo hot...” as she lost herself once more...

”The marks speak for themselves!” Raven snorted as well, arm caressing a mark Dante had left on her neck during their last coupling, a mark she herself had branded permanently unto her skin, her focus as well shifted towards the raging cloud of punishment that was moving towards its next victim, ”haaa.... That’s my love... punish them.. then come punish me.. ahhhnnnggg” she moaned in ecstasy, uncaring of the two men that were currently wearing blank expressions, not at all surprised by the sudden turn of events..

”Damn... you sure have learnt how to stop a disaster huh?” Tian laughed, as he patted valen’s back, ”though I see it comes with some costs.” He shook his head in pity, as he looked towards valen’s brand new panda eye..

”Haa... just forget it.. it’s that fool’s fault for believing it was a good idea to have these two on the same team.” Valen sighed, exhausted..

”Hahahahahahaha.... That’s Regulus for you, always the odd one..” Tian laughed nostalgically, as his eyes focused on the figure of Dante that was now hovering over the one known as the Choir..

”But damn.. total atmospheric dominion? What level of bullshit has that got to be on?” He couldn’t help marveling at what he was seeing.

He refused to believe his eyes when he saw it, but now, seeing and feeling the way the atmosphere was reacting to Dante’s presence? He couldn’t doubt it any longer..

”I don’t think it’s that simple.” Valen’s voice cut him off.

”Hmm? What do you mean?” Tian asked.

”Dante, I don’t think his ability is something as ”simple” as total atmospheric dominion.” Valen replied, attention never budging from the figure of Dante..

”So, what is it then?”

”I’m... not sure, but something tells me it goes deeper than just that, and if there’s one thing I’ve come to trust, its my gut.” Those words successfully silenced the large Tian, because he knew valen was right.

The man had hardly ever been wrong about his gut feelings, they were sometimes as scary as foresight, so hearing that this man was suspicious of the little man’s ability, Tian couldn’t help but wonder...

”It seems Regulus’ words back then weren’t mere jests, this boy might really become more terrifying than his father.” He mused..

”Can you imagine it, valen, a world with a figure more terrifying than that monster, do you think they’re ready? Do you think those bastards will allow it?” Tian’s face had gone solemn, killing intent flashing within his eyes..

”It matters not what they want!” Before valen could reply, a voice had already spoken, eerie and beautiful at the same time..

”It matters not if they’re ready!” Another voice echoed, equally terrifying, equally beautiful..

””Whoever wishes harm on MY DANTE will only ever have one end..””

Both Tian and Valen finally turned towards the source of both voices..

There, nothing could be seen except two crimson orbs of light and twin devouring black holes...

Both men shivered as a dreadful chill crawled up their spines.

””ABSOLUTE DAMNATION!”” both voices echoed in eerie synchronization...

A beat of silence passed, before..

”Hah..hahahahahahahahahahaha” Tian erupted in uproarious laughter..

”I guess that’s your answer my friend..”

”Indeed..”

”The question has never been if they would allow it, but if they are ready to receive our vengeance.” Tian laughed..

”Right. So now, all we have to do, is make sure he grows up as he needs to and put down anyone dumb enough to prevent that.”

”Just like old times.” Tian Raised a fist..

”Just like old times.” Valen bumped it, as both men returned their focus just in time for Dante to begin rainining down hellish judgement on the Choir..
