Chaos Devourer System: My Classless Ascension

Chapter 227: Chapter 226:Make me.... WHOLE!

”Hmm, that’s strange.” I couldn’t help muttering as I watched the chaos unfold below...

”Hmm. So you noticed it too huh?” Leo seemed to have noticed the abnormality as well..

”Indeed..” I nodded.

”The others don’t seem to have the same type of abilities Malachi has, despite all of them supposedly being heirs with the monkey king’s bloodline.” I mused, intrigued.

From the start, I had yet to see any of the other heirs clone or transform like Malachi did, but I recalled clearly the monkey telling me it was an ability given to him by his bloodline...

”Wait..” I paused, realization settling in..

”So that’s it, how could I forget.” Indeed, the monkey had also told me that within his entire family, he was the only one capable of using it.

”Seems the family he was talking about wasn’t just his own, but the entire ape clans.”

”Maybe, but that still doesn’t explain why he’s getting stronger from eating the bodies of the others, is that some kind of ritual or something?” Leo asked, just as confused as I was.

”I guess we can only attribute it to something natural to this inheritance run, since none of the others are reacting to the act.” Just like I said, none of the other apes seemed surprised at the fact that Malachi was busy feasting on the bodies of the fallen, growing stronger in the process, as they all seemed to have an idea of why that was..

”Any way, it’s time for the big leagues, do you think he can take down all three? I mean, his transformation and skills seem to have given him an undeniable edge, and his bloodline seems different from theirs too..” I asked the chicken-cat atop my head..

”He can probably take out the other two, if the red furred poser doesn’t do it first. Otherwise, he’ll lose.” The bored reply made my eyebrows raise..

”Red furred poser? What do you mean?”

”Oho? Don’t worry, you’ll see soon enough.” Hearing his cryptic reply, I turned my focus toward the clash about to unfold....

.....

The figures of Malachi, Conan, Ferrus, and Raikor stood in a stalemate..

The three floating figures looking down at the massive 25-foot crimson ape that was grinning savagely.

The air around them oppressive and volatile, until...

”I see..” a calm, indifferent voice broke the solemn atmosphere...

All eyes swiveling towards the source..

There, having regained his composure, the figure of Conan slowly took off his suit..

”This... must be why they were so worried..” he muttered to no one in particular, transfering his neatly folded suit into his storage device..

”In battle shall you truly know the horror of facing a stoneborn” I understand it perfectly now.”

Conan, finished rolling up his sleeves, looked at Malachi indifferently.

”The monkey king bloodline you inherited.... Is different.. stronger. Purer. More perfected.” He nodded to himself slowly as a malevolent aura started drifting out of him...

”Truly, the stoneborns deserve the title of true royalty, for even now, you grow stronger from refining the bloodlines of those you have taken..”

”Heh.. absolutely ridiculous..” the monkey laughed, as his form... GREW!

10-feet...

”Unfortunately, it still will not be enough..”

His dress shirt split apart as his form kept... GROWING!

20-feet...

”The era of the stoneborn will come to an end this time..”

30-feet..

”And a new era shall begin,”

35-feet..

”The era of the REDSTONES, for only one shall become the true king of this era...”

A suffocating pressure leaked out of the now towering figure of the ape, his fur had turned a darkened crimson, their sheen looking like rubies in the sun...

”And his name shall be, Conan Redstone.”

The full aura of an SSS-rank powerhouse was unleashed as he completed his speech...

The entire surrounding area sinking under the massive weight.

The giant statue of the monkey king fissuring and cracking just from the pressure being exerted by the monkey’s aura..

Woosh!!!

The now 35-foot behemoth took a single step as he appeared behind the frozen figure of Ferrus..

”How..?” The steel furred ape stuttered as he looked up at the massive figure that had stretched forth its hand, clamping hard on the helpless ape’s head..

”Do not mix me in with rabble like you..”

Crunch!!!!

A decisive squeeze from the massive ape and the steel furred Ferrus went limp.

The monkey’s jaw widened as he threw the figure into its mouth..

Crunch... Crunch...

Chewing indifferently as his own aura grew...

Gulp~~~

The gulping sounds echoed like death knells as Raikor immediately bolted, horror and rage at the realization of what had just happened, so, no longer wanting anything to do with this inheritance run, the monkey fled...

”Running away during the monkey king’s trial.. you’re a disgrace to your ancestors.” The massive dark crimson ape took another step as his figure materialized before the fleeing Raikor...

”SHIT!!!! YOU FOOL!!!!”

RUUUUUMMMMMBBLLLLLEEEEEEE!!!!!

Thunder cracked in the skies as a massive blue bolt of lightning struck down, directly at the figure of the towering ape..

BOOOOOMMMM!!!!!

An explosion ringing out as the attack struck true, but.

”Futile.” An arm stretched forth through the haze of lightning as the large, furred arm of the monstrous ape clamped down on the head of Raikor, the blue monkey struggling within its grasp...

”UNHAND ME!!!!!!!!”

Craccckllleeeeeee!!!!!!!

The blue furred monkey’s figure glowed like a light bulb as he sent jolts of electrifying currents through the body of the massive ape, successfully stunning the creature, regaining his freedom, as his figure continued fleeing...

”I will let the elders know of your desecration, you filthy traitor!!!!!” The furious voice of Raikor sounded out from the distance..

”I’ve already said it before..” Conan muttered indifferently, his figure appearing before the fleeing Raikor once more..

”Escape is futile...”

Bang!!!

And in one, decisive blow, he obliterated the monkey’s head, taking hold of the headless corpse and then..

Crunch!!!

He ate it.

Just like Malachi had done.

And like the crimson ape from earlier, his own aura grew significantly...

”Pathetic weaklings, just like all the rest.. not worth my time..” the monkey spat derisively before his figure turned towards Malachi, who’s expression had turned grim...

”You... what have you done?” Malachi’s voice sounded out, the rage within barely contained.

He understood what the sight before him meant.

He might’ve been a pampered mama’s boy, but he knew more than anyone about his family’s illustrious history.

About his ape clan’s illustrious traditions.

And what he was seeing before him, this 35-foot abomination, just threw dirt and shit over all of that, as what had appeared before him, shouldn’t have been possible..

”WHAT. HAVE. YOU. DONE!” Malachi raged!

Conan grinned.

A savage, blood thirsty expression.

His eyes shone with madness and unconcealed killing intent...

”I..” he paused, spreading his arms wide, ”Have merely taken destiny into my own hands.” He turned back towards the raging figure of Malachi...

”And you, little stoneborn, will help me complete it...”

The towering ape’s aura exploded in horrifying momentum, drowning the entire surroundings in sheer terror...

Malachi’s rage finally boiled over as his own aura exploded outwards.

The moment their auras collided, the whole place quaked and trembled, the world recognizing the presence of two titans..

”Now, come, little stoneborn, make me.... WHOLE!”

BOOOOOMMMMMMMM!!!!!
