Warhammer Divine Throne

Vamil Prince-Elector and Umberto Prince-Elector nodded repeatedly, the situation had changed, and the staunch supporters of the Bernardino family had regained their strength. They particularly needed Emmanuelle, the true heir to the Prince-Elector.

”More importantly, Emmanuelle is now over twenty years old. She has followed Laine for many years, and surely has matured a lot through it. And now she has Laine as a powerful ally. It’s impossible for them to have no feelings for each other. So, if Emmanuelle truly inherits the title of Prince-Elector and faces a threat of war, would Laine sit idly by?” The Emperor smiled: ”Once Laine is drawn into the war against evil, the Holy Grail Knight Order and the Lady of the Lake will also be drawn in. Laine’s existence is not only a strong ally for Emmanuelle outside the Nuer Court, but also an asset we can leverage.”

”Besides, with Laine around, there will be fewer people in the Nuer Court who dare to target Emmanuelle. By that time, we only need to send an army to protect her to Nuer.” Vamil Prince-Elector proposed.

”The problem is not that simple. The downfall of Lord Andrea back then was fraught with suspicion... None of us knew what role the Schroder family and Gani played in that affair.” The Emperor nodded: ”But there’s no doubt that if the Prince-Elector’s Holy Sword, the Rune Fang ’Western Fire,’ remains in Emmanuelle’s hands, she can prove herself.”

”Recognizing Emmanuelle and bringing her back to the Empire requires a timely opportunity, which I have already begun preparing. At that time, I will need your help too.”

”We will, Your Majesty.”

...

It was also late at night at the Imperial Royal Hotel, inside a luxurious noble suite, in the study.

Laine was also sitting behind a wide desk. The Count only wore a shirt and trousers, holding a cold, delicate body in his arms. Her waist-length black hair covered her tender back, her graceful curves well-defined, and with butterfly-patterned glasses on her delicate nose, her cold face and silver irises were somewhat lost in thought.

The female sorcerer wore a silk shadowy pendant dress, with her white, jade-like shoulders exposed outside. Her long, straight black silk legs hung below the table, her slender waist held by Laine, her foot adorned with a silver butterfly strap high heel, the shoe tip mildly wobbling with her movements. The high-slit skirt revealed the female sorcerer’s long black silk legs completely.

Teresa was as soft as a noodle, her hands hung down, devoid of any strength.

Laine gently embraced Teresa, both with closed eyes, savoring the beautiful moment.

The cause was that Laine had been rather vigorous recently, and the female Knight couldn’t keep up. Surya arranged a rest for herself today, renting Laine out to Veronica and Teresa.

Veronica was lying motionless on the bed inside. Blossom after blossom, the Jialan Witch, weary yet satisfied, fell into a deep sleep. Laine had already finished with the goodnight kiss and had wrapped her in a quilt.

After a long time, the female sorcerer spoke.

”Six years have passed, Laine. Thinking about the journey feels like a dream.” Teresa murmured.

”Then is it a happy dream?” Laine opened his eyes.

”Not exactly a happy dream... If you had married me, then it would be a happy dream.” The female sorcerer gave Laine a charming sidelong glance, her back resting against him, allowing his restless hand to explore her black silk-clad legs: ”This ending... I can only say it isn’t bad, but not particularly good either.”

”My dear Teresa, from any angle, I can’t marry a Witch as my wife. My father wouldn’t agree, my foster father wouldn’t agree, the Lady wouldn’t agree, and the Kingdom’s nobles would find it hard to accept as well.” Laine knew that on this matter, he was somewhat sorry for Teresa and Veronica, who had sacrificed a lot to follow him. But the situation left no other choice.

Regarding his marriage, he had discussed it with the Emperor, and the Emperor gave him the options of either Surya or Amelia, both girls of very pure human blood. No other choices could be considered, the Emperor wouldn’t allow it.

”You’ve always been a realist, comprised of five parts reality and four parts ideal.” Teresa said somewhat sadly, softly.

”And the remaining one part?” Laine asked curiously.

”That remaining one part?” Teresa looked down at the hand exploring her leg and replied with annoyance: ”It’s your hobby... When will you want me? I’m thirty-three this year!”

”Hahahaha~” Laine laughed heartily at the words of joy.

”During the Winter Festival, this year we’ll celebrate in the Imperial Capital.” Laine kissed the female sorcerer’s cold lips, and Teresa, shy, nodded: ”Alright, I need to tell my mother I wish to become your female courtier.”

”Good~”

”Also, I want a child~”

”No problem, I’ll give you a child.”

After lingering for a while, the female sorcerer took out a map and showed it to Laine: ”It’s the terrain map of the Justice Church Cathedral, which you wanted. Veronica and I spent some time drawing it.”

”Hmm.” Laine held the female sorcerer, listening to her explanation.
