Chapter 2062: Chapter 2063: A Wholehearted Mutual Love

Huo Qingyi was crying, trying to kneel before Su Yixing, but Su Yixing wouldn’t let her.

Su Yixing even scolded, ”You always kneel before me at every turn, though I never allowed it. I just want to know what’s going on in your heart. If you don’t tell me, I’ll join you and the child in dying together.”

With that, he helped Huo Qingyi back onto the bed to sit up properly.

Huo Qingyi’s face was already streaked with tears.

Seeing Su Yixing like he really meant to die with her and the child, Huo Qingyi had no other choice but to cry out, ”I don’t want to die. I don’t want the child to die with me. I especially don’t want you joining us in death. I don’t know what’s wrong with me. Even though I don’t have an appetite, I still eat every meal, but I’m losing weight. I have no control over it.”

Su Yixing said nothing, didn’t ask anything, just sat at the edge of the bed, listening to Huo Qingyi speak.

Huo Qingyi continued to cry, ”I don’t want to lie to you about anything. I really want to tell you, but after I tell you, I hope you’ll let me give birth to these two children before driving me away.”

Su Yixing’s mind was confused about what could make him drive her away, but he still remained silent, continuing to listen.

”I’m sorry, Young Master.” When she apologized, Huo Qingyi stopped crying, her emotions now very calm. ”I know I’m not worthy, and I know who your true companion is, but I’ve fallen for you. I really only wanted to be a good subordinate. I never imagined it would turn out like this.”

Finally, Su Yixing spoke. He was stunned for a moment, hesitantly opening his mouth, ”What... did you say? You’ve fallen for me?” He thought he was hearing things.

For so many years, he had been waiting for her to fall for him. At this moment, he felt like he was dreaming.

”Hmm.” Huo Qingyi nodded. ”You like Miss Lele. I was worried that saying it would bother you, so I kept it to myself. I never thought that liking someone could be so painful, so distressing. These past days, I’ve tried not to like you anymore, but I couldn’t do it, and it hurt even more, especially when I saw you being good to Miss Lele.”

Since she had opened up, Huo Qingyi had nothing to fear and confessed everything.

At first, Su Yixing was in disbelief. He stared blankly for a while, and then, as if mad, he pressed Huo Qingyi down, avoiding her belly, and kissed her wildly.

Kissing and biting.

Huo Qingyi felt her lips were very sore. She still didn’t realize Su Yixing’s feelings for her. She merely thought that Su Yixing was punishing her, punishing her feelings that caused him trouble.

But indeed, Su Yixing was punishing her, though not for the reasons Huo Qingyi thought.

Su Yixing was punishing her for only now revealing her feelings for him, for torturing herself into such a state because of her love for him, for actually believing he liked Gong Le!

Of course, he was mostly ecstatic. After waiting for so many years, she finally fell for him.

Once Su Yixing had kissed enough, he bit her lip hard again before scolding, ”How I treat you, haven’t you seen it? You dare say I like Lele! You think you can take advantage of my kindness for you! Everyone’s known for years that I like you, except for you. Do you really not know, or were you just pretending not to know?”

Before, because he felt it was one-sided, he couldn’t bring himself to confess first.

Now, since she liked him and said it out loud, there was no need for him to hold back any longer.

Naturally, he could wholeheartedly enjoy their mutual love!
