The Wealthy Tycoon's Game of Life

Chapter 1596: Chapter 640: Strawberry (Part 2)

”Crap, I can’t wear a low neckline again today...”

Jin Zhixiu knitted her brows in distress. The marks on her neck from yesterday still hadn’t faded, and today she’d added ”fresh wounds.” Now she really couldn’t show her face.

Luckily it was already winter anyway, so keeping a turtleneck coat on didn’t feel too out of place.

She pried Zhou Wang’s thigh off her slim waist, and before getting up Jin Zhixiu hesitated for a moment. In the end she still couldn’t help it—she brushed her hair aside, then ducked her head and quickly pecked Zhou Wang on the lips.

They’d already done much more intimate things, but that tiny little move still made Jin Zhixiu’s face flush again.

Right after the kiss, just as she was about to get up and leave, she felt a big hand wrap around her waist again. Jin Zhixiu’s head dipped uncontrollably, and she and Zhou Wang were kissing once more.

”Sss~”

By the time Jin Zhixiu finally tore herself away, panting, she’d lost all her strength again and could only collapse weakly onto Zhou Wang’s chest.

”You think you can just kiss me and run? Where do you get such good deals...”

Zhou Wang, who had somehow already opened his eyes at some point, said with a soft laugh.

Jin Zhixiu punched him, but her arm was too weak for it to hurt at all.

”Don’t, don’t mess around... I really have to go.”

Seeing Zhou Wang start to get restless again, Jin Zhixiu’s delicate face went pale. She hurriedly reached out to stop him.

”Go where?”

Only then did Zhou Wang realize she really wanted to leave. He raised a brow.

”I’ve got a schedule at six in the morning, then I have to go to the company to record, and in the afternoon I need to shoot Dior’s new product ad...”

Jin Zhixiu buried her face against Zhou Wang’s neck and mumbled.

She wasn’t complaining, just sharing her daily routine.

Being able to come out for a meal like last night with Zhou Wang was already one of her very rare bits of free time. As a member of a hot international girl group, she was far busier than the average celebrity.

At her level of fandom, ”time is money” in the truest sense. The company would never let her off the hook, and she herself, having already set up a personal studio, would never pass up any chance to make money.

After all, this brilliant career was something she’d clawed her way to after god knows how long, and a living lesson from countless seniors... you never know how long you’ll stay popular. Building up more backing for yourself before the heat fades is never the wrong choice.

Even a top-tier star like Jin Zhixiu had double anxiety about her age and her career.

Zhou Wang pondered for a moment, then grabbed his phone and started fiddling with it.

Seeing him silent, Jin Zhixiu knew it wasn’t his fault, but still couldn’t help feeling a bit resentful. She reached over and pinched his waist lightly.

”Okay, you don’t need to go this morning.”

Zhou Wang set his phone down. ”I talked to President Jin. Your morning schedule’s canceled. Just head to the company around noon.”

Jin Zhixiu stayed quiet for a while and didn’t show any sign of being happy.

As the chairman of YG Entertainment, Zhou Wang obviously had the authority to arrange her schedule.

But the thing was, he’d only canceled her morning schedule; her noon and afternoon plans were still on. That inevitably made Jin Zhixiu start guessing at his motives.

And it wasn’t exactly hard to guess...

Right now Zhou Wang wanted to keep her here simply to keep fooling around with her, because she’d already felt his urgency clearly from his body the moment this man woke up.

As for her noon and afternoon schedules... once he’d had his fill, she, the money-making tool of YG Entertainment, should go continue fulfilling her duties.

Thinking that, a wave of bleakness rose in Jin Zhixiu’s chest.

If Zhou Wang hadn’t woken up, she wouldn’t have felt anything wrong. This was just how her day was supposed to go. But not only had he woken up, he’d even personally interfered with her schedule, and in the end it was only to satisfy his own desires.

So this was the ”like” he kept talking about?

Grievance and resentment instantly flooded Jin Zhixiu’s heart. That tide of sadness almost drowned her.

But she forced herself to hold it back, lowering her head so Zhou Wang wouldn’t see how close she was to tears.

The damn man really didn’t seem to notice a thing. Just like she’d expected, he started pressing against her smooth, full ”moon,” rubbing, gearing up to go.

Of course Jin Zhixiu wasn’t about to let him get his way, so the two of them started tugging back and forth.

This time Jin Zhixiu was especially stubborn, but Zhou Wang clearly wasn’t some pushover either. They started grappling on the sofa, then both slid down onto the carpet.

In the middle of it, Jin Zhixiu tried to voice some protests, but every one of them was shoved right back down her throat by Zhou Wang.

From their first round earlier, Zhou Wang had already pinpointed quite a few of her weak spots. He knew all too well this overage girl’s flaws. No matter how unwilling Jin Zhixiu was, her supple, snake-like body gradually softened.

As if to get back at him, the dance-trained Jin Zhixiu, once she realized she couldn’t escape his claws, started clamping her powerful, plump thighs around him like a vise, trying to make Zhou Wang feel her resentment.

Zhou Wang cooperated by baring his teeth and grimacing, to show how ”agonized” he was.

...

Close to noon.

A Mercedes nanny van slowly pulled into the reserved spot in YG Entertainment’s underground parking lot. The door slid open, and wrapped in a turtleneck coat and hiding behind sunglasses, Jin Zhixiu slipped out of the car like she was doing something shady. She looked left and right, and seeing no acquaintances, finally let out a breath.

But as she got out, she couldn’t stop her legs from buckling, nearly collapsing onto the ground.

Grinding her teeth, she grabbed the car door for support and rested for a bit before the exhaustion on her face eased somewhat.

She couldn’t even put a name to what she was feeling, but she deeply regretted how weak-willed she’d been in the morning. She should’ve flatly refused Zhou Wang... No, she shouldn’t have given him the chance to take advantage of her last night in the first place.

That man was practically inhuman. Forget cherishing her—he hadn’t let her get out of bed at all from midnight to morning.

Jin Zhixiu felt like she’d only managed to doze for half an hour before she had to drag herself up, force herself to take a quick shower, and rush over to the company.

In the elevator, she took off her sunglasses and looked at her slightly haggard face in the mirror, lips pressing together as a small wave of self-pity washed over her.

”Jisoo, Jisoo, you’re always this weak. One day he’s going to bully you to death...”

Even though she was indignant, Jin Zhixiu knew this was just how her personality was. Maybe that man had seen right through it, which was why he dared to be so unrestrained.

Letting out a faint sigh, Jin Zhixiu stopped thinking about her relationship with Zhou Wang and quickly straightened out her mood before the elevator arrived.

Before long the elevator stopped at the 9th floor. This level was all recording studios for YG Entertainment, and one of the places she knew best.

She made her way to her private studio on autopilot, only to be told by the staff on duty that today’s recording had been canceled. Just as Jin Zhixiu was puzzling over that, she got a call from her Assistant.

”Sister Zhixiu, are you at the company yet? President Jin has been waiting for you in the office for a long time...”

On the other end, the young Assistant asked in a low voice that seemed to be trembling a bit with nerves.

President Jin? Waiting for me?

Jin Zhixiu froze for a second. For something like recording, President Jin clearly didn’t need to show up in person.

She might act a bit slow, but she wasn’t actually dumb. Suddenly she realized she might have misunderstood what Zhou Wang meant earlier.

But what did Zhou Wang want President Jin to wait for her for?

Carrying that confusion—and a strange flicker of expectation—Jin Zhixiu soon took the elevator up to The Penthouse of YG Entertainment.

When she stepped into President Jin’s office, she found that besides her Assistant and President Jin, Vice President Li was also there.

Vice President Li was in charge of the artist division, the most powerful VP in the company, but aside from when she terminated her personal contract last year, Jin Zhixiu hadn’t really interacted with him in a long time.

Her gaze drifted to the desk between the two presidents, where she saw several thick contracts laid out. Next to them, her little Assistant, apparently already in on something, looked faintly excited.

Staring at those mysterious contracts, Jin Zhixiu felt her heart start pounding wildly, just like last night on the sofa when Zhou Wang had forced her legs into a full split...
