Necromancer: I Am A Disaster

The undead gate opened, and the Undead Eye emerged, sweeping its gaze across the battlefield.

Countless Wind Petals died in silence.

The six bosses trembled at once, large numbers of petals falling from their massive bodies.

Soul damage wracked them with pain, slowing their attacks.

Seizing the moment, the Skeletal King swung its sword in rapid succession, launching a ferocious assault.

Headless Knights charged in from all directions.

At this point, the Whirlwind Armor surrounding the Wind Petal bosses had been completely obliterated. Most of their petals were already destroyed, leaving them unable to fully deflect the incoming Headless Knights.

The Headless Knights surged forward, their swords flashing like lightning as they slashed into the Wind Petal bosses.

One strike wasn’t enough, so they struck again.

Though each blow dealt only minor damage, their overwhelming numbers made up for it.

Almost every second, thousands of sword strikes rained down upon the Wind Petal bosses.

The skeletal warhorses trampled the Wind Petal bosses beneath their hooves, silver-white flames blazing as they burned into the bosses.

The Wind Petal bosses struggled frantically, but with their protective whirlwinds gone, they could no longer stop the swarm of Headless Knights pouring in from every angle.

In moments, their enormous bodies were completely covered with Headless Knights.

It was a scene of ants devouring elephants.

Lin Moyu felt as though he had returned to the time, half a year ago, when he first hunted world rank bosses.

Was this conquering the strong with the weak?

No. It was conquering the strong with numbers.

Even if each sword strike was only a scratch, thousands, tens of thousands, or even hundreds of thousands of strikes could still grind them down.

The Wind Petal bosses thrashed violently as more and more petals were severed, exposing their thick, elongated stems.

Lin Moyu watched them go bald. But unfortunately for them, they didn’t get any stronger.

By this time, the undead army had mostly cleared out the ordinary Wind Petals.

Undead Gaze, combined with the undead army, silently killed vast numbers of Wind Petals with every sweep.

Another brilliant sword light illuminated the battlefield.

The Skeletal King’s cooldown had ended, and it unleashed Godslayer once more.

Within the sword light, two petal-less Wind Petal bosses were cleaved in half at the waist.

Lin Moyu heard their cries echo through the air.

Plant-type bosses rarely made cries, and the Wind Petals’ cries resembled the wail of tortured souls, carried by the wind and filled with haunting sorrow.

Plant-type bosses possessed terrifying health. Even after being cut in half, they weren’t dead and still retained frightening combat power.

Massive roots burst forth from below, lashing wildly like braids and whipping both the Skeletal King and the Headless Knights.

“The last skill… it should be coming soon.”

A hint of curiosity flashed in Lin Moyu’s eyes as he anticipated the third skill of the Wind Petal bosses.

They possessed three skills: Pollen Explosion, Petal Detonation, and Wind Petal Blood Moon.

He had already witnessed the first two. Pollen Explosion was mediocre, while Petal Detonation was powerful, though limited by the number of petals.

Now, only Wind Petal Blood Moon remained.

From the name alone, he couldn’t decipher its true effect.

Blood moon… what could it mean?

The Wind Petal bosses continued to release cries, screaming without pause.

The cries scattered with the wind, spreading across the entire Wind Petal cluster.

This super-massive cluster had already been reduced to half its original size.

Less than two hundred thousand Wind Petals remained.

The six Wind Petal bosses were barely holding on.

Their cries resonated through the sky, and the remaining ordinary Wind Petals began to emit similar sounds.

The frequency of the cries quickly synchronized. In an instant, the power of the cries multiplied several times over.

Thunder roared.

The clouds split apart, and a brilliant moon appeared in the sky.

The Wind-Lightning Continent had never had a moon. Not only this continent, even the Immemorial Battlefield almost never saw one.

And yet now, a vast, radiant moon hung in the sky, shining with resplendent light.

Lin Moyu’s expression subtly changed. He heard cries coming from far away.

The moon in the sky was like an amplifier, magnifying the Wind Petals’ cries and broadcasting them across the entire Wind-Lightning Continent.

At the same time, it acted as a receiver, gathering the power of Wind Petals from all over the continent.

A large number of Wind Petals began flying toward the bright moon.

The six Wind Petal bosses followed.

Layers of moonlight descended like invisible hands, forcibly sweeping all the Headless Knights off the Wind Petal bosses.

Even the Skeletal King was flung nearly a thousand meters away.

Lin Moyu simply watched as Wind Petals of all sizes surged toward the radiant moon, not stopping them.

His eyes shone with curiosity, marveling at how the world held all kinds of wonders.

“What a peculiar skill. It’s beautiful… but how powerful is it?”

This was the most magnificent skill he had ever witnessed.

And beauty often meant danger. He heightened his guard.

The moonlight thickened. Within seconds, all remaining Wind Petals merged into the moonlight.

Even the corpses scattered across the battlefield vanished beneath the moonlight veil.

In the distance, more Wind Petal clusters appeared.

They did not come over, but their cries resonated with the bright moon.

Thirty seconds passed.

The moon began to change, dyed crimson, like blood soaking through white silk.

Wind Petal Blood Moon…

Lin Moyu finally understood.

…

Though the Wind-Lightning Continent was dominated by Demons and Dragonkind, numerous human class users were still active there.

They all saw it.

The blood moon illuminated the entire continent, and Wind Petals everywhere began to resonate.

At this moment, countless Wind Petals on the Wind-Lightning Continen turned toward the sky, as if in worship.

“Wind Petal Blood Moon… the legendary ultimate skill.”

“This can only be triggered when world rank bosses from a super Wind Petal cluster are nearly wiped out.”

“Who could push them that far?”

“They must be terrifyingly strong…”

“Could it be a God-level expert from the deep layer?”

Demons and Dragonkind were no less shaken.

In the Wind-Lightning Continent, two kind of existences inspired true fear.

The Lightning Tree clusters and the Wind Petal clusters.

Lightning Trees were rooted and obvious—avoid them, and you were safe.

But Wind Petals moved with the wind. No one knew when disaster might sweep across them.

They were far more dangerous.

Especially because of this skill.

Historically, the Wind Petal Blood Moon had appeared only a handful of times.

Its true power was unknown, because no one who witnessed it had ever survived.

Lin Moyu felt space lock around him.

All teleportation items were disabled, including the Abyssal Teleport Stone.

Even the mark left in the Shenxia City dimmed.

The blood moon carried the power of laws, suppressing all teleportation.

Only Antares’s scale remained unaffected, its power exceeding ordinary laws.

At this moment, a phrase surfaced in Lin Moyu’s mind: The fight ends only with death.

For any other class user, there would be no way out.

Life or death. Between them and the Windflowers, only one could remain.

Otherwise, with full two minutes of preparation time, anyone would’ve simply run.

The space had been sealed, transformed into an isolated battlefield. Unless the Wind Petals were destroyed, escape was practically impossible.

From within the blood moon, a colossal Wind Petal emerged.

It was hundreds of meters tall, layers of petals shrouding its body.

The petal vibrated violently, and pollen surged outward.

A violent wind spread it across the sealed space in an instant.

Then, explosions erupted everywhere, leaving no blind spot, no place to dodge.

The undead army was swallowed by the explosions.

“The power… increased dramatically.” Lin Moyu’s expression changed.

The Wind Petal boss had grown stronger.

The explosions marked the beginning of the final battle.

At the same time, the undead army counterattacked through the explosions.

The Skeletal King raised its sword and unleashed Godslayer once more.

Sword light tore through space, crashing into the Wind Petal boss and blasting off numerous petals.

But in the next second, the petals flew back and reattached, as if no damage had ever been dealt.

The Headless Knights activated Charge.

But then the blood moon trembled, is releasing thick moonlight.

Amidst the moonlight, the space turned viscous like paste.

The Headless Knights’ charge slowed to less than one-tenth of its original speed.

At that moment, the Wind Petal boss scattered a massive cloud of pollen once more.

The polen detonated, blasting the Headless Knights backward.

The Wind Petal boss had grown far stronger than Lin Moyu had expected.

A Detection spell flew forth and struck the Wind Petal boss
