STRIKER: Independent Beast Tamer

Jeremy returned to his house. By this time everyone in his estate gotta know that he went to the Beast Taming Association to get his Beast Tamer License.

As the days went by,

From maids to servants, everyone is curious about their young master’s lifeline beast.

There are spies from other families who were in touch with their servants and guards have tried to gather news. Since no one knows about Jeremy’s Lifeline Beast.

The spy’s efforts ended in failure. On the other hand, the incident also got the media coverage. The local news channel started reporting about Jeremy Night, the son of City Governor Ron Night.

People were interested in the City Governors’ heirs. Especially after knowing that all the descendants of the City Governors have awakened a good talent. People took more pride in their city.

Because of this, TV shows about the Lifeline Beasts draw attention. These shows help young beast tamers to choose their lifeline beast.

So, the people who run the show used Jeremy Night, Petra Ross and Levy Glass’s names to boost their ratings.

A night before the departure,

Jeremy sat with his parents at the dinner table. Since he is going to Central University 14 for his studies. It’s going to be his last meal with his parents.

He doesn’t know whether he will get any time to return. The dining table conversation was sad. Ron and Nora Night were emotional.

Their only son has saved their family from the danger. Especially for Nora Night, her own family also benefited from her son’s Awakening of A-level Talent.

”Father, Mother, don’t worry about me. If you guys need anything, I’m just a call away,” Jeremy said in a serious tone. He was feeling down as well. But he has a new journey waiting to explore.

”My son, you bought us both pride and happiness. Just make sure to study and train well. Lord Martha has great expectations from you.”

”People have already started speculating about your Lifeline Beast. Bob and Mike have also asked me. But I responded to them with a smile.”

”So be careful, don’t tell anyone about your Lifeline Beasts including the new friends that you are going to make,” Ron Night advised.

Then Nora also said some comforting words. Then dinner time went pleasantly.

The following day,

It was a painful departure; his parents wished to accompany him to the airport. But Jeremy denied it. He is already feeling down.

He doesn’t want to have parting away memories in his mind. So they only accompanied him to the Gate.

Then Jeremy left the Night Estate with Captain Morris. The flying car is moving towards the destination.

About 20 minutes later,

The flying car landed in the parking area in front of the airport. Jeremy then steps out of the car. All of this luggage was in his storage ring. He is empty-handed.

Morris then steps out. He was sad as well. His young master was the last one to depart. Petra Ross and Levy Glass had left a couple of days ago.

So they can’t expect their Young Master to continue to stay.

”Alright, Morris. I’m leaving. Take care of my parents. It doesn’t matter what the problem is. If there is any issue, you should inform me immediately,” Jeremy said in a serious tone.

Captain Morris was stunned. Then he nodded his head seriously. He can understand Young Master’s concerns.

”Don’t worry, young master. I’ll continue to update you about the things happening here,” Morris said.

”Good,” Jeremy uttered before walking towards the airport entrance.

Morris stood there. Until Jeremy disappeared from his sight. He didn’t leave the spot. Only after Ron Night’s call, he decides to return.

On the other hand, the Manager and the staff working in the Airport have recognised Jeremy Night. Jeremy Night was the last one to depart among other children of City Governors.

So they weren’t surprised. Jeremy showed his ID before walking towards the fortified airplane. The Airplane was equipped with the attack and defense equipment to tackle emergency situations.

There is a chance of encountering bird-type beasts in the skies. So these powerful equipment are necessary to protect the safety of the passengers.

Shortly afterwards,

Jeremy Night boards the airplane. The airplane destination is City A of Zone 14. The Travel time is less than 3 hours. Yet the dangers are there. You never know what you may encounter in mid-air.

Passengers in the fight recognised him. They showed a smile. Jeremy nodded at them gently before sitting on the window seat.

He then closed his eyes and tried to forget about the restlessness. He doesn’t have any idea about the University. From the information, he had gathered. He knows that Beast Tamer’s classes will be divided based on their talent.

If they have attack-type talent and lifeline beast. Then they will be put under the Attack Department. Based on the Attack type Beast Tamers’ numbers the number of classes will increase.

So Jeremy didn’t know which department he was going to enter. Despite having the capability to kill the Corrupted Beasts solo.

Shortly afterwards,

The airplane took off from the runway. Then it started moving towards the destination. Everyone is chilled on the flight. The passengers were laughing and talking. Some of them were sleeping.

About one hour later,

A sudden change occurs. The first ones to face the changes were the pilots. The two pilots’ expressions were serious. They found the possibility of encountering Bird Type Corrupted Beasts in their flight path.

They can’t turn on the war equipment based on this information alone. They have to get closer to confirm things according to protocol.

Otherwise, people will get alarmed for no reason. So the pilots were hoping that the Bird Type Corrupted Beasts were just passing by. They are not waiting for them.

But 10 minutes later, things became clear. A group of bird-type beasts continued to stay in their flight path. Not flying away from the particular path. As if they were aware of something flying towards them.
