STRIKER: Independent Beast Tamer

Martha Smith then takes out the awakening stone from her storage ring. Then she gives it to the principal.

Principal Hubert receives the crystal ball-type awakening stone. He then walks to the middle of the platform under the gazes of everyone.

Martha stood cross-armed and waiting for the awakening ceremony to start.

Hubert then placed the awakening stone on the table. He then turned towards Lord Martha before shifting his gaze towards the students.

On the other hand, Jeremy is looking at Lord Martha. He couldn’t help but feel awe after seeing her flight ability. He is wondering whether it’s her talent or higher-tier power.

”Jeremy, it’s time. Let’s just wish each other to awaken a good talent,” the brown-haired kid uttered.

”Let’s hope,” Jeremy replied.

He then shifted his gaze from Lord Martha and turned towards the Awakening Platform.

”Quiet!”

Principal Hubert said, normally. But his voice sounded loud and reached everyone’s ears. He wants this awakening ceremony to be successful.

Most importantly, he doesn’t want to lose face in front of the Lord Martha, who is representing the Human Alliance.

”Now, I’ll call the names one by one according to the class rankings. From Class- 1 to Class- 10.”

”From Class 1, Jeremy Night, step forward,” Hubert said, his voice reaching everyone’s ears.

Hearing that a small commotion occurs. The students’ gaze turned towards the handsome young man who is also heir to one of the City governors.

”Go, my friend. You will not lose face. You are better than those two arrogant young people,” the brown-haired kid cheered from the side.

Jeremy calmed his heart and took a deep breath before starting to walk towards the Awakening Platform. The students and their parents’ gaze fell on him.

They showed mixed emotions. Some support the Night Family. While there are people who support Ross and the Glass Family.

Inside the meeting hall, Ron and Nora Night stood in anticipation and nervousness. They were sure that their son would awaken talent because of the power of the Golden Pill.

But they don’t know what it would turn out to be.

The Gentleman in a black tuxedo and the old man in traditional clothes were also looking towards Jeremy Night with expectation.

It’s not easy for Zone 14 to produce many talented Beast Tamers. Among the many cities, this place is City C. Lower than 2 City B and A in Zone 14.

They want to see if the young man has a chance to go beyond his father and mother in Beast Taming Path.

On the other hand, Martha Smith’s eyes flickered. Due to her higher Tier, her hearing was sharp. In a few seconds, she learns the identity of the young man who is first going to awaken his talent.

”Son of City Governor, uh,” She said in her heart.

She knows that people who grew up in a good environment have higher chances of awakening because of the resources provided by their parents from an early age.

That’s why there are many Beast Tamers in the Top 10 Zone compared to the remaining zones.

On the platform, Jeremy arrived and stood in front of the awakening stone.

”You can put your hand and try to sense the power in it,” Hubert said.

Hearing that, Jeremy raised his hand and placed his palm on the awakening stone. The next second, he felt the cooling sensation followed by the pricking of the skin.

He calmed down his nerves and tried to sense the energy inside the Crystal Awakening Stone. Inside the crystal, a milky white energy is swirling around.

The milky white energy suddenly felt attraction from somewhere and rushed towards the direction. Outside, his palm feels a cooling sensation again.

It’s like something is trying to enter his palm. Feeling that he allowed it to enter.

The next second, Jeremy felt something opening up in his brain. He saw a huge black door inside the black space. The black door gives off the feeling of Ancient vibes.

Seeing that, he immediately realised it was the mental zone. The appearance of the door itself is proof of the successful awakening of talent.

But what baffles him is the size of the door. He couldn’t see the top and bottom of the door. Like it has submerged in the black space.

Outside,

In the next second, the crystal ball shines brightly in golden colour before the words start to appear in the crystal ball. The words are in an ancient language.

[Talent - Supreme Combat Body ]

[ Grade - A, Golden Color ]

Principal Hubert knows the ancient language, which is one of the Human Alliance’s Languages.

After reading the Grade, his eyes flash with ecstasy. His face is full of joy. But his joy slightly fades away after knowing the talent type.

”Body type talents are rare. Even more, the suitable beast was even harder to find, nevertheless, Jeremy is the son of the City Governor. So Lord Ron can find ways.”

”If it were normal civilians, things would be more difficult. You have to spend enormous wealth to find a suitable beast. Then only you can go on the Beast Taming Path,” Principal Hubert thought.

He then said, ”Jeremy Night, A- A-level Talent- Supreme Combat Body.”

His voice once again reached everyone’s ears.

At the same time, Jeremy was able to read the ancient language because he was taught at a young age.

”Supreme Combat Body, A-level talent,” Jeremy uttered in surprise. He was hoping to awaken a good talent. He thought even B and C-level talents were fine.

But A-level talent is different. Not everyone can awaken it. Each year, there are only one or two people who awaken the A-level talent.

It’s slightly higher in City A and City B. So Jeremy was delighted. It’s just the talent type that made him furrow his eyebrows. But he was not surprised.

Because after consumption of the golden pill. It was evident that his physique had changed. So he was expecting to awaken talent, something to with the physique like Night Vision, Enhanced Strength or Speed ability.

But the Supreme Combat Body is like giving overall improvements in all attributes.

Swoosh!

Just as Jeremy was pondering, he felt someone appear near him all of a sudden. He took his hand off from the awakening stone and looked at the person.

The person is none other than Lord Martha.

Martha’s eyes flash with a surprise. She didn’t expect the young man to awaken a body type talent. And that, too, is an A-level talent.

Meanwhile,

Gasp!

A small exclamation occurs among the students and parents. They were surprised to see the City Governor’s son awaken an A-level Talent.

”Ha...Ha...Ha... he has done it,” the brown-haired kid shouted with a joyful laugh.

The other friends near him showed mixed reactions. Those who were jealous and hostile earlier were now showing regret.

If they had been nice or good to Jeremy, then they could have hugged his thighs. But now they can’t do anything hereafter.
