STRIKER: Independent Beast Tamer

About 20 minutes later,

Jeremy walked out and started to wear new clothes. It’s a white shirt on top and black pants. There, he wore a black coat on top of a white shirt.

After combing and being done with his preparation, he left his room and went to the Main Hall to meet his parents. Jeremy felt his confidence was back.

He then arrives at the main hall. Both Father and Mother look at him with expectant eyes.

”Father, Mother, the Golden Pill has developed my physique further. I could see, listen, and sense further right now,” He said with a smile.

”Ha...Ha...Ha....,” Ron let out a joyful laugh.

Nora sighed in relief as well. Then her face blossomed with a smile.

”As I guessed earlier, the Golden Pill must be one of the Top Treasures, which the Beast Tamers consume to improve their physique.”

”There are cases where people tried to tame high-quality beasts despite having good talent. Because to tame a certain beast, you need to meet the conditions.”

”For example, to tame the Earth Dragon Scorpion, a person needs to have a good physique. Because as their strength grows, the Beast Tamers can naturally use their Tamed Beasts’ power. ”

”In case Earth Dragon Scorpion, if the Tamer is not strong, then his body would explode. So this time you have hit a jackpot.”

”Congratulations, my son. Even if you awaken a low level of talent, I can find a suitable beast for you. With your physique, you can grow fast,” Ron explained, his eyes filled with pride.

Nora, sitting next to him, was happy as well. Her son’s future was set now.

”Alright, it’s getting late. Everyone must be waiting for us. Let’s go to the ceremony,” Ron said.

Hearing that Jeremy nodded his head. His eyes flash with anticipation. It was clear that he had developed physique talent with the help of Golden Pill.

But still, it needs to be verified with the Awakening Stone. Then the trio left the Night Mansion to go to Little Rock High School.

...

Shortly afterwards,

They arrived at the Little Rock High School. The Principal Hubert, who is keeping his eye on the entrance, heaved a sigh of relief.

”They have come. We can finally start the awakening ceremony,” he thought.

A small commotion occurs as the students, teachers and parents spot the Night Family. They discussed among themselves in a low tone.

Whereas Jeremy’s classmates were excited. They know that, unlike other young heirs of the City Governors. Jeremy is a humble and calm person. So they want him to awaken a good talent.

But few others were jealous. They didn’t want the heirs of city governors to gain more limelight.

”Jeremy, you can go and join your classmates. We will be in the meeting room,” Ron Night said.

Hearing that Jeremy nodded to his dad and mom. Then he walked towards his classmates. Everyone greeted him with a smile.

”Jeremy, I don’t know what I’m going to do?” A brown-haired person, his deskmate said.

”Don’t worry you will be fine,” Jeremy smiled and replied.

He can see that every one of his classmates was tense. This is a life-changing event. Even a small difference in talent grade can make a huge difference.

Even the classmates who were hostile towards me are nervous right now. Jeremy wants to talk to them. But it can’t be helped.

Not many like him in his class. So Jeremy remained silent and ready to awaken the talent.

Ron and Nora Night were sitting inside the meeting hall. Through the huge window, they can see the ground. Both the husband and wife are looking at their son.

Though the Golden Pill has improved their son’s physique. But it’s something yet to be seen whether the change in physique can trigger good talent.

Beside them, the important people were sitting as well. Some of them are important dignitaries from City A, Zone 14.

”Lord Ron, we believe your son can awaken a good talent,”. A gentleman dressed in a black tuxedo and glasses said.

”We hope your son can select a good University in City-B,” An old man dressed in traditional clothes stated.

Hearing that Ron responded then with a smile. He can see that these people will support Jeremy if he awakens a good talent.

If not they wouldn’t bother to talk to him. Nora is ignoring their conversation. Her gaze was fixed on her son. She is nervous as well.

She had given her Grandfather’s cherished treasure to her son. And she knows her Grandfather was an intelligent man. She thinks there is a reason why her Grandfather kept that Golden Pill.

He must have dreamt of reviving his family fortune

Meanwhile,

Principal Hubert’s expression changes as the representative from the Human Alliance has come.

The representative is a Female Beast Tamer. She was dressed in black leather clothes. Her sudden appearance caused a huge commotion as she stood in the air.

Not only the students, teachers and parents on the ground. Even the important people in the meeting hall stood up from their seats.

The man dressed in a black tuxedo was solemn. The old man standing next to him was serious as well. People who can walk in the air are very few. Either they have flying-type monster beasts, or they are above Tier 5.

None of them here are above Tier-5, including Ron Night. He was worried earlier. Now he has become more serious.

On the other hand, the Female Warrior swept her eyes across everyone including the students and dignitaries here. Her name is Martha Smith.

When she was informed to supervise the awakening ceremony in City C, Zone 14. She was kind of disappointed. Because the Zones, after 10, were considered weak.

Most of the people from there don’t have the potential to reach high tiers above Tier 5. That’s why she was not interested.

But in the end, she was forced to come here. Seeing that everyone is watching her. She turns around to look for the Principal.

Then Principal Hubert quickly comes towards her.

Seeing that Martha landed on the platform.

”Lord, I’m the principal here,” Hubert said in a low tone.

”Good, can we start the awakening ceremony?” Martha said.

”Yes, my Lord,” Hubert hurriedly replied.
