Pillar of Yita

If they accidentally sunk themselves, that would be one thing, they could only blame themselves for their lack of skill.

But they were entering the harbor just fine, when out of nowhere, an unruly large ship came crashing in, nearly knocking them into the sea.

In broad daylight, in such an orderly airport, is there no law anymore?

If he hadn’t been testing the Heart of Fairy with Miss Tata just then, wouldn’t they have had to feed the fish in the sea?

He had a mind to teach the other party a lesson.

It’s just a pity that the large ship reacted at the last moment, otherwise, he could have asked Miss Tata to break all their masts.

Although it was a bit of a relief, Fang Hong still seemed somewhat indignant, stepping down from the control platform and picking up the Communication Crystal to ask: ”Tianlan, where are those people?”

”They ran away, Brother Ade,” Tianlan’s angry voice also came from outside. This young girl was frightened out of her wits earlier, but had now come to her senses.

She paused to catch her breath before saying again: ”...At first, they looked like they wanted to come over, but they were stopped by their own people, and now they’ve disembarked and headed north.”

”Oh, Sister Elisa went to find them, we wanted to go too, but some people came aboard.”

”Some people?” Fang Hong was a bit surprised.

”He says he’s the captain of the Swordfish, the ship that just guided us, and he wants to meet you, Brother Ade.”

Tianlan spoke quickly, rattling off the situation like a machine gun.

Fang Hong was a bit surprised. Why were the harbor people looking for him, could it be about the earlier incident?

But after Tianlan’s interruption, he had also calmed down a bit.

The Seven Seas Traveler actually hadn’t suffered much loss; rather, the other party lost a lot of face and would have to spend money repairing the masts.

Though clearly in the right, it didn’t seem meaningful to confront them, not like they could demand compensation for emotional distress, after all?

Eteliria doesn’t have such a principle.

As for that Swordfish captain, he didn’t know their intentions, so he simply instructed Tianlan to let them wait for a moment.

He still wanted Tianlan to call Elisa back, but considering Miss Nightingale’s personality, he decided not to waste his breath.

Only then did he close the Communication Crystal and turn around to ask: ”Miss Tata, how is it?”

Miss Fairy only then appeared from the crystal control platform, her expression still calm, showing no reaction to the earlier perilous scene, as if it was only natural.

She merely answered calmly: ”...According to your measurement units, a radius of about ten thousand meters.”

A control radius of ten kilometers, about a little more than twice his own.

It sounds impressive, but in the combat of the Sky Sea, it’s just about average; compared to similar levels, it’s about twice the range of most airship cannons.

But before larger caliber Magic Guided Cannons, this distance is about the same, even inferior to regular combat artisans under amplified signal towers and devices.

Except that such equipment is only available on large airships, meaning the Seven Seas Traveler should still hold an absolute advantage at the same level.

”We should replace the Wind Detector with an Ether Amplifier,” Fang Hong suggested, ”that old fossil of a detector is practically useless.”

”Not entirely useless, Mr. Knight,” Tata was as logical as ever, ”also, a small signal amplifier doesn’t have much effect either.”

Fang Hong nodded, they understood this point, it was just an offhand suggestion.

But although the control range was quite less than imagined, Miss Tata was still satisfied with the absolute control capabilities the Seven Seas Traveler demonstrated.

You could even say it achieved the expected goal.

With the flexibility of this airship, apart from the Dragon Knight Warships of the Osh Empire, you couldn’t find anything comparable.

And the Seven Seas Traveler was even more outstanding; the Osh people’s Dragon Knight Warships didn’t have a Fairy Dragon Soul’s brain.

Aside from the inherent advantages of the Dragon Knight type airship, the greatest advantage of the Seven Seas Traveler also came from Miss Tata.

Or should I say, from the Fairy Dragon Soul, and the Heart of Fairy specially crafted for it on board.

Though today’s Seven Seas Traveler was still simplistic, it nevertheless remains this world’s one-of-a-kind Elf Dragon Knight.

As Fang Hong anticipated, the Heart of Fairy brought enormous augmentation to Miss Tata.

This augmentation not only reflected in control range but more prominently in calculative power.

Based on the test results, Miss Fairy’s calculative power in Dragon Knight state increased by at least four times compared to before.

And this is still under this incomplete Dragon Knight System.

”Is there domain ability?” Fang Hong asked with a hint of expectation.

After experiencing that Dragon Knight battle in the Spirit World, he still vividly remembers those powerful domain abilities.

But Miss Tata shook her head, ”For one thing, the Seven Seas Traveler cannot yet fully unleash the capabilities of the Heart of Fairy; on the other hand...”

Fang Hong understood, this was mainly due to insufficient power supply; the Seven Seas Traveler’s Magic Guided Engine was too small, and the airship Dragon Knight was inherently energy-consuming, especially with a Heart of Fairy.

In mere airship form it was manageable, only slightly higher energy use than a typical airship of similar size, but once Tata began using Dragon Knight abilities, the energy consumption would be quite astonishing.

This is also why he waited until today to test the Heart of Fairy.

In any case, he could replenish power after docking.

”What about the other aspect?” he further asked.

But suddenly, Fang Hong awkwardly changed his question, ”You don’t have to say it, Miss Tata.”

Miss Fairy gave him a curious glance.

She could understand Fang Hong’s thoughts, but couldn’t grasp the reason behind them.

And Fang Hong naturally also read Miss Fairy’s mind:

”Your level is too low, Mr. Knight.”

”A Dragon Knight’s domain ability is closely connected with the Dragon Soul and the Knight themselves.”

”What Mr. Ye Hua told you about awakening, that’s what it’s about.”

Miss Tata’s thoughts were as candid and straightforward as ever.

Like a book that can be read.

Only Fang Hong felt too embarrassed to keep reading.
