Berserk God of War

Chapter 461: Chapter 461: Sikong Jing, Soon to be Ranked

Two of the students, scared out of their wits, lost their footing and tripped over something on the ground.

They kept scooting backwards on their bottoms, flailing their arms wildly and shouted loudly, ”Monster, don’t come over here!”

The people on the bird still couldn’t locate the origin of the black claw.

Yu Wenxiong shouted lowly, ”There’s a monster, it must be a terrifying demon beast hidden in the hunting ground, I must go down and check.”

He couldn’t watch as Xingluo Palace students were killed by the monster.

The rule of the life-and-death battle was that they couldn’t intervene, but the appearance of a monster didn’t count as intervening—it was an accident.

Having said this, Yu Wenxiong was about to dive down...

But just then, a faint middle-aged voice rang out.

”Palace Master Yu, if I’m not mistaken, the owner of the black claw isn’t some monster, but a student from Holy Dragon Palace.”

As these words were spoken, everyone looked over and sure enough, it was Hua Lidian from the Overlord Commerce.

Yu Wenxiong was taken aback, then said with dissatisfaction, ”Impossible, it must be a monster. The Long Night Saint Dragon Palace doesn’t have any student that even we can’t detect, absolutely not.”

With that said, he still wanted to go down...

The next instant, a figure emerged from the forest, dressed in the attire of the Long Night Saint Dragon Palace.

He retorted lightly, ”Do I, look like a monster?”

As the so-called monster appeared, Yu Wenxiong, who was about to dive down, was shocked and blurted out instinctively, ”Sikong the little beast.”

The person who appeared was, of course, Sikong Jing, and of course, not a monster.

Sikong Jing, while tracking down the students from Xingluo Palace with a Little Demon Beast, began to kill a few and then found it boring. Moreover, he suddenly had an inspiration in the mountain forest, the Blood Devouring Fourth Claw took shape in his mind.

Therefore, he changed the way he hunted.

He began to bombard Xingluo Palace students in the hunting ground’s mountain forest with the Blood Devouring Fourth Claw.

This Fourth Claw, designed primarily for assassination, allowed Sikong Jing to hide in the forest like a Fierce Beast while hunting.

He also secretly herded the Xingluo Palace students together.

Doing so could prevent too many sacrifices among the Holy Dragon Palace students, sharpen the Blood Devouring Fourth Claw, and now that he had finally completed the construction of the Fourth Claw, he showed up.

Furthermore, because Sikong Jing had constructed the meridians required for the Fourth Claw inside his body, he had now also broken through to the Xuanjiang Realm Eighth Layer!

”You, you’re Sikong Jing?”

The three Xingluo Palace students who were scared stiff stared at Sikong Jing and couldn’t help but call out.

Upon hearing this, Sikong Jing replied, ”Yes, shouldn’t you all remember this face of mine very well?”

The three Xingluo Palace students were stunned; they of course remembered Sikong Jing, they were just shocked that the monster turned out to be him.

And just as Sikong Jing was taking steps toward the three Xingluo Palace students, Qin Heng let out a slight sigh of relief and then looked sharply at Yu Wenxiong, saying, ”Who was it just now that said there was no student from my Long Night Saint Dragon Palace that you all couldn’t detect?”

No sooner had he spoken than Yu Wenxiong’s face went as if it had been slapped with a ”smack,” which was very painful.

Yu Wenxiong then watched Sikong Jing below intently, wishing he could devour his blood and eat his flesh!

And he couldn’t figure out how, with Sikong Jing’s power, could he kill without even getting noticed by himself?

But he didn’t have time to think about these things now and instinctively looked towards Peng Peng...

The latter had already turned around, facing Sikong Jing who was stepping through the forest and said indifferently, ”The main character has arrived, huh? I heard you’re the most formidable person in the Holy Dragon Palace, and even protected by an Ancient Demon Dragon, I’d like to see just how capable you are.”

Having said this, he vanished, flashing like a silvery starlight towards Sikong Jing’s direction.

Sikong Jing looked up and casually responded, ”Before I show you my capabilities, I have to deal with the rest of the Xingluo Palace students first.”

Conjuring two black claws with both hands, Sikong Jing launched the first attack at the two Xingluo Palace students sitting on the ground.

However, Peng Peng, from a distance, snorted coldly, ”You can’t handle them, if you want to kill in front of me, maybe in your next life!”

Boom!

Before the person arrived, the sharp sword light pierced through the mountain forest, aiming for Sikong Jing’s two black claws.

With a violent crash, large trees fell thunderously, scattering leaves everywhere.

And at that moment, Sikong Jing’s figure suddenly disappeared, as if he had vanished into the woods...

”Aah... Aah...”

Immediately after, two screams resounded.

The black claws eerily appeared among the leaves, brutally piercing into the skulls of two Xingluo Palace students.

In an instant, their eyes widened, dead!

”Next life is too far away, I’m killing right in front of you now.”

Sikong Jing’s sinister voice echoed through the mountain forest, appearing again from the chaotic leaves beside the last fleeing Xingluo Palace student, pressing his hand on the other’s skull with a smile, looking towards Peng Peng who had fallen to the ground.

Then, Sikong Jing asked, ”I wonder if your sword is faster, or my hand is, Thousand Tyrant List’s 936th rank.”

Pupils suddenly contracting, Peng Peng glared at Sikong Jing, his face ashen.

The opponent actually killed in front of him, and was aiming for the third kill, and now taunting him with words?

Thinking this, Peng Peng gritted his teeth and said, ”Since you know I’m the 936th ranked in the East Plain Thousand Dominator List, you still dare to be arrogant.”

”Is the 936th rank of East Plain Thousand Dominator List very strong?”

”Sorry, I just came out from a Small Domain not long ago, I’m not too familiar.”

Sikong Jing shrugged his shoulders nonchalantly and said, then casually pressed down on the head of the Xingluo Palace student he was holding.

”Seeking death...”

Witnessing this scene, Peng Peng erupted in fury, drawing his sword and attacking with extreme speed.

Atop the huge bird, Bai Changwu coldly huffed, ”Still daring to provoke Peng Peng, he’s about to unleash his strongest power. With that speed, no one under the Daoist Martial Realm within the Long Night Empire can match.”

The Long Night Empire had over a dozen young people on the list, but all of them were in the Daoist Martial Realm.

There was none below that level, which is why Peng Peng was the strongest in the Xuantian Realm within the Long Night Empire.

Qin Heng grew anxious again. Peng Peng’s strike was too fast and too powerful; could Sikong Jing withstand it?

The next instant, Peng Peng struck...

And just at that moment, Sikong Jing’s hand transformed into a black claw, unleashing the Blood Devouring Third Claw with True Qi and capturing Peng Peng’s Sword Qi. Sikong Jing then yelled, ”Burst!”

Boom!

An earth-shattering explosion sounded, and again, trees were uprooted, with leaves scattering all around.

After pausing momentarily, Peng Peng burst out from the exploding True Qi, shouting wildly, ”What a Martial Arts genius, but you’re only at the Eighth Layer of the Xuanjiang Realm; it’s useless... Huh? Where is he!”

Talking arrogantly to the end, however, Peng Peng was stunned, as he couldn’t find Sikong Jing the moment he rushed out.

And even the Xingluo Palace student he had captured had disappeared along with him.

Atop the flying creature, all the experts were dumbfounded.

Not only had Sikong Jing caught Peng Peng’s sword, but he had also vanished before him once again, and even the experts atop the creature hadn’t noticed where Sikong Jing had disappeared to.

Suddenly, Hua Lidian said, ”Impressive, truly impressive, Vice Palace Master Qin, how old is this Sikong Jing?”

Qin Heng, still in shock, withdrew his gaze and looked towards Hua Lidian with eyes shining, and replied honestly, ”Just turned twenty.”

”Twenty years old, Xuanjiang Realm Eighth Layer, a member of the East Plain Thousand Tyrant List, impressive, really incredible.”

Hua Lidian couldn’t help but praise loudly, then took out a yellow jade-colored tablet and started inscribing something on it.

At that moment, Qin Heng asked in a daze, ”Mr. Hua, do you mean to say Sikong Jing is worthy of entering the East Plain Thousand Tyrant List?”
