I Am Scouted by Real Madrid

Chapter 761: Chapter 34: Crushing Victory (Part 2)

”The ball came to Kaka’s feet.”

”Take a shot!”

”Two goals! Kaka!”

Kaka raised his hand: I swear, it was the ball that moved first.

The ball came to Kaka’s feet, and without a moment’s pause, he showed his strong fundamental skills. The ball was flicked up, over the goalkeeper, and into the net.

2:0

By the 11th minute of the match, Real Madrid had already scored their second goal, and Kaka completed his brace in just five minutes.

Kaka’s expression was somewhat surprised, but he quickly reacted, first pointing to the sky to thank God, then walking arm in arm with Chen Zhong towards the corner flag.

”2:0!”

”2:0!”

”With just 11 minutes into the match, Real Madrid has already scored two goals.”

”Kaka completed his brace.”

”It’s a rarely seen Kaka.”

”Seems like this is his first brace after joining Real Madrid!”

People talked in amazement, at this moment, Kaka seemed to transform back into his omnipotent self in Milan, laughing freely with his friends near the corner flag.

Pellegrini watched Kaka’s face turn as dark as the bottom of a pot, clearly underestimating Kaka’s attacking desire in this match...

”Real Madrid’s attack!”

”Their offensive is like a tidal wave.”

”Passing from Chen Zhong, it’s Chen Zhong again, he seems to be the brain of Real Madrid!”

”C. Ronaldo takes the ball and cuts into the left side of the box!”

”The angle is not very good!”

”But he still takes a shot!”

”From 15 yards on the left side!”

Cristiano Ronaldo, after Kaka scored two goals, couldn’t hold it inside any longer, took the ball and shot directly, trying to curl an arc around the goalkeeper to score.

Unfortunately, this shot was too angle-focused.

The ball flew wide off the far post and beyond the baseline...

After this shot, Malaga managed to stabilize their formation a bit. If Real Madrid scored with every shot, they truly would collapse, but that was not the case.

Pellegrini, seeing the team gradually stabilizing, became more animated on his face, directing players on the sidelines to reposition and cover weak spots.

This had some effect.

But still, Malaga and Real Madrid are not on the same level of strength. Any slight brilliance from a Real Madrid player can be too much for Malaga to handle.

”Real Madrid’s attack!”

”29th minute of the match.”

”Chen Zhong backheels the ball to Alonso.”

”Alonso with a long pass.”

”Benzema receives it in the small box!”

”Chips it!”

”Goal!”

”3:0”

”They’ve scored again!”

At the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, home fans rejoiced wildly, Mourinho celebrated madly on the sidelines, while Pellegrini looked grim, glancing at Baptista and then Chen Zhong.

If Chen were under my command, how could I suffer such a crushing defeat!

At this moment, Pellegrini sorely missed Chen Zhong.

His longing hadn’t ended yet!

In the 32nd minute, Real Madrid almost scored again, if not for Benzema’s offside, it would have been 4:0 before the first half ended.

Pellegrini breathed a sigh of relief, but soon reality told him he sighed too soon.

Real Madrid scored again in the 36th minute of the match.

This time it was Cristiano Ronaldo initiating the attack, taking the ball, attempting a breakthrough on the flank, and then passing to Benzema, who returned the ball.

The ball rolled outside the penalty area.

Chen Zhong sprinted, charged up, and unleashed a heavy cannon shot!

The ball roared towards the goal at 186 kilometers per hour.

The goalkeeper didn’t react at all, fans in the stands only saw something whizz into the net, and Malaga players along that line just felt their faces pale with fear.

If that ball had accidentally brushed against them just now...

Then!

”4:0!”

”A beautiful forward play!”

”Chen Zhong steps in from behind and delivers a heavy cannon shot, sealing the deal!”

”This is destined to be a great victory!”

The match is already beyond doubt, Malaga no longer cares about winning or losing; they just hope their team can concede fewer goals.

Pellegrini is the same, his gaze is intense, looking at Chen Zhong as if about to ignite.

All four goals are almost related to Chen Zhong.

Either he initiated it, assisted it, or scored it...

If Chen Zhong were under his command instead of Baptista, the outcome of this match...

Real Madrid has already secured victory, the contest between the two has changed.

Now, it’s just a matter of how many goals Real Madrid can score, while for Malaga, it’s a matter of saving face.

During halftime, Cristiano Ronaldo seemed a bit unhappy.

Benzema scored, Kaka scored twice, Chen Zhong also scored.

Among the four forwards, he is the only one who hasn’t scored.

”C. Ronaldo!”

”Continuous dribbling!”

”Breaking into the penalty area!”

”A high-quality shot!”

”It’s a pity Caballero reacted very quickly to block it!”

A few minutes into the second half, yet to score, Cristiano Ronaldo took the ball and continuously dribbled past several players, breaking into the right side of the penalty area with a longing for a goal in his eyes, but Caballero was quicker.

Seeing other players clear the ball, the disappointed Portuguese shook his hands and looked at the sky, his despair clear on his face.

Chen Zhong noticed Cristiano Ronaldo’s demeanor and understood that it was his competitive spirit acting up, so he walked up and patted his shoulder, saying, ”Calm down, Cristiano.”

”We still have time!”

Pausing, Chen Zhong scanned around and said, ”Did you see that position?”

”If you run there, I’ll give you a goal.”

In the previous match, Cristiano Ronaldo, with a self-abandonment assist, indirectly helped Chen Zhong score, and in this match, seeing the anxious Portuguese, Chen Zhong decided to lend him a hand.

The match continued, and Cristiano Ronaldo followed Chen Zhong’s advice on positioning.

How is he going to pass me the ball?

Watching Chen Zhong among the crowd, the Portuguese thought, but soon his thoughts became clear.

He saw Chen Zhong squeeze out from the crowd and perform a Marseille Turn, followed by a fake shot to a real pass.

Offside?

Cristiano Ronaldo hesitated, but executed the move perfectly with a light push in front of the goal line, sending the ball into the net!

5:0!

It’s in!

Once confirmed, Cristiano Ronaldo couldn’t hide his joy.

He ran to the corner flag, leaped high, and executed his signature celebratory move.

And Real Madrid’s fans cheered loudly, proud as ever.

After 5:0, Mourinho made substitutions.

He replaced Kaka and Benzema with Adebayor and Di Maria.

In a secured victory match, they could relax a bit.

Benzema and Kaka received warm applause from the fans as they left the field.

Pellegrini sighed somewhat in relief, believing five goals might just cap it, but he overlooked the three players on the field still eager to prove themselves.

One is Cristiano Ronaldo, another is Adebayor, and the third is Di Maria.

No need to say much about the Portuguese, Adebayor and Benzema have rivalry, and Di Maria wants to perform well to secure more playing time.

In the 59th minute, Marcelo passed the ball, Adebayor took a powerful shot from the left corner of the penalty area, 18 yards out, which Caballero saved.

Pellegrini on the sideline sensed something was off.

In the 62nd minute, Marcelo crossed from the left, and Chen Zhong surged forward at the far post for a header goal from a tight angle.

6:0

Having scored, Chen Zhong glanced apologetically at Pellegrini on the sidelines; he originally relaxed his offensive rhythm, but his teammates still wanted to score, leaving him no choice!

The final score settled at 8:0

Cristiano Ronaldo completed a hat-trick, Chen Zhong and Kaka each scored twice, with Benzema adding one.

Real Madrid completely overwhelmed Malaga.

No one will compare Mourinho and Pellegrini, nor talk about Baptista and Chen Zhong anymore.

At the post-match press conference, a reporter asked Cristiano Ronaldo why his first goal happened at that spot, and after hesitating, the Portuguese mentioned Chen...
