I just wanted you to make a movie: You made a Honkai Star Rail movie

To show his affection, Rocky even read out a poem he had written, which was a bit poetic but extremely cheesy. Phrases like ”You’re like a wild pigeon landing in my heart” and ”You left the Herta Space Station, dancing, making my heart tremble” made the audience instantly taste the sweetness of romance.

However, the pleasant scene didn’t last long. Bernard, Rocky’s senior, kept obstructing their relationship.

------------------------------------------

”Lesley could never be interested in you.”

Such a comment naturally provoked a strong backlash from Rocky and caused the audience to flood the screen with angry comments against Bernard.

Ugly monster! Who are you to criticize when they are a match made in heaven?

Exactly! You must be jealous because you never found a partner when you were young!

Rocky is also excellent! Being invited to the Herta space station is way better than that guy with the exam!

The barrage of comments continued.

Amidst his anger, Rocky sadly revealed the truth. At what he felt was the right moment, he confessed his feelings to Lesley. But when he confessed, Lesley fell into silence and never replied again. Bernard insisted that Lesley must have rejected him.

However, Rocky was unwilling to give up. He hoped to clear out the roaming monsters on Space Station and go to the relay station that hadn’t yet been cleaned by the security team.

Thus, the curtains rose on the story of the ”To The Faint Star”.

A common person’s love, combined with an elderly person’s obstruction. It seemed like a traditional beginning, but the inherent beauty of love made everyone anticipate a happy ending for the couple.

”This is so nice.”

Furina, who typically deals with classical dramas, clasped her hands in front of her chest and stared unblinkingly at the screen.

Master Fu Xuan, who often teased Xia Wen, also looked up, her eyes filled with satisfaction from the sweetness.

This part of the plot was not included in the script by Xia Wen. It was only necessary scenes with Bernard that were filmed. Thus, the young women in the screening room were seeing the plot for the first time and were completely immersed in the same emotions as the audience.

...

”Lesley, is the Star Meter I sent you still useful?”

”I too will soon become an on-field researcher!”

”When that happens, I will definitely come to find you!”

...

”The main star of the Rich Star Domain has just experienced a gravitational collapse, causing a starquake!”

”My view is filled with dazzling cosmic flashes and gamma afterglow. At this moment, I really wish you were here.”

”So don’t be angry, okay? Rocky.”

...

During the search, the correspondence between Lesley and Rocky was displayed through various means, allowing everyone to clearly perceive their feelings for each other. From their daily interactions to the excitement of sharing new experiences, they appeared like a loving couple in a long-distance relationship.

To the audience, these moments were like malt sugar: not too sweet, but once tasted, always lingering in the heart, becoming increasingly sweeter.

...

This is what love looks like.

Even though I’m a dog, Mihoyo, could you at least give me a heads-up before you kick me?

May they have a long-lasting relationship!

This guy is pointless, I’m skipping. ℯℯ𝘭.

...

Sweet love was nourishing everyone’s spirits, but there was a looming shadow. The intervals between Lesley’s replies were getting longer and longer. Until a crucial message was discovered.

Just a day ago, Lesley had responded to Rocky’s confession. However, the message was cut off at a critical point, and Lesley’s response disappeared.

Almost instantly, everyone thought of the old mam]n Bernard.

...

”This person is too bad.”

”Why does he always obstruct other people’s love?”

March 7th said indignantly.

”Exactly.”

Furina was also very angry.

”But it’s good that we’ve found this out. So, surely these two will have a happy ending.”

Asta replied softly.

”I’m not so sure. That evil boss has too many tricks up his sleeve.”

Fu Xuan frowned, feeling that things weren’t as simple as they seemed.

Sure enough, Bernard admitted to manipulating things himself but also revealed his own hardships.

”Due to the impact of the starquake.”

”Lesley’s current location is increasingly out of sync with our time.”

”Her reply time will go from a month, to a year, and then extend to ten years!”

”Perhaps even longer.”

”Before she leaves the abnormal gravity environment, every month she travels in the galaxy will mean decades of waiting for us!”

”If we, including Rocky, are living in [now], this point of time.”

”Then for Lesley, she is already living in the future.”

...

Silence.

The previously dense barrage of comments briefly paused. The shocking information hit everyone’s minds continuously. Before this revelation, everyone thought that Lesley and Rocky’s love would face no obstacles. After all, it wasn’t a matter of life and death. For two living people, no worldly obstruction could affect them.

But now, a reality more cruel than life and death had appeared. There was no room for any buffer.

Bernard’s cruel words continued.

”I was once a young man too.”

”So I think, being rejected and unable to be with someone you care about is even more cruel.”

”Knowing the truth, Rocky will have to wait decades for a message that should have come back quickly.”

”He will live a lonely life, waiting for a future with Lesley to slowly approach him.”

”But this future does not exist.”

”How many years can he wait?”

”Perhaps decades later, when Rocky is old and nearing death, Lesley will return.”

”But the time that passed for her is so little.”

”At that time, even if they still love each other, what can they do?”

Bernard’s voice was not loud, but his questions pierced like needles into the hearts of the viewers, echoing in their minds. Kafka and Himeko sighed deeply, and Welt couldn’t help but close his eyes.

More sensitive viewers, such as March 7th and Furina, had tears in their eyes. The occasional sobs were heard in the screening room.

The aged Bernard said solemnly:

”Space can be traversed!”

”But time! Is beyond reach!”
