I just wanted you to make a movie: You made a Honkai Star Rail movie

Due to being orphans, the siblings lived in poverty before joining the company. Robin loved singing since childhood, and Sunday took on various odd jobs to ensure his sister could focus on her passion for singing. Despite their efforts, their situation did not improve, and they wandered from place to place without a permanent home until they moved into the company dormitory.

Even in such circumstances, Robin never gave up on using her voice to heal others—be they wanderers, disabled individuals, or beggars. She never cared about their identities; the greatest praise for her was when others found healing in her songs.

Sunday, on the other hand, silently protected his sister and never told her that her singing had healed many people, including himself.

After a moment of silence, Sunday finally spoke up.

”Sister, I believe you can become a big star.”

”It’s just that we’re missing some resources.”

Robin looked at her brother in confusion, wondering why he suddenly said this.

”Brother, I’m already very happy just being able to sing.”

Sunday shook his head, his voice steady but firm. ”No, many of the top stars are just gilded on the outside while being hollow inside.”

”You are far better than them.”

”But they control the resources. Not just you, many new singers can’t rise unless they sign contracts with them.”

”I think the arrival of the new boss might be an opportunity for change.”

”I want to ask the boss for some company resources for you.”

”At least to give you a chance to release a single.”

Upon hearing her brother say so much in one breath, Robin felt a pang in her heart and silently lowered her head.

Before Xia Wen’s acquisition, the company’s management was quite poor. But Sunday and Robin never thought badly of the company. On the contrary, MiHoYo’s staff had truly made them feel at home. They didn’t ask for resources from Mr. Yang or Miss Himeko, but silently promoted the company at every opportunity. They wanted to avoid causing trouble and didn’t want to see the company go bankrupt.

Now, this home had a new owner.

Filled with various anxieties, they finally heard footsteps approaching.

Two anxious gazes turned towards the door.

When they saw Xia Wen appear, Robin and Sunday both stood up—one bowed, while the other placed a hand on their chest in a salute.

”Don’t!”

Xia Wen was startled and quickly stepped aside.

”Mihoyo doesn’t do this kind of thing.”

Seeing the new boss misunderstanding them, Robin quickly waved her hands in explanation. ”No, boss, it’s that my brother and I sincerely want to thank you.”

”After you acquired the company, everyone clearly became more motivated.”

”And we saw the short films. Everything is filled with hope!”

”It’s all because of you.”

”That’s why we wanted to express our gratitude sincerely.”

Sunday also nodded seriously beside her.

”Is that so?”

Xia Wen couldn’t help but smile, thinking they were making a fuss over nothing, and waved his hand, saying, ”You’re part of this family, and so am I.”

”Didn’t Himeko tell you that I acquired the company because of the same ideals?”

As Xia Wen spoke, he glanced at their attire, which was not only simple but also worn out clothes in the case of Sunday.

”Looks like things were really tough before.”

Xia Wen’s candid words warmed Sunday and Robin’s hearts.

”Let’s not talk about that anymore.”

”This time, we have an urgent matter.”

Xia Wen took out the prepared sheet music and lyrics and handed it to Robin.

”This song for ’Interstellar Travel,’ familiarize yourself with it a bit, as we’re about to start recording.”

Robin was delighted to receive it. With this, there was no need for her brother to request resources!

The new boss was offering her a chance to sing a song! Great! Robin must seize this opportunity.

Encouraging herself in her heart, Robin quickly immersed herself, reviewing the song and occasionally humming softly.

Xia Wen’s brow relaxed as he listened to her hum; the notes sounded heavenly.

Soon, Robin had gone through the score.

”Boss, no problem. I will definitely deliver a perfect performance. I won’t let you down.”

Robin’s tone was filled with confidence.

”Then let’s get started.”

Without hesitation, Xia Wen led the three of them out of the lounge and into the recording studio.

Professional recording staff were already in place, and Xia Wen provided feedback from the perspective of someone who had already heard the completed song.

While the recording of ”Interstellar Travel” was underway, the three PVs had already been released on MiHoYo’s official website.

Li Mengyi was originally an art designer. Her biggest hobby was watching various series and dramas. However, the quality of present shows was generally low, with the exception of a few serious dramas. Most were either domineering CEOs or generic pretty boys, which she was seriously tired of.

Recently, after watching the PV of space comedy, which was just a minute long, she became deeply obsessed. She watched the short film dozens of times over the following days. As a designer, she also posted comments about the character design online, with the most liked comment on Bilibili being hers.

To her surprise, there were many like-minded fans online! Some had watched the short film over a hundred times.

Unfortunately, despite the huge popularity of the short film, Mihoyo Entertainment, the production company, seemed to have disappeared. If it weren’t for the ability to log in to the official website, she might have thought the company was gone.

At the same time, she was anxious for Mihoyo.

”Come on! With such great popularity, aren’t you going to release any updates?”

They had never made any public announcements.

In the fan group she and other enthusiasts had formed, they spent their days either watching the PV repeatedly or worrying about the company’s future.

Today, as she logged onto the official site to promote the short film again, she suddenly saw the fan group explode.
